I can say I was very pleased with the communication from the get-go. In today's day and age, coupled with the current pandemic, it's nice to see more businesses embrace Facetime, Skype, Zoom, SMS, etc. for estimates. Andreas's pricing was fair (not the cheapest) but, he and his staff work hard. Example, moving a wall piano from the 2nd story down my stairs was no easy task! The beauty was he honored the same pricing to include moving the piano. Watching them pack their truck was impressive. All in all, nothing broke and everything was set up in their appropriate rooms. If you need 2 guys and a truck to move your belongings, you've found the right place! So if you're here, you're likely exactly like me and where I was a few weeks ago. Long story short, my wife & I needed to move all our things out of our apartment, and we had a few items we needed to move that her & I just couldn't lift (i.e., a sleeper sofa couch, an entertainment center, a dresser, two TVs, a recliner chair, a queen-sized mattress, bed frames, etc.).  We packed up probably 15-20 boxes ourselves, and proceeded to move the things in our little 2-door car, but there was just no way that we were ever going to be able to move these big, bulky items. I started to look online, and nearly every place I found required a 3-hour MINIMUM charge.  I thought to myself, this is crazy, there's no way I'm paying 3-hours ($330) for something that's probably only going to take 1-hours worth of work/time. So, I thought to myself, surely I can find something online/local where I can get 2 guys and a truck who can move these remaining items.  I checked out Facebook Marketplace for the 1st time in my life.  I had never used it before.  I miraculously stumbled upon OC Quality Transportation.  Now... I must admit... I was pretty nervous about going this route, because (1) It's Facebook Marketplace, is this official/safe/real? (2) I don't know these guys, are they reputable/professionals/etc. yadda yadda yadda. Well... I'm here to tell you, what a FANTASTIC experience I had.  From the very first time I sent OC Quality Transportation a message on Facebook, I was INSTANTLY greeted with a response from Azul (I believe Andrei's wife).  She could not have been more professional.  She was patient, kind, and reassuring.  She answered every single one of my questions.  She guided me through the entire process. I even needed to make a change in the time of the day from the time I booked, and they kindly accommodated my change request. At this point, I was still anxious/nervous about 'Would these guys really show?' (and believe me, I was desperate for their help).  Not only did Andre and Packo show, but they showed up on-time, had clean, professional shirts on, and they had a truck that was a legitimate moving truck with them.  It had a power lift, plenty of space for all my things I needed moved (couch, dresser, bedding, boxes, TVs, etc.) and MORE! They had all these handy bungee cords to secure things against the side of the truck.  They had shrink wrap, dollies, bags, you name it. I was wondering if I was going to get "Joe Schmo and his friend in a pickup truck", but I was blown away in that I got Andre + Packo and a LEGIT moving truck. But the #1 thing that flew me away... the kindness and PROFESSIONALISM of both Andre + Packo (and Azul via the web chat).  There weren't just two guys off the street... These were PROFESSIONAL MOVERS who took significant care of our belongings, and treated our move as if they were moving their own personal belongings. I could not have been happier with their service.  I thought I would only need them for an hour, but because I blew out my own back the weekend before (trying to move/lift heavy boxes), there was a bit more work than I originally expected, and Andre & Packo graciously accommodated and moved the additional boxes for me that I was not able to move. When all was said and done, they probably spent 2-2.5 hours moving my stuff from my apartment to my storage unit.  I paid them their hourly rate/fee... and because I was so impressed, I made sure to give them a generous tip to cover their material expenses (e.g., shrink wrap, tape, bags) as well as extend my deep & sincerest gratitude for their WONDERFUL services. I told them at the end, they saw all my belongings moved into storage; I told them I would be needed to move it all out/back in a few months (when we move into our new place)... I will 1,000% be calling them back up and using their services again to move everything. Due to extensive water damage to our Mission Viejo home, we had to store everything on the floor or a wall for several months while repairs were made. The OC Quality Transportation team packed and boxed our possessions with great care in a remarkably short period of time. Upon return, not one box showed dents, nor was one item broken. I met these guys a few months before my parents big move as they were advertising at a local shopping center. They were very friendly and professional. A few months before my parents move they came to their house to give them an estimate. They were very responsive to all our communication and super helpful with my parents. They came on time and were organized. They showed great care for all of their belongings. My parents can't say enough nice things about them. Quality Transportation even came back a few more times to move other items they had decided they wanted in their new home. My aunt ended up using them a few weeks later as well to help with another move and they were also terrific. If I could give this company 100 stars, I would. Andreas and his caring team went way beyond the call of duty to accommodate and help me. I had to move a lot of wedding stuff to storage from Temecula to Santa Ana for my daughters upcoming wedding. This consisted of 23 crystal candelabras, and bins and furniture and mirrors, and lots of breakable stuff. Some boxed, some not. When I contacted Andreas, he immediately said, "no problem" he could do that. But I also needed him to pick back up at 10pm when the reception was over and keep on his truck overnight and bring back to my house in temecula. Again, he said no problem. He took time to meet me at the storage unit, took me to his location to see the truck that he would be transporting it in. Truly amazing. So they came and picked up from my house and text me the pic that it was all in storage. I gave Andreas The key and the gate code for the storage facility care and thoughtfulness was so amazing. Really caring!!! But my story doesn't stop there. After they moved the stuff in storage, I had to go there two days before the wedding and place done more bins and 2 candelabras in there. But when I opened the storage door, I immediately saw that it had been infested with rats!! There were rat droppings in literally everything! I was devastated and didn't really know what to do. I called Andreas, because I had to get this stuff out. But I had nowhere to put it. I told him I could rent a truck and asked if they could move it out for me. I didn't expect him to put it in his truck because he needs his truck for his moving business. I was very emotional , but Andreas told me not to worry , he will send his guys over, and they will clean and disinfect and put safely on his truck and keep overnight and take to the reception. Unbelievable! They were awesome. They were so concerned for me , they didn't let me lift a finger. They blew out the dropping from all the stuff, helped cleaned and placed on there truck. Truly my saviors!!! The team came right over, and they were so kind and comforting and reassuring. The absolute best I have ever, or could have ever imagined. I cried numerous times, and thanked God for Andreas and his team. Really. Their professionalism, take charge attitude, kindness and genuine concern I will never ever forget. Needless to say, they delivered to the reception venue, even early, help set up and then came back at 10pm that evening, and waited for the party to disband, and vane in, picked everything up do efficiently, and brought back to temecula the next day. I recommend this company and Andreas to everyone. And I did. In my speech I credit them for helping to make, what could have been a disaster , a beautiful, flawless evening. I owe that, without exaggeration, to Andreas. He went so far out if his way to help me, even taking pictures of the rat dropping and telling me what he thinks I should do with filing the complaint with the storage unit. Amazing company. The entire circumstance was unique and out of the Ordinary from a typical move, but it just shows that true caring, dedicated and genuinely good people still do exist, and I was so fortunate to find him.
