Beck, was the most professional and hard working mover I have ever used. My gf and I accumulated a lot of stuff over the past 8 years at our place and was definitely a challenge to even get things packed up. They not only helped us with the move, but made us feel very comfortable as they were very delicate with items and professionally moved all my things without ANY damage. They were even considerate enough to take off their shoes multiple times prior to stepping onto new carpet. So thankful for Bek and his team! Finally closed escrow on a home and were looking for a moving company. There was a lot of messaging back and forth because we were not 100% sure when the seller would be completely out of the home and knew that many companies were being booked in advance. We were doing a big move (from LA to Temecula) and hired Crystal Moving based on availability, communication and dependability. At first I thought 2 movers would work, but the night before added a 3rd just to be safe. Bek and his team arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently packed the truck. They moved us from a 3 bedroom to an upstairs 5 bedroom. Just remember to have some extra cold drinks handy if moving on a hot day! Man, they worked their butt off. Movers were on time and started working immediately! We have hired movers in past for in state as well as out of state and those movers were very quick in moving boxes and furniture. Crystal moving took very long time to move furniture. We had 20-25 boxes , 2 small sofas , small tv unit, tv , one bed and mattress for all of this it took 6.5 hours to them. Previously it had taken 3-4 hours to move. On top of that they charged us for 1 hour drive time. Its 13 miles journey but they added time to fill in gas! They could have filled gas earlier. Overall they charged us $900 for move which was a lot for moving. Also there were 2 guys for moving and only one guy was working and packing initially. Other guy was not really doing anything leading to more time for move. Good that they moved everything but could have done better job with time and quick service read more

No one showed up at the scheduled time and after making multiple calls, I was informed that the movers won't be here until FIVE hours later. why would I ask for a moving service if it neither save me time nor money?!! Without other choices, we waited for five hours and moved until 1:30am. It's also weird that, the movers helped us move are belong to another moving company. They even have a different rate... They did do a great job, friendly and hardworking, so I left them good reviews. But please be aware that there is a risk being stood up, and you probably have random movers from other places. Loved that they were up on time and wrapped all my stuff but they were wasting of time and left my TVs were in the middle on the left side with all those heavy stuff. I was watching where did they put my stuff in the truck. So, I was told that my tv were all ruined with blurry lines. He was like well they were put all blanket wrapped my tv and it shouldn't damaged. It must be technical. Excuse me, my tv isn't old and model is 2019. I bought it last Jan 2019 at Best Buy. They outsourced my job without telling me and two guys showed up, one of which just had the worst attitude, complaining from the moment he got there that the furniture was heavy and just irritated. I felt like I begged a random stranger to come help me move on his only day off--he kept saying things wouldn't fit and there was no space or it was too heavy. Mind you second guy that showed up was 4 feet tall and less than 100 lbs--NOT PROFESSIONALS. They also ruined my brand new fridge by denying and scratching the front so everyday I have to stare at the fridge as a reminder of the horrible experience. Would never hire a company who isn't up front with their customers. Also, the unpleasant movers spoke Russian when his boss called and not knowing that my sister in law is Russian began saying that he could get more money out of us because he assumed we are well off.
