My boyfriend decided to help them because we had a lot of stuff, it took way over the three hours, if my boyfriend had not helped them, it would've taken way longer. Missing a bunch of items, they didn't even fully unwrapped some of the furniture and left some of their moving blankets here. Tried to call and ask about the missing stuff never got a call back. My stuff is broken. My boyfriend tipped them a lot without my knowledge, and I wish he wouldn't have, but he was trying to be nice in the moment, but on further inspection, they didn't deserve it Definitely not going to use the surface again and definitely not going to recommend it to anyone, it wasn't cheap and they did a bad job.

During the move I asked the guys if they also hauled junk, which they do. We were so happy with them during the move that we just scheduled them to come haul the junk a few days later. I got one skilled mover and one that seems to have trouble figuring out how to move a dolly up and down a truck ramp. My movers charged me correctly for the time, but it could've probably been done in an hour less with more efficient movers. Problem with the industry in itself is that movers are paid by the hour instead of the job itself. I do recommend this company, but these aren't the best movers I've used.
