I had an incredible stylist prior to moving here, and my hair suffered damage. Before I finally found Brittany, and Naviina, my hair was falling out, itching and my dermatologist said it was the dye. I was familiar with Aveda products and felt comfortable that something might be able to be done. MIndy, the Salon Manager, is the most helpful and intelligent person in cosmetology. She juggles almost a year of my online appointments, prints them out, and sends them to me via text! It is super convenient! All I have to do is show up! Brittany is a ray of sunshine! Always positive, professional, and all about my hair! It's growing back, the color looks good, the texture is far better, and I receive so many compliments! In two years or so I have been going to this salon, it's clean, happy, and everyone is friendly and professional. The ambiance is so beautiful and they have spa treatments as well. We were greeted warmly by the receptionist who, since there were no other gentleman booked in at the same time, offered the men locker room to us exclusively. The room itself has a sauna, shower, and all the other things one ought to have when getting a massage. Our therapists, Patty and Emili, guided us to the couples massage room and made sure we were comfortable, a menu was provided with added treatments (next time I will take my reading glasses with me). The 90 minutes passed by in a flash and I apparently fell asleep at some point. Great experience, we are going to be back in the area for Christmas and I suspect we will return.

Jamie was so cheerful and patient with our daughter for her pedicures, we were thrilled to meet her. Those are the staff I/we had services with, NOW THEY ARE ALL GONE! I don't think the owner could possibly realize what a valuable team was there. Why did they leave? I am quite sure, not all were retiring. One could speculate management pushed them away somehow. My second disappointment in this spa is concerning the products. I would purchase a skin cream, lip stick, or shampoo, absolutely love it, only to go back when I was running low, to find it discontinued. What kind of successful marketing could that be? I stopped buying products there and purchased them directly from the vendors . The icing on the cake...... the prices just sky rocketed almost 20%!!! A pedicure was $55.00, now it is $65.00. Why? Cost of Living raises are genuinely 3%. Something has changed over the years, perhaps the owner is more concerned with the profit margin and less concerned about the clients. Either way, tomorrow will end my services there, and I will be looking for something more customer oriented, and less money in the owners pocket.

I've been in the customer service industry for years and a referral is golden. Apparently not here.... It took almost a week for them to call me back... By then I had found someplace else... I then was driving by and on a whim decided to stop by and see if they could do a polish change. They could not so I stopped by the next day out of convenience. Both times I was met with the attitude of "we're just too fabulous to do a polish change". Finally had my polish changed and turned out great. I just don't want to feel like I am begging for a service I am paying for. Nice atmosphere, a little cold in the attitude department, nothing really special here, look around unless you're desperate.... They also don't accept credit cards....

I always get french shellac on my nails and they do a great job every time! Also, before the new owners I had always gotten my eyebrows waxed, but the new owners suggested I do the threading and let me tell you... I will never get my eyebrows waxed again. Lucy does a phenomenal job and my eyebrows have never looked better. I go to school in VA so I can't come until I am on breaks, but you better believe come thanksgiving, I will be making a trip back here. I was sad that before I left for school I couldn't get my eyebrows threaded because Lucy was on vacation, so the only thing I would say is maybe hire someone else who can do brows!
