I have a 1966 C10 Custom truck. They don't tell you have to modify the headlight buckets the 7" 85/100w rubber piece in back won't fit and they don't tell you they would get so hot they melt your existing plug! They claim "Plug n Play" which means just plugs in and no modifications,not true. I did my own research and bought some ceramic "Pig tail" plugs which claim to withstand 1100* degrees! They are on order and I will follow up after re installing the lights. Octane should have a tutorial and include the ceramic pig tails at little or no cost to the consumer! These guys are awesome!! They know their products. I bought some LED G3 headlights for my 1970 Chevelle Station Wagon. The shop that installed them, didn't quite install them correctly. I went to Octane Lighting, and they knew right away the problem. I was only expecting to only get some advice to relay back, but, without hesitation, the rep came out to my car, showed me what was installed incorrectly, and fixed it in a about 30 seconds. They do not do installations there, but, it is absolutely refreshing dealing with a business that really do know the products they area selling, how they work, etc. By the way, the headlights work great, light the road up incredibly well, with no funky blue color. Absolutley terrible product. We are extreamly unsatisfied with the product that was mailed to us. Within a matter of 6 months we have had to have 4 different replacements sent to us via octane lighting. The first set was no issues, after multiple sets of head light units were sent to us damaged and or that shortly showed to be faulty, we continued to call and complain & they became more rude with every call and every email. Just this evening this makes 5 units that were either damaged upon arrival or headlight units that the halo ring shorts out. We are very unhappy with this purchase and will not be doing business with them again. The only reason they are getting 1star is because I have to give them a start it should be a -10 stars. read more

I have a 1965 El-Camino with 5 3/4" sealed beam halogens . The LED lights they gave me were not just brighter they were worlds away brighter without changing the stock appearance of the car. They were also much less expensive than anything else I found on the internet. There is no comparison out there. These guys have great customer service too. read more
