The people are actually pleasant and friendly... especially this one particular female with magically colorful hair that changes like the seasons. She takes my vitals so effortlessly like a seasoned veteran, even though she's like 16. This one handsome, well maintained, very friendly, and jolly Latino provides such a warm atmosphere on the floor, as well as the other wonderful ladies and 2 gentlemen, that the traumatic experience of being poked and prodded seem less traumatizing. The bonuses are decent. The raffling of prizes happens quite frequently and actually worth the effort. I have yet to have a less than pleasant experience with this place. read more

Great staff and site! Everyone was pleasant and absolutely professional. The office is clean and well equipped. No paper work to fill out. It's all done electronically. The staff were very professional and seemed to genuinely care about the comfort of their patients. As a new patient-- from beginning to end-- approximately 3 hours. To be honest , I didn't even realize the time until I left. You aren't just sitting and waiting for long periods of time. It's obviously a process for first time patients. So it's going to take some time be registered and be assessed prior to actually donating. Amount of time hooked to the machine? Approximately 30mins. I try to stay well hydrated. So the better hydrated you are, the faster the donation part goes. read more

I'm a first time donar and I have to say I was very nervous about donating. The staff was very professional and friendly, the facility was extremely clean. They offer a lot of education about donating. The first time process takes about 2 hours bc you have to go through a very thorough screening process. Once you get to the back to actually donate the staff makes sure to make you as confortable as possible. It is a little uncomfortable, as you would expect but not painful at all. . Overall, I give Octapharma 5 stars for their awesome, friendly staff, their extremely clean facility. It feels good knowing I can help others with donating my plasma. read more

Really happy with the staff, pretty much business as usual for donations but the thing that stuck out was how they treated me. Really think that management is doing a good job, the staff seem happy to work here and genuinely encouraged to just enjoy being of service, so I think I'll have a good time coming here, and will try to make all 10 visits within 45 days. In a team effort, JESSICA, KRIS & JULIO really went above and beyond in manually giving me my red blood cells and saline back after a technical problem occurred with a machine. They easily could've deferred me and worked on the next donor but they didn't and for that I am thankful to know that there is still people with a willingness to help in whatever comes their way. The RN's are knowledgeable and the other medical staff handles themselves in a professional and friendly manner. Also, the management and staff move people around quickly and efficiently though the testing and on to the donation process. Needle inserts are mostly easy and successful. They make you feel relaxed and put on good movies to make the process go fast and easy. The Clinic is always clean and neat. First off the place is clean, but when you first come to the octo plasma you have to wash ur hands and then it take like a hour and half to get set up and then another 45 mins for them to pump out the plasma out of ur veins sometimes you get left with bruises if they mess up but the good part about it is you get paid for doing it and you can come back and do it again and they will send you money with the same card you got the first time read more

The service was very good. The wait time isn't so bad when you have all your information the status is welcoming staff members (Joey, Poe, Liz, Roxy, & Delilah) are excellent phlebotomist. Nurse Kat was sweet& Greg was quite helpful with registering as well as helping me log into the app. You can tell that they care and they make sure that you're well before leaving. Octapharma the wait is never too long and always moving with urgency. Phlebotomist are all sweet and never keep you waiting. They conversate with you and always have a smile on their face. As soon as your done they hurry to get you disconnected without having to wait. Only thing I would suggest is open earlier so I can donate before work all the time. read more

Donation was quick and Phleb stuck perfectly. Staff is friendly and helped explain the wait time was due to it being a new facility with limited beds and Nurses. Understandably so until they're able to expand. I donate for the cause and the pay doesn't matter, and shouldn't; that's what jobs are for.
