I haven't been here for a while and I was craving a Greek salad . I stop by and picked up my Greek salad and while I was waiting I admired all the wonderful Mediterranean/ Greek items they carried. They have all of my favorites from hummus, different types of olives, tzatziki, and one of my all-time favorites baba ganoush. They have multiple Deluxe deli meats and cheeses. They make amazing sandwiches including Gyros. They carry beautiful fresh bread pita bread and other types of bread and even have my very favorite Greek Wine Retain a wish is hard to find. They have beautiful fresh produce and tomatoes that look like they're fresh off the vine. I can't wait to go back. I plan on getting a multitude of Greek cheese dips olives and of course a couple bottles of red retsina. You're looking to fill your Mediterranean craving this is the place to go!!! read more

Well, it's an odd story. With the pandemic, my friends and I are constantly on the lookout for different take out and delivery options. We heard this place has great gyros. Since it is only a 4 hybrid away from my rented home-before disability- the $4.99 delivery fee on DoorDash seemed excessive. I asked about delivery from the store but they said it was only half likely since they are on a skeleton crew. By friends came by one day and decided to go there before coming by to pick me up and grab lunch. The result was the best tasting gyro I've ever had. A five star review. And my normal residency is about 2 miles from the Greek community in Astoria. read more

This is the kind of place that makes me love yelp. I would never have seen it on vacation without looking at the app. Wonderful fresh produce on the sandwiches and salads. Tabouleh salad was perfect, gyros was very flavorful and the homemade tzatziki sauce was the perfect compliment. Greek salad had a freshly made vinaigrette. Prices were very reasonable. My husband and I happened upon here after wandering between car rental places on St. Pete Beach. And I am so glad we did. They have the best spanikopita I've ever had. I also really enjoyed their Greek salad, avgolemeno soup, and hummus. My husband enjoyed his Gyro. This is a great place to stop in and load up for a picnic lunch on the beach. The food is really good and prices are reasonable. They also had a lot of other Mediterranean and some Eastern European grocery items. If you're looking for Pierogies, arrabiatta sauce, or milka chocolate they've got it. The staff was also super friendly. Stopped in for sandwiches and all we tried were delicious. Kids got ham n cheese and we had the turkey hummus wrap and the Cuban. They have many to choose from and they are really big. This is the most incredible place. This deli was within walking distance to our hotel so We visited almost every day while we were on vacation. They ALWAYS comment on how fresh, tasty and flavorful everything is. The owners are super and always offer advise on other products in the deli. Yeah, so apparently no one takes into account that people eat lunch on thanksgiving, too. This was the only place opened where we could get a quick, light lunch to tide us until dinner at 7. It was amazing. Greek salad with potato salad was delicious, the feta was amazing. The tzatziki and grilled pita and lemon chicken soup were both fresh and delicious. Their sandwiches are Boars Head and they also had their prepared salads for sale deli style. The owner (?) was so friendly. My hub was happy to find Dr Browns. This place is great. Excellent prices. Husband got a gyro, said it was delicious and that he could've eaten two. I got the chicken sandwich with provolone, lettuce, mayo and the spicy deli mustard. This place is awesome! Each item is prepared to order with fresh ingredients. The Greek salad and spanakopita were delicious. The produce is fresh and very well priced. There are several tables if you want to eat in or they will package your order for takeout. The owner was so nice, he even gave me some samples of the delicious tabouli and quinoa salads which I definitely recommend. A great Mediterranean/ Greek deli in St. Pete Beach. The food is fresh and delicious, the people are friendly, and service was prompt. We stopped there for lunch on the way to Fort de Soto... We picked up a hot lunch and extra stuff for snacks later and for lunch the next day. Enjoyed the gyro, chicken souvlaki (both delicious with fresh tomatoes and pita) and the Cuban (so large, you could definitely split it). Everything was so fresh. Fresh dill in the tzatziki. There is a little produce section where we picked out some perfect nectarines... There is also a dried goods area and a bakery (baklava, yum!). We will definitely be going back our next visit in St. Pete. read more

The salad was good, the gyro was excellent (best I've had in a long time), and the tzatziki was simply delicious. They also gave me a taste of some tasty soup.
