    FARMER JOHN'S DELIGHT
    Kameron T.

Loved this place!!! The menu had so many options! Do not skip getting the ICED COCO BANANA! It was delightful! THE SOUL IN A BOWL was delightful! And do not get me started on the curds!! FARMER JOHN'S DELIGHT was also superb! The food was all so good and fresh tasting. Typical brunch vibe and the waitress was so friendly and helpful with menu recommendations. 10/10

Omg loved everything about this place. It was hip and lively with plenty of seating. Our server was outstanding, very professional. We started with a latte and a martini. My latte was creamy and delicious. The martini was balanced and refreshing. The food was outstanding, my breakfast was incredible. The chicken sausage was flavorful and the potatoes.... Omg have to try them. The bonito was like nothing ive had before. The sauce combined with the eggs and wrap was superb. A must try restaurant for sure

Short stack of pancakes on the side of pork breakfast sausage

This place is legit! Great food comfortable seating and always friendly and helpful staff! Today I wanted a small breakfast so I ordered a side stack pancakes and a side of breakfast sausage they had two choices of sausage with both pork and chicken. The chicken is made with hot chili so I opted for the pork sausage because I wasn't sure if the chicken would be spicy. The pork sausage was on point and was a great compliment to my pancakes which came with real maple syrup.

I'm thrilled I stumbled upon OEB Breakfast Co., because I found a breakfast spot that was off the chain. First off, when I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome, and friendly faces, and enough smiles to light up a room. The decor was pretty snazzy too. My waitress was super helpful. I was loving the menu, the dishes had some hilarious names. I was torn between a Threesome, but then I thought the Gold Digga sounded awesome, but then I was like, All Eyes On Me might be the way to go. Then I checked out the non-breakfast items and the Notorious B.T.A sounded like a good choice too. In the end, I went with breakfast and it was ridiculously good. I'll definitely be back to try some of the other menu items. I'm so glad I stopped by. I think I just found my new go-to breakfast spot. Whoo Hoo!

Chef Mauro, owner and creator, it was an extra treat to shake your hand and sing, "eob's," praises. Also, behind the scenes, Chef Ryan & Phillip orchestrating all of the other kitchen magicians. Wow, what an outstanding team you are! It is clear you take great pride in your craft. Our exceptionally delicious breakfast was delivered by Ryan, another cheery chap! Fabulous 1st xperience, we look forward to returning and visiting you in Canada

Fantastic breakfast and brunch spot! All high quality ingredients including beef tallow. The breakfast potato wedges were unbelievably good! There really is a difference when you cook with tallow. The sausage was also so good! I'm actually very picky when it comes to sausage, and I love the sausage here! What brought me in was the pineapple juice. There are not any places that serve it, but they do here!

Absolutely sensational. I had the buttermilk pancakes with fresh hot cinnamon apples. The pancakes werent dense a plus, but they weren't fluffy either. The latter I wish they were but they were tasty and filling. The apples was a big win. The whipped butter was strong too. I am surprised they do not make their own fresh OJ. I wish they would because fresh is clearly a win here. Menu is massive. Pricing typical for Scottsdale.

OEB Breakfast was a good clean breakfast spot. We were looking for somewhere to eat and this place stood out, so we decided to try it. The wait was about forty minutes which was a little annoying, but usually when there is a line it means the food is good. My friends loved their meals, but for me it felt like it was missing a little touch. I cannot put my finger on what it was, but it just did not fully hit for me even though everything tasted fresh and well made. I am also very picky with breakfast spots, so that might be why. One thing that surprised me was that the orange juice was not fresh squeezed. For a place with such a clean vibe, I expected that. Overall the food was good and the service was friendly. I would give it a four and a half if I could, but since Yelp does not do halves this gets a solid four from me.

Today my friend and I went to OEB for the first time. OEB stands for Outstanding People, Embracing Evolution and Bold Food Integrity. They are a true farm to table restaurant that prides itself on serving seasonal fresh ingredients. What a bright, welcoming space. The restaurant is very open and warm. We just loved the menu! There were so many interesting options, it was hard to decide what to order. I ended up getting the Holy Crab Eggs Benny. It's served on a butter croissant with a half poached jammy egg and buttery hollandaise sauce. It was delicious! It came with fried herb potatoes. My girlfriend ordered the Halloumi Cheese Benny. It was pan roasted Halloumi cheese with a charred corn, tomato jalapeño salsa. She ordered it with a side of arugula. It was delicious too! We both had mimosas with grapefruit juice. Our server was very attentive. The manger even came over and checked on us to see how everything was. Great, friendly staff all around. I can't wait to come back and try one of their Breakfast Bowls, the Lobster and Shrimp Crepe, and one of their Bloody Mary's. My only suggestion is to have some sort of coasters on the wood tables as the water glasses and drinks sweat and our table was wet. I used my napkin to wipe it up a few times and then when our food came I was out a napkin, but such a minor thing. OEB is definitely five stars!

This is for sure a new favorite breakfast/lunch spot! My friend and I both ordered one of their egg benny's to share. She ordered their holy crab and I ordered the haullomi cheese benny. All of their egg benny's have poached eggs served on a real butter croissant with brown butter hollandaise. Absolutely delicious! For a side, one of us got their arugula and the other got their herb fried potatoes. Everything was fantastic!! Their menu looks so good, I can't wait to come back to try something else. As a reminder, their hours are 7am-2pm. Their service was great too, no complaints :)

We were looking for a better breakfast place than what we had on Mother's Day. We are visiting from RI for my daughter's graduation. This place got great reviews on Yelp and had a most interesting menu so we tried it out. I am very glad we did. There were 8 of us in our party and were a bit hungry after our hike this morning. We were greeted and sat promptly. The owner/manager was very pleasant and so was our server. The interior was spacious and bright which made for a nice experience. Food was simply wonderful. Everyone enjoyed their breakfast immensely. We had a variety of things. I had the poutine with short ribs and duck fat home fries. HOLY CRAP! It was awesome! More descriptions of others' breakfasts are described in the photos. Give this place a try for certain when here. It is amazing!

Made a 10am reservation on a Saturday morning and just beat the brunch rush. Such a large and unique menu and so many delicious options. Will definitely be back to try more dishes!

    Eggs Huevos In' Na Burrito
    Steven G.

An airy, bright interior with a decent sized brunch patio. I had the huevos in'na burrito, which required to be eaten with a fork and knife and not as a handheld. I'm not complaining! That's a compliment in this case! I liked the whole beans mixed with the scrambled eggs. The salsa was mild and complemented the rest of the meal.

Our party arrived right on time for our reservation, but we were not seated until 15 min later because our table was not ready. It took about an additional 15 min to get tap water for the table (there was not enough provided anyways), and to place our orders too another ~20 min. The food did not arrive until 30 min later. For context, we eventually learned that the restaurant was short staffed and the bartender was also operating as our waiter. When the food finally arrived, there was a mix-up on what was delivered. We had checked with the staff who delivered one of the dishes: we ordered the "wild mushroom" side, but what we received did not look quite like it. We asked clarifying questions x2, but were assured, "no, it is the wild mushroom." Turned out, it was the mushroom empanada that was delivered to our table, which we originally did not order. The management did rectify the situation upon the conclusion of the event when we were paying the bill, but to us, it felt a bit accusatory as if we intentionally wanted to cause a huge fuss about the final total, which was absolutely not the case. The food in general was delicious. If this was a more standard dining experience, it would have been 4-5 stars just for the food. The service was very subpar, and really colored the entire experience negatively, therefore the two star review. I understand that staffing shortages happen -- fine. My family has worked in food service as wait staff for 25+ YEARS, so I am empathetic. But for management to ring up our bill and then come confront us in an inflammatory manner, making us feel like we were wrong, on an occasion to celebrate something special, was extremely disappointing.

We sat outside in the evening shade for a nice gathering. We shared the Cuban Caesar salad with romaine, manchego cheese, sliced pears, toasted pepitas, masa croutons, avocado, fried plantain chips and Aji amarillo Caesar. The salad was crisp, well dressed and delicious with the fried / curled plantain chips. The shrimp cerviche with fried plantains, blue corn tortilla chips, lime, cilantro and cucumber pico de gallo was ok but not remarkable. Our final selection was the Gaucho spiced skirt steak with chimichurri, and masa potato cakes. The steak was overcooked, not medium rare, bland taste and tough. The potato cake was tasteless. Overall, the ambience and service was good, however, the food lacks any hint of Cuban flare except for the fried plantains. When I think of Cuban food, I salivate for the unique taste profiles with a hint of sweetness from the fruits. At The canal Club, I found it non-existing. The name, setting, and environment is good but the kitchen needs to let in on the theme being Cuban.

The six of us were seated across from the bar, and it was HOT . I started sweating and needed to use the menus as a fan and drink water to try and cool off. The restaurant had already been open for almost 2 hours, so I am not sure why it was so hot inside (others in our party were hot too, so I wasn't just me). Positives are the restaurant's beach decor and the hamburgers. Several people in our party ordered burgers, and they were cooked to perfection and the fries were really good! Negatives are very few seafood menu options and the fish tacos were terrible. They were drowning in a mayonnaise based slaw. The corn tortillas were really fresh and tasty, but when I bit into my taco I could mostly only taste mayonnaise and the pickled onions. Our friends even made an unsolicited comment that my tacos did not look good. Luckily, I selected fries as my side, because they were the best thing on my plate. With a name like Montauk, and the beach decor, I expected more fresh seafood options on the menu. More than half the menu was not seafood (Mediterranean platter, hamburgers, chicken sandwiches, brussels sprouts, salads, etc.). Unfortunately, Montauk does not live up to the hype.

We kicked things off with a complimentary prickly pear vodka cocktail (delicious) paired with a comp app -- looks like they rotate these, and I got hummus with crudite and crackers. During the meal, there were 2 standout dishes that made this memorable. - Hamachi Crudo: THE BEST crudo I have ever had. They switch up the dressing regularly, but whatever they put on mine was unforgettable - 10 oz Wagyu Strip: solid steak, but nothing "Wagyu" tasting. It didn't have that melt-in-your-mouth fatty richness I was hoping for from wagyu and was slightly chewy. - Scallops: tender! - Asparagus: came with a creamy sauce which was a great touch - Chocolate Espresso Mousse Cake: MAGICAL. If I had one minor critique, it would be the king crab legs. They are char-grilled, which gives them a smoky flavor that wasn't quite our personal preference. That said, the quality of the crab itself was excellent, and it's more a matter of taste than a criticism of the preparation.
