The service was awesome, the food was delicious, and I honestly can't decide which was better: the food or the names of the dishes. The customer service we received from our server Melissa was top notch. You can tell she truly cared about us & didn't just go through the motions. The food... unbelievable. This is my go-to breakfast spot for a while now but when we saw on their social media that they now have 72 hour fermented pinsa dough Roman flatbreads, we immediately knew we were overdue to stop in again. We came in around 11:30am Sunday morning, the parking lot was packed but we got a table instantly (guessing we came in right as the rush was leaving) Our waitress was amazing and super friendly. Came here again after trying this place years ago - this time with my husband and 14 month old! Tried the tortilla mexicana scramblette this time. It was tasty - flavorful chorizo, jalapeños and onions. It comes with a side of delicious potato wedges that were perfectly crisp and a piece of toast. My husband ordered the buttermilks griddle cakes to share with my son since there wasn't a kids menu. They both enjoyed the pancakes - my son ate a whole one himself and loved the side of berries. We love OEB! It's our first stop when we are in Scottsdale. I'm actually surprised that I did not leave a review when we first discovered it in 2023. My kids talked about their "custard crepes" for months after our visit. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The food is incredible and they have a lot of options for gluten free diets. Today I wanted a small breakfast so I ordered a side stack pancakes and a side of breakfast sausage they had two choices of sausage with both pork and chicken. The chicken is made with hot chili so I opted for the pork sausage because I wasn't sure if the chicken would be spicy. I'm thrilled I stumbled upon OEB Breakfast Co., because I found a breakfast spot that was off the chain. First off, when I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome, and friendly faces, and enough smiles to light up a room. The decor was pretty snazzy too. My waitress was super helpful. I was loving the menu, the dishes had some hilarious names. Absolutely sensational. I had the buttermilk pancakes with fresh hot cinnamon apples. The pancakes werent dense a plus, but they weren't fluffy either. The latter I wish they were but they were tasty and filling. The apples was a big win. The whipped butter was strong too. I am surprised they do not make their own fresh OJ. OEB Breakfast was a good clean breakfast spot. We were looking for somewhere to eat and this place stood out, so we decided to try it. The wait was about forty minutes which was a little annoying, but usually when there is a line it means the food is good. My friends loved their meals, but for me it felt like it was missing a little touch. I cannot put my finger on what it was, but it just did not fully hit for me even though everything tasted fresh and well made. I am also very picky with breakfast spots, so that might be why. One thing that surprised me was that the orange juice was not fresh squeezed. For a place with such a clean vibe, I expected that. Overall the food was good and the service was friendly. Today my friend and I went to OEB for the first time. OEB stands for Outstanding People, Embracing Evolution and Bold Food Integrity. They are a true farm to table restaurant that prides itself on serving seasonal fresh ingredients. What a bright, welcoming space. The restaurant is very open and warm. We just loved the menu! There were so many interesting options, it was hard to decide what to order. I ended up getting the Holy Crab Eggs Benny. It's served on a butter croissant with a half poached jammy egg and buttery hollandaise sauce. It was delicious! It came with fried herb potatoes. My girlfriend ordered the Halloumi Cheese Benny. It was pan roasted Halloumi cheese with a charred corn, tomato jalapeño salsa. She ordered it with a side of arugula. It was delicious too! We both had mimosas with grapefruit juice. Our server was very attentive. The manger even came over and checked on us to see how everything was. Great, friendly staff all around. I can't wait to come back and try one of their Breakfast Bowls, the Lobster and Shrimp Crepe, and one of their Bloody Mary's. My only suggestion is to have some sort of coasters on the wood tables as the water glasses and drinks sweat and our table was wet. We were looking for a better breakfast place than what we had on Mother's Day. We are visiting from RI for my daughter's graduation. This place got great reviews on Yelp and had a most interesting menu so we tried it out. I am very glad we did. There were 8 of us in our party and were a bit hungry after our hike this morning. We were greeted and sat promptly. The owner/manager was very pleasant and so was our server. The interior was spacious and bright which made for a nice experience. Food was simply wonderful. Everyone enjoyed their breakfast immensely. We had a variety of things. I had the poutine with short ribs and duck fat home fries. HOLY CRAP! It was awesome! Crab Benedict is something I just can't resist. They use wild blue crab meat -- not even battered (not like a crab cake) -- and instead of English muffin, it's served on a butter croissant. The brown butter hollandaise sauce isn't overly rich and works perfectly with poached eggs. One of the signature dishes here is something similar to Canadian poutine. You can choose different kinds of meat and vegetables to go on top of the fries, along with two poached eggs. I have to say, they really know how to cook poached eggs -- just perfectly done. The fries aren't too salty and are fried really well. You can even opt for half fries and half arugula. We ordered 'Do not even go there' to share - a crepe filled with custard, banana, and berries. You could tell the quality of the ingredients were elite. The yolk of the eggs were a rich orange, the potatoes were some of the best breakfast potatoes I've ever had, perfectly crispy!
