It was not even worth going all the way back just for 1 item, even though that was the main thing we needed. We ended up having to put everything away and clean / fix my car another day when he has a chance to go and buy another cleaner from somewhere else. I hope the employees can be more careful with their loyal customers' purchases in the future.

Comparing the grades of oil, I got confused and asked Miles for help. He is fairly new but very knowledgeable. He explained and educated me that there are actually two numbers to consider ie: 15w - 40. Miles also gave me some advice about changing front struts on my car and that I might be able to DIY and avoid mechanic and shop labor costs. I dont know why this store has only a 2.5 Star rating. I've read some of the other Yelper review and I agree to give 5 Stars. Customer service goes a long way with me so thank you for your help Miles.

No probllem as i had done this 50 plus sets before. Well, the normal loop kind it turns out. This 2015 Ford Explorer had a metal nub on the end after I broke off a piece of plastic. I was in Ut-Oh land thinking I broke something. I spent 30 minutes trying to figure out as the rain increased by the minute. Off to Monument with much hope. Deborah, greeted me with a smile as I entered. I said I HOPE you can help. I explained the mid-evil wiper control arm. She removed the normal car install loop part and installed an entire new insert, and pulled out a part of that insert and quietly said its was ready for instal. I was still doubtful of this witchcraft and a happy ending. Deborah came outside and installed the first one explaining each step. She might as well had been speaking Swahili and I would've understood better. Luckily, seeing me deer in the headlight confusion, she also installed the second one. I had bought nothing from the store and she treated me like a Monument highroller. Excellent/outstanding customer service from her. I was beyond fortunate that she had the patience and knowledge to solve my Rubiks cube. This will be my go to place no doubt in the future. ( I'll call first and ask Deborah is working :)). Didn't want to give me any options for the battery I want to replace. Clearly wasn't even in a mood to even talk to customers - i drove up to the auto center, was told to move my car to the main parking lot - later received a txt message saying action required, asking me to call them - Called them but was told they don't know what's happening, asking me to wait - Received a call later saying they can't locate my car. I said it was at the main parking lot but got YELLED at saying I should've parked at the auto center. But they asked me to move my car to the main plot in the first place - Didn't even try to find my car and outright hung up on me I'm at a loss of words. No paying customers deserve such attitude. Please avoid!! For any of the car services you need -- oil change, tire, battery etc. you will be better off elsewhere. Literally anywhere else.

I was watching them from beginning as I was waiting for it to be done ASAP. The person who supposes to rotate the tires did not rotate was parking the car but as soon as he noticed me he pulled back the car into the service center (yes there were no other car) and started working on tire rotation. I WILL BUY ELSEWHERE NEXT TIME…read more I ordered parts online and received a notice that my parts were ready. I arrived at the store to find a big sign with "ORDER PICKUP". I stood there patiently for 10 minutes while they helped customers they were engaged with. One of the two people made eye contact with me, no greeting. After another 5 minutes the person who made eye contact called the next person in their line. I finally had to walk over and cut in on their conversation to find I needed to get in the regular line because their online pickup like was not active, nothing at the register to let me know. After another 10 minutes, I was helped, they pulled my parts from the "ORDER PICKUP" area. O' Reilly says they are "Professional Parts People" apparently that does not include Customer Service.
