It was not even worth going all the way back just for 1 item, even though that was the main thing we needed. We ended up having to put everything away and clean / fix my car another day when he has a chance to go and buy another cleaner from somewhere else. I hope the employees can be more careful with their loyal customers' purchases in the future.

Comparing the grades of oil, I got confused and asked Miles for help. He is fairly new but very knowledgeable. He explained and educated me that there are actually two numbers to consider ie: 15w - 40. Miles also gave me some advice about changing front struts on my car and that I might be able to DIY and avoid mechanic and shop labor costs. I dont know why this store has only a 2.5 Star rating. I've read some of the other Yelper review and I agree to give 5 Stars. Customer service goes a long way with me so thank you for your help Miles.

Had changed two rear tires, as soon as I turned my car on the light was on. I drove 5 mins to my house, then had a complete flat tire on the driver seat. Nothing was checked correctly, no communication, completely stranded on the side of the road because they were not thorough. Also have a scratch on my wheel. Completely disappointed. You guys need to do better. Change the front desk men everyone is having issues with who also refers to the shop as "his shop" I'm so upset, will never be back to this location.

I WILL BUY ELSEWHERE NEXT TIME…read more I ordered parts online and received a notice that my parts were ready. I arrived at the store to find a big sign with "ORDER PICKUP". I stood there patiently for 10 minutes while they helped customers they were engaged with. One of the two people made eye contact with me, no greeting. After another 5 minutes the person who made eye contact called the next person in their line. I finally had to walk over and cut in on their conversation to find I needed to get in the regular line because their online pickup like was not active, nothing at the register to let me know. After another 10 minutes, I was helped, they pulled my parts from the "ORDER PICKUP" area. O' Reilly says they are "Professional Parts People" apparently that does not include Customer Service.
