I needed to pick up a few quarts of oil, so with some Google searching, Napa Auto had the lowest prices. This is my first time shopping at this retailer. I usually stop by Monument or O'Riellys closer to me. An employee welcomed me and asked if I needed help. He directed me to the oil. Comparing the grades of oil, I got confused and asked Miles for help. He is fairly new but very knowledgeable. He explained and educated me that there are actually two numbers to consider ie: 15w - 40. Miles also gave me some advice about changing front struts on my car and that I might be able to DIY and avoid mechanic and shop labor costs. I dont know why this store has only a 2.5 Star rating. I've read some of the other Yelper review and I agree to give 5 Stars. Customer service goes a long way with me so thank you for your help Miles. read more

Ordered a part online, received a call the part is available for pick-up. When I showed up, clerk said the part isn't there and in fact they don't order the part until you pay (so why wasn't this mentioned in the call?) but if I pay now, they can have the part in a day or two. So three trips to get a part for an 'online' order. What's that point? Useless. Staff was responsive and friendly though. read more

Today: Covid Days Entered store with my mask on. Was not greeted (I was the only one in the store). I was looking for a tool (tap/die) and decided to look for it on my own without bothering the counter guy. Couldn't find it, approached the counter guy, I said "good morning" he didn't. Brought a sample of the bolt size to get the correct tap, he didn't want to touch it or even look at it (I get it- Covid), told him the size and gave me the tool. He was kind of rude and seemed like I was bothering him. Paid via CC. I waited for him to say "thank you", he never did. If I am spending money at a business, I expect to be acknowledged, assisted, and thanked for my business. Here's the part I don't get. We are all required to put on a mask ( I hate it, but do it) whenever entering a enclosed business, this idiot wasn't even wearing one! I get maybe he has an underlying condition, if so at the very least put on a face shield! read more

They have good availability of parts when needed but prices are not a bargain. Granted, if the part is needed, one should be willing to pay the price but other stores carry the same parts too, except that they were out of stock. read more

This NAPA location has the worst customer service. Today was my third time coming to this location. I kept giving them a try, and again, I walked out so upset. Twice I went to this NAPA location that no one even acknowledged I was there. I walked around the store looking for what I needed- tried to pay- and all 4 tellers was on their phone looking at their computer screen. No one said anything nor looked at me as I waited to pay. Twice, I left what I needed to buy and walked out. The third time- the same thing happened and when I was about to walk out- one of the employees tried to catch up to me to help. He said that they are just so busy- he helped, but he seemed very rushed as if I was a bother to him. I have trusted Napa with auto parts for years. Coming to this location was a big disappointment. I don't usually write many reviews- but I needed to let people know about it. There's a reason why their parking is always empty- this Napa location in Dublin is really bad! read more

Bought and o2 sensor for my 97 Civic and brake pads for my 04 Odyssey. Napa Dublin, have a helpful staff that seems to be knowledgeable with cars in general. And I will choose Napa brand any day over O'Rileys. For some reason, it just went downhill when Kragen became O'Rileys. For now, I will stick with Napa and Carquest for all my local auto needs. I also like fact that each Napa store is unique and has its own identity. Dublin's Bad Monster Inc. is pretty cool. read more

Agreeing with most of the other reviewers about worst customer service. I usually goto the NAPA in Pleasanton, but called the Dublin store since they were closer. Asked about a particular product, and the rude reply was "We don't carry that... only the good stuff." I woulda shrugged off the unsolicited advise except that the Ptown NAPA carries this particular product and I've been happy with it over the years. Dublin criticizing products that other NAPA branches carry shows inconsistency within the company and a disregard for helping a customer. I can only imagine what it'd be like to bring a product back for refund or exchange under valid circumstances. I'll spend the $100 in Pleasanton instead. read more

This place ROCKS! The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Which makes a huge difference when you are asking for their advise on parts etc. Their prices are good and they can usually get what you need in a very timely manner. With three parts stores in a very close distance, this is our go to one. read more

Worst auto parts store I have ever been to! Bought an oil suction pump to change my wife's oil and it didn't work. Went to return the item and the owner told me no returns but nothing on the receipt or anywhere in the store posting no refunds. After arguing with the owner he finally refunded me my money. I bought over $100 of product from this store but I was told I can't use the bathroom. One of the liquid containers had a hole in the bottom that was not noted until after my purchase. I had fluid all over my hands but I wasn't allowed in the bathroom to wash off my hands! Looks like I will have to take my business somewhere else where at least I am valued as a customer. read more

Bought a pair of the legend batteries here.One went bad,came in to get one pro rated on legend 75 month warranty battery.Owner says no warranty without the original paper receipt.There was no mention of this when I bought them.These batteries are $500 a pair and say napa all over them.I have been to this store many times.I have bought batteries from O'reilly's auto parts and they replace their batteries when they fail. Napa expects you to keep a paper receipt for six years.Seems like a chicken crap ploy to get out of honoring their warranty.Just want everyone to know about this ridiculous policy.I will never buy anything here again and I will tell everyone I know not to buy here! read more

They had what I needed, screws for my license plate frame. They look kind of weird, unlike screws I had ever seen before. I asked how to install them and was told with a regular screwdriver. I just thought they were funky so they would be hard for some random person to unscrew and steal my license plate. Turns out you need a special tool to get them off. Great. I wish I had known that before I bought them. Luckily I figured it out before I put them on my back plate, as the plate needs to be taken out of the frame every year to put the registration stickers on. I wrote to the company that makes the screws to see if I can get the special tool to get the screws out just in case I ever need to get my front plate off. Of course they don't sell the special tool on Amazon anymore. Pleasant people, but when somebody asks you what tool you need to install the screws, it would be nice if you mention that a special tool is needed to remove the screws. read more

The worker at NAPA Auto Parts Dublin should be a little friendly and compassionate instead of mean. The Dublin Fair is going on across the street, and all I did was to pull into the parking lot to unload my wife and kid. It took only 1 minute from when I stopped to when I was trying to get back in my car to drive away when a worker in a mean voice said, "hey you can't do that, its not an unloading spot". Granted he was within his legal right to tell me off, but on the other hand, I was only using his space for a very small amount of time (1 minute) and WAS NOT causing any disruptions or get in the way of his business or customers. After getting told off, I did step into the store because I did need to buy some antifreeze, but the vibe and meaness of the clerk made me leave right away. As for a review of this store, this is a typical NAPA Auto Parts store, similar to AutoZone and O'Reilly and Pep Boys and can be convenient if you live close by. Probably decent if you are a paying customer, but watch out if you don't buy anything. Don't worry NAPA Dublin, I will never use your parking lot again as I will never buy anything from your store. read more

Today, I was leaving work and when I got in my truck, my battery was deader than a door nail. After I tried to jump my vehicle with multiple attempts, I finally was able to get it to turn over and start. I had just replaced my alternator last week but was now stranded with a dead vehicle (hazards wouldn't even click on). I decided to stop at NAPA in Dublin and my battery seized to work again and it died on Sierra Ct. We got my truck into the parking lot. Kevin B was the guy who helped. He tested the battery and alternator, it was reading low. He gave me a new battery for my vehicle and installed it properly and got my truck up and running again. Thanks NAPA. We appreciate it. The workers here are so nice!!!!!! I go here every time I need to fix something minor like wiper blades n taillights etc. The owner of the store helped me change out my tail light signal. I stopped in to check if they had the wiper blades I was looking for and the typical oil/oil filter. Welcomed warmly as soon as I walked in despite everyone being on the phone. I needed a headlight retaining ring & they almost had one for me but didn't have any in stock. They directed me to check with the dealership. They also helped me find a nice smog shop!
