I can't say enough about this dealership, they were great. my husband arrived from New Orleans to Miami, and they accommodated him by having someone pick him up from the airport. It's not something they do on their own, but he did request it and they came through. The truck he bought was just like the ad displayed and they were in constant communication with me the entire time. He did have 2 issues: 1. The vehicle wasn't washed to his standards, but I have to admit he's really picky when it comes to washing our vehicles. 2. The initial salesman didn't tell him they needed a cashier check before he arrived. He was able to get the funds to them the very next morning, but that was an issue or him that night. Finance was easy to deal with as well. Now we have to give a shout out to a guy name Jose Espinoza. Why? because he took great care of my husband after the transaction was completed. He made sure he got to his hotel safely because he went straight to the dealership when he got off the plane. On the way to the hotel, he took my husband to grab a bite to eat and he was eager to do it. They had great conversation, and he made my husband feel like we were friends for years. FIRST LET ME RANT After going from dealer to dealer wasting time on sales people who would promise inventory then have zero prepared and even zero to show us on the lot... that is IF they even showed up for us. Ed Morse, Sawgrass and Lexus North Miami made appointments with my daughter for a specific car she wanted and that they had listed. We drove ALL the way out to sawgrass and the sales person AND the car were no shows. Same in Lexus and no apologies but plenty of made up excuses and wait time. ONLY PRAISE FOR EDUARDO AT OLO We left the Lexus dealership and headed to Eduardo who we had an appt with the following Tuesday. We called him to see if we could come in (arrive at 7pm out in Opalocka) and he said sure that once on the lot even if it's past the 9pm closing time we are good. This promise he made good as he accompanied us the entire lengthy process of selecting, testing, purchasing, financing, insuring and driving off the lot at 11:30pm. He even filled the tank, put our plate on, and placed a purple bow on the car as a sweet gesture AFTER a long day where he deserved to go home. He was a gentleman to the end. BUT FIRST When we arrived immediately I'm impressed with the Huge car lot filled with plenty of models and all no older than 2017. Eduardo was spot on with what we wanted and he was able to locate the models we were going to like and afford - miraculously and meticulously spot on. He knows his inventory... and it changes daily. He arranged a test drive when we boiled it down to the Best Buy for us. OLO allows you to test drive for up to 20 min on road alone. Like Tesla... Anthony at the gate who checks you in and out of the lot was also an upbeat happy guy who brought a smile to our weary-with-the-process-of-buying-a-car-faces. And though the cars are dusty from being outside and some are smelly inside (every lot we found the same odd thing) the cars are impeccable: mileage wise all are average 29k as they were leases, and for that same reason are well taken care of. We saw one small ding on one car of the twenty we checked out. Many are even under warranty depending on make. We have 30k or three years left on our model. IMPORTANT Car fax info on all cars and Eduardo took us through to ensure we didn't get literally a lemon, accident, or damaged car. Points for him here too. The Ocean Detailers sticker on the car informs you that they are meticulously detailed before you drive off the lot and Eduardo reminded us of this too. This promise is met and my daughter drove off the lot with a brand new looking and new smelling Kia Niro that she is in love with! THE BUYING PROCESS Is lengthy because buying a car is. But Eduardo takes you through the whole process and lightens the load with his light hearted manner. As I mentioned before the steps need to be taken and are as lengthy as all the parties require. Selection, test drive, check license, finance, purchase, signings, detailing -happens while you dance the process and car is ready before you as you end the day with the insurance coverage , which is never a simple process. FINANCING Was made very easy and pleasant with Oscar who is a whiz in his area. We can't thank him enough for the time he took to make my daughter comfortable with the $ per month. He explains thouroughly and swiftly. Done. He handed us the tag, the decal and Eduardo put it on her car. With a purple bow and a full tank my daughter's first car purchase experience was a dream and have to say made fun to buy by the people there at OLO. I decided to compare vehicles, the vehicle I purchased was nearly identical to a vehicle I found locally on a car sale website. That site is fairly popular and lists cars for many dealerships. The difference in the vehicle I purchased and the one on their site was minimal. The price difference was about $4,000. Off Lease Only had the lower price for essentially the same vehicle. What you need to know about Off Lease Only is that they will add a dealer's fee to the price of the vehicle. That's about $300. Plus, many of their vehicles have been in accidents, but since they were under lease (and full insurance was mandatory), they have been fixed. You'd have a hard time telling that anything was ever wrong with them. The sales team were excellent. I dealt with Sebastien for most of the transaction and then with Oscar when it came time to do the paperwork. I can't say anything about their financing because I had my own, but Oscar was very friendly and helpful. Sebastien was great to work with and I would highly recommend both of them. There was another finance manager I spoke with on my first trip in, and if I could remember his name I'd tell you to avoid him, but I can't remember it. So, instead ask for Oscar. When my monthly payment was higher than expected, we talked through options to lower the rate and how to pay less over time & reduce my APR. He was so helpful with my overall buying experience. I left happy, with my new vehicle! There was an issue with a notification light that wouldn't turn off, they tried to fix it, but the car needed more time for the issue to be fixed, so I needed to make an appointment for that. I live near Ft. Lauderdale, so they said they'd have the Ft. Lauderdale location call me to schedule my maintenance. I appreciated not having to go back to Miami for the service. The only thing that would have made my experience better, would be if we could have calculated the monthly cost & APR after my trade in before committing to a vehicle. So, if it was too expensive, I could have picked another car. CarMax does this, but it all worked out. Any way: Overall very, very happy! Their customer service is top notch! I was in the market for a ~3 year old Lexus IS and after asking around and doing some homework I decided to visit this Miami location. PSA: Off Lease Only has a certain type of vehicle: affordable C-grade fixer upper cars. If you want your money (and car) to last you a long while, I wouldn't buy here. These cars have had accidents and have been repaired to a budget. They're sometimes beat to shit, and other times they're just a little bent here and there. The bumpers might not fit exactly right, and so you'll have a beater car more or less, despite most cars only being 3 years old. Expects small scrapes and less than mint condition. The repairs will be obvious, none of their cars will look like the ones you can get from CarMax or a Lexus dealer (those cost more because they're in better shape). I'd buy here if I wanted to just buy a car to show off. This isn't the case though, I'd like a mint condition vehicle and I'm willing to pay more for that. The less issues a car has up front, the less likely it is to give me issues down the line. Also, if I keep it nice like I do, I can resell it for more down the line. In my situation I'll be skipping Off Lease Only. Now, if you don't know much about cars and need one ASAP - they probably won't completely rob you. However, the last car I bought recently I purchased a extended warranty against my better judgment from this company. The level of protection was there. However, I sold the car and now I'm trying to get a refund. I've been at it now for several weeks. I have emailed them. multiple times it was explained to me that it can take up to 10 weeks to get your money back. That's ridiculous. They took my money in less than three minutes. I've bought 3 vehicles from this company and the buying experience is very straight forward. There is no pressure, there is no negotiations, straight forward price, end of story. With that being said, shop around and make sure you know what you're buying. Make sure the car is the way you want it because they are sold as is. Check for things like alignment, fault lights, floor mats, etc. DO NOT sign and leave the lot without the things you need! When I got there, I waited about 20 minutes until I was met with one of the managers who advised that vehicle had been sold, however they had one similar. They took me out to the lot, and by appearances it was a nice vehicle....HOWEVER....READ THE CARFAX!!!! READ THE SERVICE HISTORY AS TO WHERE THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN!!!! This vehicle had reported STRUCTURAL DAMAGE and had also been an up north vehicle, meaning it had been exposed to salt, etc. I told the associate to put it back. not a good place to buy a car in my opinion. I looked at a lot of dealers for a Mercedes. Found a nice one at Off Lease Miami but the tires were almost worn bald. I would have sealed the deal had they either replaced the tires or gave me a discount but the sales person said our prices are firm, zero wiggle room. Manager said the same, how they move lots of inventory and prices are below market. So, I checked at the Mercedes dealer and found the same car, with lower miles, and they financed me longer since it's Mercedes and I was able to add a 5 year warranty. Thank god, I didn't go with off lease. Also, I checked the off lease Miami website and the same Mercedes they could have sold me had they wanted to move the car is still weeks later lol. Comedy. STAY AWAY AND AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Had a terrible experience with them and they employ bad business practices, bait and switched me! My fiance purchased a car with them with a terrible 30% APR loan that we are now looking to sell as we have a 9 month old baby and have another car and don't need the extra burden of their exploitative monthly payments. I called in advance and spoke with Tamari the manager at length and told him that before we drive up an hour with the baby in order to sell this car, will the amount offered online be the be honored on location, as this is a long drive and I want to make sure I'm not wasting my time. He told me explicitly - YES, if the car has no cosmetic or functional defects, and the condition is as stated in the online appraisal, the offer will be honored. Great! we kept the car in pristine condition and were excited to get rid of it. So we packed up the baby and drove up through the classic Hialeah traffic, and of course, what a surprise! - They offered us $5000 less than what was offered online. The agent even did an inspection of the vehicle, and agreed it was in great condition, it even had LESS miles than what we even reported online. I asked him what the reason for the lower offer was and he told me he had no idea and that's just how their system is. Of course Tamari was nowhere to be found and was unable to be reached. I told him I was extremely upset and would file a complaint with the BBB as this is a classic bait and switch technique to bring in a customer and then lowball them and hope to get their car at a reduced price. He said he would have the manager call me back the next day and what a suprise again! Never received a call back. "Ray, I would advise setting realistic expectations for wait times and having a system that is transparent. I waited over 90 minutes to sit down in a business office and complete the purchase of the car. Every 15-20 minutes or so I was told I'd be up "soon". The selection on this lot is beyond ridiculous! You definitely get the money you pay for for these cars. Definitely ask the salesman along with the product information given online. My specific car I picked out said that It had an accident but the Carfax report did not. When I asked him about this, they were upfront and honest and said that this car had been involved in a small impact accident but not yet reported on the Carfax report. There is still a lot of confidence in this lot dealership and the specific salesman I've dealt with. I will definitely give recommendations here as I was recommended by a family member and eventually Purchased a car that I'm using today and has been great so far! They saved me around $7000 and I wouldn't hesitate to go back to buy the car here. There are a lot of people on the lot and they do not rush you but do not give you extra attention as well. Pretty good experience here. Was happy with the pick service and price. Only bummer was that as I was pulling away my left window didn't move up and down and got stuck. Instead of being able to fix the issue immediately the manager only offered to come back another time waste half of my day to fix the issue. The window started working later in the day and I never got it fixed as the issue didn't occur again. Five stars if I would gotten a better service by the manager. Make sure you go with a mechanic that is able to look at the vehicle for you before you close the deal. I paid a local mechanic $100 he opened the hood and realized the dealership was selling me the vehicle with a battery that had acid coming out of it. My sales associate got it replaced quickly. Much to My surprise, when I went to see the car prior to signing, no cigarette odor was there. I thought they they did a great job with a ozone machine and detailing. The next morning when going to work, the smell was back even worse than before. I felt horrible about buying this car. I went online and thoroughly detailed the car again. Be careful when you buy here. I purchased an AUDI A4 2017 with less than 30k miles on it. Everything seem good, but there was hidden damaged, although the carfax was clean. The MMI control module is bad, and no one said anything about it. Looks like someone spilled some coffee or coke, and buttons to change radio station sticks. I contacted customer support multiple times, and many times they said there was no record of the phone call, and the last thing they had me to was to email them the quote from the dealer to fix issue which costs $1000. The sale was not tenable because of a lack of response by the sales person I was working with in Orlando. I attempted to purchase a car from Off Lease Only in Orlando via internet. After test driving a similar automobile in my city, I sent a text to my salesman about moving forward with the purchase. He did not respond to me. I sent another text the following morning, asking if he was working. Hours later, he sent me a text that said he had been busy. We were in the midst of closing the deal, when he informed me that someone else was test driving the car I had committed to. That person ultimately got the car that I had been trying to purchase for two days. If you want to work with this company, just ask for a sales manager. Off Lease Only is a great option for used cars. I have never purchased a used car before but Martha made it easy for me. She was very knowledgeable and funny! I also got the opportunity to meet Albert, the finance manager, who is very cooperative and understanding. Ian, the appraisal specialist, is also very helpful if you decide to trade in your car. Overall I'm happy to report nothing but positivity. BTW go during the week as this place literally turns into a zoo on the weekends! read more

Okay I don't know why this place has bad reviews...maybe they stepped up their game. I bought a used car there about a week ago. The tires weren't so great so they agreed to replace them for me. They had to order them and it only took about two days. Even though they were booked they squeeze me in on Saturday. Before I went in for the tires I noticed that the brakes were squeaking and rubbing a little bit. They said that they would take a look at them for me. I'm not gonna lie I was there for quite a while but when I got my car back and had all new brake pads. Amy Williams was my sales representative and she was an absolute pleasure to deal with! I would recommend this place to all of my friends. Oh yeah and one plus was that I was starving when I was waiting from my car to be fixed and they had a food truck there so I got some good food too :) read more
