Then the restaurant attempts to reverse the charge & issue a refund... but the system cancels the refund. That is all due to an interface issue between DoorDash's platform & restaurants that use the Fox platform. *Something DoorDash is fully aware of, & has done absolutely nothing to fix. (See Photo/Generalized Summary) So if this happens to you. Just be aware that the provided "convenience" of DoorDash, only goes so far. They have no issue with causing a massive inconvenience for both you & the restaurant you're attempting to order from. (*The restaurant was left with having me come in & they refunded me cash, since the system would cancel all attempts to reimburse me.*) Previous Review: Wow, unreal! Took our order, updates said it would be on time, that they were finding a driver. Then said the driver was waiting for our food & then was suddenly canceled by the driver because the restaurant was "reported to be closed"! Wasted the last few hours that restaurants were delivering to be blown off minutes before our food was meant to be delivered, seriously!?! To top it off, THEY PROCESSED THE TRANSACTION!!!
