Went to a Sunday night just last night and it was so funny my cheeks hurt and had tears down my face. Both the local guy and the headline "Tom Rhodes" were excellent. Had decided to have employee Christmas party there and the club was more than gracious and accommodating. Order about six small plates and all of them were good. Lobsters Sliders and Margarita flat bread were particularly yummy. Beer was cold, food was well prepared and we laughed our asses off. All in all a really great night. Bought Groupon tickets for tonights performance by Cindy Kaza. Venue says they sold out. Will not honor Groupon purchased tickets that were purchased in early December. Rude person said they operate very well without Groupon purchasers and bssically, "Get out of their business." Do not purchase tickets for this terrible venue through Groupon or by any other means unless you enjoy verbal abuse with your entertainment. read more

They cancelled our show and never gave us our money back! Called 15 times and nothing even showed up to the location and the manage said only the owner can give us our money back. Place is a scam makes you spend a bunch of money while your there too when you pay 40$ for tickets. read more

Purchased a groupon for a show. Upon arrival, was told we would not be allowed entry as they had oversold and were not offered a refund. Were not allowed to speak with manager. Security guard told all groupon holders (30-40 of us) to leave the establishment and continued to intimidate, berate, and insult the entire group stating that if we had "actually read the fine print, we would have seen that seating was not guaranteed so it was our fault for purchasing the tickets" when in actuality, the fine print only stated that ADA seating was not guaranteed. He said that line referred to anyone who bought a ticket, not just the disabled. He mocked several of the people and was extremely rude as were the hostesses. Would never recommend this venue to anyone. They definitely need to fire their security or at least teach him some manners. He was not dealing with teenagers at a bar... read more

Loved the comedian which is a shame this place is the best choice he had for southwest Florida. When compared to other clubs I have been to this place is in organized and over priced. They have a greedy feeling about the place. Let's start form the beginning. Seating is first come first serve which at first didn't bother me cause my thought was go early have a drink and get a good seat. Wrong, there is no where to get a drink so you end up standing outside for over an hour waiting. Then when you get to the door they have not a clue to where to sit you and are asking tables if seats are open, which explains the slow line to be seated. When compared to other clubs that your seats are based on when you purchased your tickets therefore much more organized. Which leads me to getting a drink. Waited about 20 min after getting to a table to order a drink ordered a draft beer and glass of wine which we got about another 20 min later and wasn't even the right beer. The show finally begins 30 min late I assume to give time to the slow service to take orders. Enjoyed the show and was brought our bill which was 37 bucks for a few bud lights and 2 glasses of wine. Looked at the bill then back to watching the show only to realize the server was still there waiting on me to pull out my wallet, felt very rushed to pay him. He also picked up his tip right after signing which I felt was rude. Long story short I didn't enjoy the venue at all and felt it's more of a restaurant that has to bring talent in in order to sell it's over priced mediocre drinks and food. Back for the first time since they moved from Marco. First off the place looks great but wow the stage is way smaller then it used to be. Still seating is an issue because they're milking as much as possible out of food sales which is fine. Just wish for shows they did have a better set up but still got a good view. Haven't eaten here so I can't comment on food quality but drink prices are reasonable. However waitress has passed us by for our drink order lol. Can't rate on the act but I've heard nothing but good about the guest. I will always reccomend stand up as a thing to do. all in all not it's not "the comedy store" but Naples has done comedy right with this place. Enjoy! read more

Let me start by saying this is based on my most recent visit. I go there at least twice a month. Usually enjoyable. On this particular night I was not. Went to see Vickie Barbolak from America's Got Talent. I knew it would be a good show so I made sure to be there early. Showtime was 7PM. I was there with my guests at 4:45PM. The doors open at 5. While waiting to go in a group of people behind us had one of the restaurant workers go in and tell the owner they new her from school in 1963. She came out to talk to them. The doors opened and the few people there were lined up to go in. We were second in line. I saw the first people get seated and new we were going to get tables 30 and 31 since we had VIP tickets. But before we could get checked in the owner took the four people behind us and gave them the seats we wanted and should have gotten. That really put a sour taste in my mouth. We graciously took the next available table near the stage. We brought 5 first timers that traveled from Cape Coral to see the show. They enjoyed Vickie's comedy show but we're very disappointed in the service. Drink orders took forever. Food orders were wrong on the bills at the end. Luckily their night was comped by the manager due to all the problems. I paid my bill. I will still go back to see shows. I know it was a busy night and accepted the slow service but the way it started by being bumped by the owner was unacceptable. Hope this was a one time occurrence. T. B. read more

Have tickets for 1-8-2018 show. Due to weather along east coast part of our party could not get to Naples in time for show due to flight changes. Went to club and requested to change the tickets to a different night with the same act. Was told all sales are final. When I asked what could I do with the tickets was told to give them away. Asked for credit to future show or refund and the lady repeated all sales are final. I thanked them for working with me and left. Not a very customer friendly place. read more

worst service I've ever experienced . First we arrived to the venue very early to eat before the performance and even though the place was still empty that sat us with our backs to the stage. The waitress must have said sorry 200 times in her shift to every table. She couldn't get one order, including drinks, right. Appetizers , that were wrong , took over 30 minutes to arrive, dinner took over an hour and the dessert order took 1.5 hours to arrive at the table. Another couple only ordered desert and they too waited the 1.5 hours for a piece of cheesecake. A table near the bar was heckling a good portion of the show and several guys were near passing out by the end of the show. Shame on the bar to continue to serve them. The comedy was great, prime rib was in my bottom 5 of prime ribs, and service was horrendous. Go for the comedy , skip the food, you'll leave happier. The best live entertainment option has finally arrived in Naples! This comedy club is comparable to any Vegas or New York premier club. I read some of these reviews below and seems these people in Naples haven't grasp the live entertainment concept. Double check the ratings to make sure that you know what kind of act you are going to see. I have been to 4 shows already and love the Adam Farrara and Ralphie May the most. The risotto and calamari are a Must try. We eat and laugh and will be back for more! read more

The comedy was great. Everything else was not worth the time or the dime. Our section had no waitress, so we were picked up by someone clear across the room. The manager noticed we were not approached for about 15 minutes and wandered around the area we sat but he did nothing about it. When we finally got a server, we had to ask for the specials on drinks and food. The menu I had contained duplicates of pages with two of the pages completely missing. It took a while to get our drinks and then we had to approach manager about the fact that we had been waiting a half hour since getting the drinks to order. Still he didn't do much - didn't offer to take order for the server who we explained was super busy on the other side of the place. Food was ordered. It came when the show had started so too dark to even see. Good thing because the ahi tuna was not good at all as too much sauce of some sort was on it. We were never asked how the food was. In fact a different server took away the plates, not noticing the majority of the tuna was to be trashed. So, as night continued, comedy was good, but the place is not run well at all. I would not recommend at all! No customer service, no strong management. For a night that only had one show, this was ridiculous! read more

Absolutely disgusting!!!! I have worked in the service industry for 15 yrs and ate all over the country and this was by FAR the worst food ive ever had!! And not to mention to service was a total shit show. I ordered filet and was served some type of salsbury steak dog food after waiting over an hour!! The server brought all 4. People atthe tables food at serperate times...2 which were 15 minutes apart...the rude manager didnt care what so ever and rolled his eyes and said what do u expext me to do about it. My husband and I went here to see Jamie Kennedy .....he was great as I've always liked him and always wanted to see him perform. Loved his show and the comedian (Vincent) that came out before Jamie, he was also very good!! The only negative think I would say would be the stupid heckler's who, of course, sat in the front...both Jamie & Vincent were repeatedly asking these heckler's to refrain from talking, to no avail. I feel that the security didn't do anything to keep these idiots in line all night, which took away from the show. The management needs to step up and get a handle on this, seriously...otherwise, great show!! read more

They wanted me to still come and see a show I didn't want to see. I paid to see Jeff and they are still sending out emails promoting Jeff performing tonight when that is in fact FALSE!!! Drinks were great! Comedians were hilarious! Waitress was not so great...We started off with drinks outside the bar before the show.. I had a glass of wine & my boyfriend had about two beers. When she got to our table, "Have you been here before?" We said "No" she started explaining "We have a two drink per person minimum" of course my boyfriend said "Even if we just ordered drinks for an hour outside the bar?" She's like, "Yup it doesn't matter" (Charlotte our server) was not only rude about it she started to get angry and raising her voice instead of being understanding, she said "Well if you don't, will charge two drinks per person anyway!" We ended up eating and getting a few drinks before the show ended. We got our check. To top off her personality she not only picked up our check but also opened it to see if we had tipped her?!?!?! Never have I've ever seen that in my life. She looked at my boyfriend and said, "ok?" Like she deserved 20% for her rude introduction, she was lucky she got 18% from my boyfriend. Really poor customer service. I live in New Jersey and called to purchase a $100 gift card for my family in Naples and they would not let me purchase one. They told me I needed to come in and clearly that isn't an option. They directed me to the website but on the site you can only purchase a gift card for specific shows. I've been here before to see some great acts as well as just come in for a bite to eat and every time it's been awesome. However, that's not why I am writing a review. Off The Hook gave out water and bags of ice to Hurricane Irma survivors, me being one of them. With no electricity, the oppressive heat was unbearable last week. Most of us had plenty of work to do outside putting our homes back together making it even more hot and humid and the ice truly helped me thru it. This great business took the time to organize and give to those in need and I, for one, will support them back all day long. If you want to see great comedy, get good food and service and support a business that supports it's community, here it is! read more

I would never go to this place again. They charge 2.00 for ice per drink if you want your beverage on the rocks. They only serve bottled water at 5.00 per bottle and refused to give us tap water. I arrived 1 1/2 hours early for a show and got in line. About 1/2 hour early these very rude people hung out around where the line began. They allowed this and the people slid in line ahead of my party. I was third in line. When we mentioned this they said they were with others which was a lie because they were sat right in front of us. You have to buy it, even though you are spending $100 for dinner, drinks and a show per couple. How about $2 for ice in your drink? This was such a great night with Ralphie May. We got to Row Off the Hook Comedy Club at about 7:00 to enjoy date night. We were shown to our table for dinner and thats where we were sitting for the whole night. V.I.P seating nonetheless!! We ordered dinner the menu has great seafood items but they also have Prime Rib. I ordered the Haddock it was so awesome. My wife ordered the prime rib. We had a great server Jerri. She was as funny as Ralphie. The show started and Ralphie came out and we could almost touch him. We waited 45 minutes outside to be seated for a show with absolutely no explanation, but there were quite a few employees walking around bragging on social media about how the line was wrapped around the building. When we finally were seated almost an hour after the show's scheduled time, the seating staff was rude and no one could give us an answer as to why it took so long to get into the building. Attended Kevin Nealon last night. His show and the warm-up act were awesome. The manager and the general manager (Dan) however are total jerks. We had purchased a "VIP suite", which is actually a booth. We didn't see, evidently in fine print when buying the tickets, that there is a $300 minimum spend on drinks/food. Prior to settling up we had only spent around $120 and while the show was still going on the manager came out and rudely told us we needed to spend the minimum. We told her we were unaware and that nowhere on our tickets or on the multiple emails they sent us did it mention the minimum. She left, came back in the middle of Kevin Nealon's act with a printed piece of paper and wanted to discuss it! We asked her to come back after the show because we were trying to watch the act! The show ended and the waitress, who was great btw, gave us our bills for just what we'd ordered and we paid. Then the GM, Dan, came over (we thought to apologize or just tell us in the future that we need to be aware of this) and proceeds to tell us that we are not allowed to ever buy VIP seats again at the venue! We told him he was being a jerk and his response was "I know, I'm good at it aren't I!" He was incredibly unprofessional about it, as was the manager who we also saw treat another customer rudely before the show! I've been here quite a few times now, and the acts are hit or miss. I have seen some good comedy here. But this review is about the absolutely unacceptable service I got at this establishment tonight. We went to a 9pm show and had to ask 4 separate servers who was supposed to be taking care of our table, all of whom called in and asked "who's taking care of table 17" and we didn't get anyone to even take our drink order until 10:20 almost an hour and a half later. When we ordered our drinks half the table didn't receive them and asked a server (we still didn't have one) where their drinks were and she answered "you don't need a fucking drink" I don't know what the manager here is thinking but I've worked in service industries before, I understand what happens when you are understaffed but there is no reason for the treatment we received here. I will never be back to this place. And I suggest you go try another comedy club first, anywhere but here. read more

We went to see Jimmy Keys on Monday, Nov. 9. He was great! I totally enjoyed his show. It was a full house and evidently the establishment wasn't prepared for it. We were seated around 6:30 after a lengthy wait in line. We received our salad (very small) pretty quickly, but it was over an over before we received our entrée. The show had started by then. 3 of us at our table had the fish. It was so dry, I could hardly choke it down. I only ate a few bites of my entire meal. It was the worst fish I have ever had. I would return to see the shows, but only ones that don't include the meal. read more

Should be no stars for this crap hole .My daughter bought 4 tickets for her myself her husband and my other daughter. We went early and they had no seating tried to split us up and offered us the aisle where the employees walk . I asked for the manager and the employee that I was speaking with was nasty and rude . The manager was not much better .He said the tickets were non refundable and only offered for us to go to the later show . We tried sitting where the said and it did not work at all . The help kept bunking into us and asking us to move ( politely ) so we decided to leave . This place overbooks and is a fire hazard . They put a damper on our family get together besides the money that my daughter lost due to the incompetence of the owner manager and staff . We went to a bar restaurant that had a singer had some drinks made the best of a bad situation.
