Went to the show on 12/14. The 2 star rating reflects more on the headliner then the venue. The first two comedians were really funny. It was Becky Robinson and some dude that I cannot remember his name. If I had left at this point it would have been a great experience. Enter Chris Kattan of Saturday Night Live...a hundred years ago. Ten seconds into his routine I could tell he was really high on coke. But who am I to judge...unless it affects his performance, which it did. He started by rehashing his days on SNL, many times forgetting where he left off, then repeating himself several times. No one in the audience was responding to his act. We finally just paid our bill and left early. The venue itself was fine. Drinks were reasonable, server was attentive. Very disappointed with their pricing. General admission online had a service charge, so we went and paid at the door and they still had a service charge which is total BS...., they couldn't get the right fruit requested with our drinks and never brought plates for the appetizer even when asked after it was served. This place sucks. The food is mediocre and over priced. The drinks are watered down. The manager thinks he is a dj and is constantly doing lame commercials at full volume. The comedians seem to think that fart and buggar jokes are the best way to get a laugh. The supposed VIP tables are crowded and the seats are uncomfortable. They needlessly make people stand in line, I guess to make it seem like some big time club experience and then hustle the first show audience out the back door like cattle. lame, Lame, Lame. Also, there is a complicated buy on line system for tickets. They over charged me, and the manager was a jerk about it. He said he was the owner, but it is doubtful. Probably the money guys just let him buy enough equity to get him to work 60 hours a week. Ultimately, I had to contest the charge to American Express, who made good and charged them back, but what a hassle. We go out all the time but won't be back to see these posers. read more

Saw Ryan Davis here last night and was pleasantly surprised in a few ways. First, Davis was worth seeing...he is going places. Second, the dessert was worth going back. Third, the service was excellent...attentive and friendly. Finally, the club has an inviting dinning room and an excellent vibe. I thought restaurants could only auto grad a table of 6 or more, but the waitress auto grad my party of 4. i went to the 9pm showing to see Jamie Kennedy last night & my experience there was just weird. I am not a Naples native, only have lived here for about a year now and I was feeling the agony Jamie was feeling. The people of naples give off a bad vibe and make you feel so uncomfortable. they blurt out comments to jamie, which who fucking cares about being married for 21 years, and then outright get mad at him messing with her. it was after 9, maybe jamie was right, it was passed their bed time. cranky old people. anyway regardless of the fact, i don't feel comfortable in a surrounding where people can't take comedy. if you can't take it, don't go. it's 2019, get out of your norm. read more

Too close for comfort ? Nah, we were the two up front. Mia didn't want to relay a message to the manger that she didn't know what it was for, so I told her I just needed a manager. Matt, the manager made sure to hear our woes. We got to the venue at 6:00 for happy hour and were told at 7 to leave so they could set up for the comedy act. We got VIP seats at the stage but had to muster through God's waiting room dancing to Manhattan transfer. While we sipped on cocktails and talked amongst ourselves, we grew more anxious for the main event. We were there to laugh. So bring it on! We have been a couple of times to the comedy shows and have seen a variety of comedians sharing laughs on many different topics. Awesome energy in the room at ROW and OFF THE HOOK COMEDY! I purchased a Groupon for Cindy Kaza, party of 5. Unfortunately I didn't pay attention to the date of the tickets and we showed up on March 21st instead of March 23rd. I was so embarrassed and asked if there was any way that we could use the tickets early because my two friends were leaving town on the 22nd. After waiting for a few minutes as they hustled and got the manager, they did accommodate us! We got a table close to the front and had an amazing time! Just enjoyed another wonderful evening at the Off The Hook Comedy Club listening to Maurice LoMonaco. Don't let the fact that it is a comedy club discourage you. Maurice is a world class Italian tenor who provides a wide selection of music. His performance lasted about two hours and, as usual, received a standing ovation. I can't say enough good things about Maurice and the beautiful energy and spirit he brings to his shows. Recently, we attended a show at this comedy club; and instead of feeling as if we were valuable patrons, we felt like we were imposing on them. The waiter said we were not allowed to have a glass of water. Even though all four of us ordered food and expensive drinks. He said the club's policy was we could only have water if we purchased it at $3.00 for a small bottle. This seems absurd, since every restaurant in town provides a glass of water to their customers. The most unfair policy is that when you purchase tickets for $20.00, they seat you in an area where it is impossible to see the show. However, for another $10.00, you can see the show. The lesson here is if you want to see the show be prepared to pay $30.00 for a mediocre show. We won't return to this club!!!! read more

We had tickets to see a comedy show and have dinner beforehand. We were told to get there at 6:30 to get good seats, When we got there, the place was a zoo and we were told we couldn't be seated till 7:30. The dinners rated a 3 out of 10. But we didn't give up hope. We were supposed to see one comedian who we heard was good, but instead, he was not there and was replaced with 10 of the saddest so called comedians you have ever seen. So overall, food was bad and entertainment was worse. Definitely would not recommend. read more

We won free tix to the show recently. We've been going to Off The Hook since they were in Marco. First, we love the new digs. Roomier and the booths are a nice touch. Service, however, has taken a steep nose dive. Believe it or not, it was much better in Marco. We arrived before the show started. We were seated pretty much right off the bat once we got up to the counter. Then we waited. And waited. We noticed one of the servers was standing between 2 tables holding a tray with drinks on it. She carried on a conversation with people at one table then about 4 minutes later she then gave the people at the table right next to them their drinks from the tray. That should have tipped us off about how the service would be. The lights went down and the show was starting. Still no service for us. A group of maybe 5 or 6 came in and was seated at two tables next to us. A server materialized and started to take their order. I was not having it so I called her away and told her we were there first and we had been waiting for service. She apologized and took our drink orders. We missed what the opening guy was saying. We wanted to eat so when the server came back we ordered. The S/O ordered peel and eat shrimp and was told by the server it was only available on "the show menu". I wondered then why weren't we given the "show menu". He ordered something else which he didn't really like the shrimp bruschetta. I had the lobster bisque which I thought was too thick and the shrimp and crab risotto-not enough of anything for the price. We missed a lot of the show talking to the servers and the manager. Anyhoo, the manager did come by and apologized. She took the shrimp off our bill. She was very nice and is probably the only reason we'd return. Suggest you go early, order your food and drinks then enjoy the show. read more

The check in was easy and seating was just fine on a Sunday eve at 8pm. It wasn't a full house, but felt full enough.. The servers were busy and were attentive. The wine list was suffice. One person in our party had to send drink back for a short pour. Both comedians were funny and I feel like I just laughed for two hours straight! Mr Gaud?? From Tampa was great. He opened for Heather.. She was truly amazing! So funny, so applicable and I give her 5 stars! I could have listened to her all night. I hope she makes it much bigger in the stand up world. Show biz is not easy. She has what it takes. My kale salad was delicious and although the actual chair I was sitting in was a little uncomfortable I kept shifting while I laughed .. I hope they bring both comedians back. Naples needs more if this.. More straight forward, real, down to earth - say it like it is type of comedians without being toooooo trashy. They were great.. ! The ONLY reason I gave one less star is due to the fact that within minutes after she concluded her performance the house lights were on.. That was odd and felt like they were going to sweep us out the door- and they were- I didn't really like that too much. I think that they should at least give people an extra 15-30 minutes to be in the laughter kind of energy.. Debrief their favorite parts and then turn the lights on to get out.. That was poor timing from a production stand point.. Otherwise, I HOPE that people pick up on this club and make it a success.. Please -- I am so bloody over the same ole blah blah in Naples.. We have been coming for over six years, even way back when they were on Marco Island. The comedy never disappoints, but I was extremely insulted with the new policy (reportedly instituted by the owner Brien Spina). According to both our server & the manager on duty, they are not allowed to serve water to guests. Guests can PURCHASE bottled water, but no water will be provided for free. We were a party of six who paid admission, ordered appetizers, dinner and more than the required two drinks per person. I couldn't have a glass of water. SERIOUSLY?? After I raised enough hell, the finally brought me a bottle of water 'on the house'. Wow! Comedy gets five stars. Management gets a -1. read more

Waiting for over an hour along with 300+ other people in the FL heat would make anyone cranky. And, to top it off, there was no beverage service until 5 mins before being let into the building. Although the comedy is good here, the management staff leaves a lot to be desired. Owner's son is the general manager....a small, unqualified individual who enjoys being patronizing and rude to customers. Policies regarding minimum orders are outrageous and not well explained. He enjoys confrontation and has no regard for customer service and certainly not customer satisfaction. A situation which could have been averted with a civil conversation, quickly escalated to threats and foul language. Aside from the horrible staff, the food is very average and quite spendy. Drinks are watered down and over-priced. I'm totally ok with a two drink minimum policy...pretty standard in this industry. Their "VIP suites" (which are really just booths along the wall) however, require an outrageous, poorly explained $200 minimum...it's in the fine print AFTER your ticket selection online....not on your ticket, not in your reminder email, not even mentioned at your table. It's too bad, because they do somehow attract pretty decent acts. But the super tight venue (God help you if there's a fire there), nasty management, and average food and drinks makes this a 'one and done'. We'll not be back....ever! read more

Great set up with very friendly welcoming staff... but very lousy service and the food was very bland. My husband and I drove 2 hours to see one of our favorite comedians. His show was great! However the food that I was so excited about was just ok. I ordered the lobster Mac and cheese and had to add salt to get at least some flavor, the flat bread shrimp scampi would've been better without all the lemon they spray on top and the steak that was mostly fat and we got 4 tater tots and some over cooked asparagus. Great concept just wish the food and service was better. I had to wait 30 to 40 minutes in between needing a refill and the only reason the waitress came was because I asked another one to get her. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. I came to see Dominic Fike perform and I have never before witnessed such an unorganized venue with a management that clearly had never had more than 100 people come to their place. The show I was going to see originally cost 15$, but 4 hours later they up charged to 40$ and were harassing people who were waiting in line. The owner of Off The Hook was also outside, yelling that where we were standing was a "fire hazard", yet when they decided to allow people in for 40$, the supposed "fire hazard" disappeared. Wow tonight was my 2nd experience and I will definitely be back! My wife and I saw Tom Arnold and he was awesome. He was personal, humble and hilarious! The first time I got the fish and chips and we split fresh raw oysters. Tonight I had a Row Burger and we again split some oysters. My wife got the filet and was very pleased. This is a perfect place for a date night or with a group of friends. I can't wait to come back. You definitely get a great time for your money. I chose this place for date night with my wife. We have been here before and had a good time! Tonight, however was a complete joke! (No pun intended) as there were supposed to be several comedians but no shows due to "traffic" which one can surmise "season" will be a nightmare! After spending $112 on food that was par at best we were approached by a server who told us to "keep it down"! 30 people at most in the place and the biggest laugh I had was at Brian's dad (I assume) who was seated closest to us as he was doubled over in laughter about a masterbation joke! I signed my bill and left immediately, still providing the server with a nice gratuity as it wasn't her fault! Who goes to a comedy club to be told to quiet down! The comedian, Mr Ernst was forced to provide a 3 hour show due to the inadequate scheduling of a full venue! I'm in the industry, and would prefer to salute venues I visit, this quite frankly was embarrassing! I won't be referring anyone here, nor will I return! Service was worst ever. We were first third of people seated, with backs to the stage, and waited 20 minutes to order drinks. Drinks were 4 out of 10, lemon pie we had tasted like lemon flavored whip cream on top of a cookie, so it too got a 4 out of 10. Seating was nice. Tickets said doors opened at 930 and we were still standing in line at 10:30 in the Florida heat with no access to restrooms or drinks except to walk to the gas station across the plaza. Now that I've been to this club a few times I understand the drill: 1. Order VIP tickets. They cost more, but you are guaranteed good seats and don't have to arrive super early. (Quoted ticket price does not include tax.) 2. Eat at home before you go. Food marginal at best - how can you screw up a flatbread? (Although lobster sliders were not bad.) 3. You pay for water (they only provide bottled). Since you must order 2 items, have a drink and a salad or 2 drinks. 4. The wait staff works in impossible conditions (crowded, dark and noisy) so make sure they understand your order. 5. Check out your comedian on YouTube so you know what you're getting into before you go. 6. This is not a bargain, but you are paying to see a warm-up act and "headliner" so you'll be lucky to get out spending less than $50 p/p. read more
