The first time, we decided to order takeout, it was good, but my husband and I agreed that we needed to try again eat-in. Take out just doesn't do it justice, so I'm definitely glad we gave it another shot. The burgers are too big to eat in a single sitting, which is not a bad thing if you like leftovers. I took off one star because the burgers and sandwiches are super messy, and they don't give you cutlery/silverware without you asking for it. With a burger piled to the ceiling, I want to be able to cut it in half from go, I know I'm taking half of it home. That aside, everything we've tried so far has been great. This place is great. They do delivery through Apetit which, if you don't know, is a local delivery company that charges restaurants a flat fee rather than a percentage of each order like the bigger guys do (GH/DD). So it doesn't hurt the restaurants like some of the other services can. We ordered delivery using appetit and the food showed up warm in about an hour during playoff football. For apps we got the pretzel fries and crab Rangoon rolls. The pretzel fries are so novel and so good. I'd like if they were a bit saltier, but they were very tasty and the beer cheese was well done. My wife is obsessed with crab Rangoon and the rolls are loaded with crab Rangoon-type filling: cream cheese, green onion, and fake crab. You get more filling in 4 of these than you'd get in a dozen regular-style crab Rangoon wontons. My wife got the 20A burger that normally has bison dip, steak sauce, carmelized onions, mushrooms, provolone, and bacon. Wife held the onions and mushrooms and loved it. I thought it was tasty but definitely would've kept the veg if it was for me. I had the Ralph melt, featuring chicken wing dip, fried chicken, cheddar, bacon, blue cheese on grilled sourdough. Despite all of the COVID-19 trouble, off the wall sandwich company still serves exemplary food and still provides outstanding service. Born and raised in Orchard Park, the best places to go were always local spots. When I was in high school, we barely had anything in the plaza where the amazing place is located and now since the walls are painted with a nice warm color that is properly accented with Buffalo Bills collage photos, I knew I felt right at home. I was so happy that I was smiling my entire visit when my husband and I walked in for the first time on Saturday November 7, 2020. We had an amazing server Jill who was very welcoming and super nice which magnified our amazing experience. We said that it was our first time here and a big smile came across her face and her voice got filled with excitement. She made a few recommendations and explained all of the sauces and seasoning available. They all sounded so delicious that it made it so difficult to choose. I ended up going with the All American Burger with a side of tater tots with the smokehouse maple seasoning and ending our meal with the cheesecake rolls upon Jill's recommendation. Our food arrived and it smelled very rich and smoky just like the perfect burger should be. Despite the burger being on the messy side, the flavors were exploding on my mouth and it left my tastebuds dancing. The tater tots were perfectly fried leaving them crispy and not too greasy. The smokehouse maple seasoning had the perfect balance of sweet and smoky that made them so deliciously addicting that I secretly did want to get another order but I did pace myself. This burger will leave your belly full and you will not leave hungry when you are done. Even though our bellies were full we still had room for the cheesecake rolls. Despite them being very hot and a little on the messy side too, they were also fried to perfection, not so greasy and had the right amount of sweetness that was the perfect ending to the meal. When Jill brought the check we told her what we thought and I definitely thanked her with a big tip for providing one of the best services we've had in a long time. We arrived around 6:30PM with 2 occupied tables. It's now 7:10 and I'm still waiting for my food to come out. The restaurant is obviously new and there are growing pains, but a 40+ minute wait with two other tables of two people occupied is not acceptable. Interestingly, to go orders seem to be flowing constantly. If you're going to have a dining room you can't disregard your dining room customers. Edit - I took my food to go after a 40 minute wait. I had a very poor experience walking in to the restaurant. I appreciate the fact that it's a Bills influenced restaurant, however, the waitress was super rude and wouldn't serve us at 630pm, a HALF HOUR before closing, she said they had already closed down the kitchen. Have heard great things about this place and had to try it out. The entire menu sounded mouth-watering good. There is quite a selection of appetizers, burgers, sandwiches, and salads. They also have a children's menu for the kids. I had to try "the Ralph" because I'm huge Bills fan and it certainly lived up to the name. It was a grilled cheese stacked with chicken fingers tossed in hot sauce and topped with bacon, more cheese and blue cheese crumbles and dressing. Awesome huge sandwiches ! We started with the pretzel fries , they taste good but different, not sure if we'd order them again. I had the all American awesome juicy huge steak burger with a Salem's split hot dog , Louies sauce, fries and more that I forgot. There were five of us in my group. The restaurant wasn't crowded and we found seats right away. Our server was extremely nice. We waited a long time to get our food after ordering, close to half an hour before the first food came out. Three of us received our food but the other two people waited another five to ten minutes to get there food. Unfortunately, the food was just okay. Three of us got burgers and ordered them 'pink' (there are only two choices - pink or not pink). They were definitely NOT pink, they were extremely dry. Surprisingly good! Still a few kinks to work out. My "Wedge" salad was delightful, albeit missing it's balsamic dressing. I am a fan of iceberg lettuce and this in presentation and taste was perfect. Much bacon, chopped veggies, cheese and all around goodness covered this half lettuce head. I used Italian dressing, it was fine. Really was in the mood for deep fried pickles. Alas, none to be had. I ordered a few sandwiches & a salad for myself and my family. The Quaker, The 20A, Bills Mafia, a wedge salad, the kids cheeseburger, and an order of the fried banana pepper rings with spicy ranch. All of which were absolutely fantastic. The burgers were extraordinary, perfectly seasoned and cooked. The fried banana peppers, oh my goodness, they were amazing and the spicy ranch dressing was even better. The only downside, the wedge salad came sans dressing, it was supposed to come with a balsamic drizzle. Wow, came here to check out this new place which is near the old Orchard Fresh plaza near the Rite Aid in Orchard Park. They do have indoor seating in which you can sit down and order off the menu. I ordered the bills Mafia which is a hamburger, chicken finger, chicken wing dip, and blue cheese dressing. It was really good, but definitely not something I would eat on a normal basis. I got the onion rings which were tasty . My partner got the hamburger with mushrooms, caramelized onions... It was tasty. He ordered the fries which he enjoyed, I didn't love them. My sister ordered the Beyond Burger and thought it was pretty good. She got onion rings with a flavor on it, which were good, but with the flavor said she couldn't eat too many. My niece got the grilled cheese sandwich with macaroni and cheese and hot flaming cheetos, she liked it, but said it was way too cheesy to eat the whole thing, I tried a bite and I agree. I went there with my husband and his friend and we all got the THE 20A burger (with pink) but each got a different side tatter tots, fries and onion rings. The burger was extremely good nice thick bacon and the bison dip added a nice tang. The sides were a little disappointing though. The tater tots were way over cooked, the fries were okay a little over cooked but needed salt, there was no salt on the table and the onion rings were good but not great. I've gotten The Ralph twice and it's been really good both times, would recommend. Very filling but pretty greasy. I'm on the fence between three and four stars because I'm not here to judge a restaurant entirely based from my one dining experience; but honesty is key and hey, helps you guys learn in the long run, right?! It's hard to bring that same vibe and energy to a plaza location that you'd easily bring in at a singular stand-alone location, but you guys did pretty decent. The decor reminds me of an 80s diner vibe, with an open kitchen and sports mafia surrounding you, giving it that little edgy twist. Let me just say the menu is extremely creative and fun, but when you bring the fun, you have to make sure it works beginning to end. The appetizers were incredible. They were simple, hot, and delicious. Well seasoned, too. The burgers and sandwiches are where the prize money is made though, right?! The burgers are huge, but very messy, so I suggest offering your guest silverware as a first step with the sandwiches. Another thing that threw me off, is if you guys make your burger mixture in house, why not offer medium rare, medium, well done, etc? "Pink or no pink" are for those frozen, cheap patties! Don't sell yourself short. The burgers most definitely needed more seasoning, like, a lot more. If anything, they tasted too strong in.. garlic? (and I could taste it through the buffalo chicken wing dip/bleu-cheese on my burger), but more salt and pepper will literally do all the justice. My burger just truly fell apart on me and that's where it was pretty disappointing. Maybe deep fry the buffalo chicken wing dip and place that on the burger, and then stuff the patty itself with bleu cheese? I went to this restaurant twice in three days. I ordered the Trainwreck grilled cheese sandwich with tots. The sandwich was superb, more than I could eat. It was just as good reheated the next day. I went here for the first time last week and was very impressed. I typically prefer to order online, but this place uses an online ordering system that requires an account registration-- I'm not saying that's necessarily a bad thing, I'm just not interested in creating another account. I ordered by phone, and the guy who took my order was very friendly, and got my order correct, even with a few requests for customization. The food was amazing. I'm not that adventurous, so I just got a classic burger with tater tots, but the food really is exceptionally good. The patty was huge, with fresh toppings, on a really good roll. The serving of tater tots was also very generous, and they were delicious as well, though I imagine it's hard to mess up tater tots.
