The counter area is pretty small so during holidays the line may be forming out the door. Limited parking but you can also park on the dirt area if all spaces are full. I sometimes take the back street if the main road is a little too busy. It's an easier transition back into town but it's good to see a new crosswalk installed with lights at this block which was desperately needed.

I drive about half an hour to get to it because honestly, all of the post offices around San Bernardino end up stressing me out either with incredibly long lines or less-than-friendly staff. Each time I've gone here, the wait has been short or non existent, and the line moves very quickly. The employees are warm and welcoming, and it honestly gives a "small town" vibe to the experience. There is some parking out front -- not a ton of spaces, but it's a small post office in a small town, so what they have has always been sufficient when I stopped by. They offer passport services at this location (not sure if they have that at all US Post Offices). If I had to have any passport-related tasks done, this would be a great, non-stressful place to get it handled. Bonus: there's a cute map mural on the side of the building that makes for a good photo backdrop.

I waited a few minutes and then went back to the front thinking they had forgotten. They did. No big deal. Same guy is now at the register and he says he will be right back (after the transaction). I waited 5 minutes as I am walking to the front, the man who was supposed to be helping me was helping another customer, who I saw walk in the last time I went up front. I was irritated that he would leave me waiting to help a person who came in the store after me. So, I told the 2 ladies at the front (admittedly with frustration in my voice) that this was my 3rd request for help in the back. They couldn't leave. I decided to just get in line and pay for my other items. The guy who was being helped got in line behind me. I figured it wouldn't make sense to make a second trip. So I went back and within a minute the person came back and asked what I needed. He turns around and slowly goes back to get something to cut the tubing. Why didn't he come up with the tubing? He knew what wanted. A few minutes had passed since he stopped helping the other person. He cut a 6 inch tubing. I have bought my tubing 3 other times before from your store. Each time, they said I had to buy a foot. So, I paid for a foot and only got 1/2. The cashier with short hair, was very apologetic. And I appreciate that. She also gave me a discount for my troubles, which makes up for the over charge on the tubing. I meant to get his name off his name tag but didn't.

Well I pull it out last night to use it and the batter for the remote start is dead. I called there technical support they do not have any batteries for the generator. So buying it for the remote start is pointless. She didnt know if it was out of stock or thwy dont carry the battery. They could not refer me to a place to get one or any help whatsoever. I paid 1000 for this remote start generator and I have to do it manually.
