After buying my new 2019 Jeep Wrangler, I a fellow Jeeper whom I never met on IG. He spoke highly of Offroad Customz and often posted pictures every time he visited. I then read the reviews on Yelp, and decided to visit and discussed bringing in my Mopar lift kit for installation. Once I received my parts, I simply called and made an appointment. I was told to bring my rig in the first thing in the morning 8:00 am and it will be done by the end of the day!! Promised kept!! My Jeep was sitting high and pretty when I arrived. I also had brought in a track bar with the lift kit that I didn't previously discuss, but they installed it without a problem. At the end of the day Armen and the team hooked it up. I not going to mention other positive things he did during our transaction, but let just say it was cool. I highly recommend this shop. Had a pretty terrible and unprofessional experience with these guys. I dropped by with my truck wanting them to do a decent amount of work, probably 5-7k in mods, and they said they'd get me a quote by the following week. I never heard back, so I called again that following week and they apologized and said they'd have it to me in the next few days. They didn't call me back. I called again, they said they'd have it "by the latest" this Friday. I called and someone said Armen would reach out to me by the end of the day. He didn't, so I called back and they said they didn't write the quote and that I'd have to wait some more. It's been multiple weeks and I wasn't even able to get a quote, something that should take 30 minutes to do. They strung me along and wasted so much time that I could have been using to find a shop that would actually do work for me. I don't think I could trust them to do work on my car after this experience. I'd recommend finding another shop to do your work. read more
