Im a little bummed but super excited that the LSXO is now the big Little Sister instead of the the hidden back lounge. What didn't disappoint was the food, I was super hyped that the quality and flavor stayed true. Only thing that lacked a bit was some drink mix ups but nothing more than that. Service was immaculate, so thanks to the bar manager I believe that's who she was. Music was great still, missing the deep wutang rap from LSXO but still had some good tunes.

3.5 stars. Little Sister has been a restaurant franchise I go to frequently. The Huntington Beach local was a newer but more awkward experience compared to the others. Food: The fresh rice paper was the best made out of all of our visits across all of the little sisters. All of the food was well made expect for the undercooked shaky shaky beef and our bread a smushed. Service: The service seemed underwhelming and disappointing in some areas. Upon entering with our reservation, we were not seated until more than 15 minutes after arrival. I think they didn't have enough forks to sit us? After we sat down, it took a minute for our order to be taken as well. Once our order was taken there was a mistake/confusion where the runner gave us a half dozen raw oysters instead of our half dozen baked oysters. Upon the arrival of food, the shaky shaky beef was raw and red upon cutting it. The rest of the night was us working with our server to get the beef properly cooked. Upon receiving the bull, the server accidentally rang us up for 30$ more than we actually purchased! We had to acknowledge the mistake before paying. Ambiance: The view on this restaurant is beautiful, I was surprised on how much of the beach i could see from the window seat. Unfortunately, the music was too loud and we had to raise our voice a bit to talk to one another. Overall, we enjoyed a good portion of our experience. The things we didn't enjoy (aspects of the service and food) seemed to stem from the fact that the restaurant just opened a few weeks ago. Because of that we do look forward to coming back but we are hesitant to return soon.

Good service, and tasty food with a view. I've now been here 4 times in less than 8 weeks. I think that sums it up!

Absolutely phenomenal. Despite some of the other reviews, this place completely blew me and my family away. We ordered the sticky rice, garlic noodles, milk rolls, pork dumplings, charbroiled oysters, steak frites, and chicken coconut curry and wow, wow, wow. Every single dish was outstanding. Not one item was bad or even mediocre. The flavors were incredible, everything was cooked perfectly, and the service was great. We left genuinely impressed and already talking about our next visit. Finally, a fantastic restaurant close by that we can keep coming back to. We'll definitely be back soon!

First off the location of this restaurant is amazing! Beautiful views of the ocean and the pier! While the food was great when we went, the service totally missed the mark. It was the same issues and problems they had when the restaurant used to be Blue Gold. There wasn't enough waiters for the restaurant which meant we didn't get our order taken until much after we sat down at our table, we never had enough water at our table and even had to go and pour ourselves some and beg other staff to grab us more, and the food came out in the weirdest order where our appetizers like the imperial rolls came out last. Another table had ordered their rolls much later than us and received it earlier than our table which I thought was poor coordination. Our table was a mess during our whole meal because no one bothered to clear the dishes we had finished and we had to stack them together because there wasn't enough room on the table. All in all I really want this restaurant to succeed because the food is very delicious! And who doesn't want a beautiful restaurant AND one with great service? In my opinion you can't just have a great restaurant and food alone for patrons to want to come back, you have to make it a great and relaxing experience where you're not having to desperately flag down your waiter or anyone else for that matter for water or anything else.

My daughter and I are complete foodies. We eat out seven days a week, most meals, so we were super excited to accidentally stumble upon this new restaurant in Pacific city. Highly impressed with the decor, the view and the food. Was so happy to see a good option. Come to Pacific city and was happy to see the place was busy food was high-quality. We'll definitely go back.

Great spot to grab some fusion cuisine with a great view. Always enjoyed Bluegold and now Little Sister. Garlic noodles and Seabass were super yummy. Fun cocktails and mocktails as well. Service was quick and attentive. Very busy on a Saturday night.

Wow, where to start... we just left this restaurant and had to go to another one because we left really hungry. We ordered two appetizers, two main courses, desert and two different glasses of wine. We were excited to try their menu after hearing such good things about this place. If you were expecting this place to be Vietnamese cuisine, it is anything but. Everything is overall salted lacking authentic seasoning. We left probably 60% of the food uneaten and left with a huge headache. It's unfortunate such a beautiful atmosphere and the food does not match the ambience. Do not recommend.

I was really disappointed with my experience here. I came in expecting a nice meal with a view, but both the service and food missed the mark. The experience started off poorly with the host at the front desk (teenage girl) who was rude and not welcoming at all. It felt like we were inconveniencing her just by checking in, which immediately set the tone for the visit. Unfortunately, the food didn't make up for it. The food took an hour to come. For the price, I expected much better quality. I wouldn't return or recommend it based on this visit.

The view is really nice, especially around sunset, and it just feels super relaxed up there. Rebecca (the bartender) was the best part though. I do want to start by saying the staff was accommodating. When I made my reservation online, it only allowed me to book for six or eight guests (I can't remember which), but I had a party of 10. They were able to accommodate us and update the reservation so our full group could celebrate together, which I really appreciated. When I made the reservation, the only available time slot online was 8:45 PM. The earlier time slots were to early for the rest of my guest , so we booked what was offered. We didn't think that would leave us with such a short amount of time before closing at 10:00 PM. We also didn't realize until we got there that they don't serve full meals just appetizers. To be fair, I take some responsibility for that. I should have looked at the menu ahead of time, watched a few video reviews, and done a little more research before booking. That's on me. We still made the best of it. The girls were each able to enjoy a drink, the guys squeezed in two drinks each, and we ordered about three appetizers for the girls and three for the guys. Shortly after that, we were told it was last call for both drinks and appetizers because the kitchen and bar were closing. It felt like the evening ended almost as soon as it began. I do wish they had either not offered such a late reservation or at least let us know when booking that we'd have very limited time to order and enjoy the experience before everything shut down. If you're planning a birthday celebration or any gathering where you want to enjoy food, drinks, and time with your group, I would recommend booking an earlier reservation if possible or choosing another venue if only the late reservation is available. Hopefully, my experience helps someone else avoid making the same mistake.

The purple cocktail was one of the most unique drinks I've had in a long time--light, refreshing, perfectly balanced, and not overly sweet. The presentation with the charred pineapple was such a cool touch that made it feel like they really care about every detail. The second cocktail was just as impressive, with bright citrus flavors that were incredibly refreshing and perfect for a warm Huntington Beach evening. The atmosphere at Jolie deserves just as much praise as the drinks. Sitting outside during golden hour with the ocean just down the street made for the perfect setting. Whether you're on a date, catching up with friends, or just looking to unwind after work, this place has an amazing vibe. The staff made us feel welcomed from the moment we walked in, and you can tell they genuinely want everyone to have a great experience. Jolie has officially become one of my favorite spots in Huntington Beach. It's rare to find a place that nails the drinks, the atmosphere, and the service all at the same time, but they absolutely delivered. I already can't wait to come back and work my way through the rest of the cocktail menu because if these two drinks are any indication, I'm in for a treat. We also checked out the rooftop afterward. It's mostly tables and lounge seating, but the ocean view from up there is definitely worth seeing. I ordered the lobster roll ($32.50). Unfortunately, there wasn't much lobster for the price. Looking at it without the lettuce (and even next to my sunglasses for perspective), it felt pretty skimpy. The lobster itself was tender, and the toasted roll was good, but I expected a lot more filling for what it cost. The fries were crispy, and the herb dipping sauce was a nice addition. We also shared the Spicy Tuna Stack. It wasn't really spicy unless you happened to get a piece of red Thai chili in your bite. There was more mayo than needed, which made the dish a bit bland overall. The sweet pickles underneath added an unexpected sweetness that actually worked well, and the crispy rice was my favorite part. Still, it wasn't something I could eat much of because the flavors became a little too rich and one-dimensional. The Goat Cheese Artichoke Blossoms were good, though a bit bland. They were crispy and enjoyable but could have used a little more seasoning to make them stand out. Overall, Jolie is a nice place to grab a drink and enjoy the views, but the food didn't quite live up to the prices. If I'd come back it would be for the atmosphere, but I'd probably order something different next time.

This speakeasy is known for taking your cell phone and having a no photo policy. So when they didnt take our phones, we thought we were being sneaky with taking photos. Turns out on Sundays, it is their relaxed day where you are allowed to keep your phone, and they have the side door out onto PCH open. I loved this, but also hated it if I am being honest. PCH is so loud with motorcycles non stop, and it made the room very light. It didnt really feel like a speakeasy as you could enter right off the street. We entered through the hostess stand at HQ Gastropub. I had asked one of the hostesses what we needed to do and she stated she just arrived for work and I would have to ask another hostess when they came up to the stand. Bit weird, not the friendliest welcome, but the staff inside Graceland made up for that. The hostess lets them know we are there and someone comes out to take us back to the red door in the middle of the restaurant down a hall of colored barrels. Typically that is the only place you are allowed to take a photo before you hand over your phone. Back to the service. The bartender was AMAZING. She was so friendly and just amazing. Our waitress was great too, they were both helping us out. I wish I got the bartenders name, she was such a ray of sunshine and sparkle. Literally, she had a sequin top on and the sun hitting it put sparkle across the entire room. I had two glasses of chardonnay that were delicious. I also had a sip of my friends drinks and they were DELICIOUS! We did order food, and I ordered the spicy garlic edamame but never received it. I also was not charged for it, so it is what it is. The sushi nachos were good, as well as the beignets. I am not going to share the photos I took here, because I feel they want to keep it a surprise and I honor that. I would like to come back another time when the door is not open, it is darker and more private for the full speakeasy experience.
