Using YELP, I was searching for a better way and someone different than the neighborhood cleaners. I'm busy, and trying to get clothes dropped off and picked back up with two little yelpers just isn't happening. I came across Off To You and did some research- I went to their website to set up a profile and username, then gave it a shot. In a word? Excellent!!! My clothes are picked up from my front door at a day and time I specify, cleaned, pressed, and delivered back to me on a day and time I set! When you set up an appointment for pickup, you specify what you need- stains that need attention, light starch on the shirts, rush service....whatever! Clothes come back just how you like them. They have excellent service- respond quickly to questions via email, and call directly if clothes are done early to arrange for drop off. Plus the service is "green" too! There is a $3.99 delivery charge per order, but overall the prices are reasonable. Way more convenient than stressing out to get to the cleaners before they close when you have a million other things to do. Try them out! read more

I've been using OffToYou for about a year now and couldn't be more pleased! I have dealt with Ro mostly from OffToYou and the customer service and been outstanding. I am a Real Estate Agent. When it comes to my suits/shirts I am very paranoid on who cleans them and very particular on how they come out. I have no complaints when it comes to the quality of the cleaning. Ro often asks me about the quality to make sure I am still satisfied with the service. The BEST part of the service is that it is sooo convenient. I started using this company because of the great reviews and I am so happy I tried them. They have a great website, so easy to use. They have great customer service and they arrive on time for pick-up and drop-off. I have even sent them an email when I had to change my drop-off time and it was answered within 15 minutes with an assurance that the new time would be fine. I have commented on stains to clean, and when the delivery is returned, they review this with me so that I know the stains were addressed. I'm so happy I found this dry cleaning delivery service. Love! Love! Love! OffToYou. I have been going to the dry cleaner's for a long time and was skeptical to switch to these guys but the service has been fantastic. I can pick a custom time that suits my schedule for pickup & delivery and they update you with emails and texts about your order. The website is also very easy to use. I gave them an expensive dress and they automatically identified it as a "delicate item" for extra care while cleaning, the dress came out clean and perfectly pressed. The other gals in the office tried them out for their suits as well and they are extremely satisfied. Fantastic service; highly recommend. I schedule a pick up online and they come on time, and have been great about being flexible when I've had to make last minute changes. They return my items as scheduled , service is polite and pleasant and the occasional time I've needed to call I get someone on the phone immediately and he's been very accommodating. I tried OffToYou first time last week. The experience is fantastic. I created an order online for a wool coat and a pair of pants. It was easy. They picked the clothes at my door and dropped them back to my door four days later. The clothes are professionally cleaned and packaged. They are also placed in the company's own bag. The whole experience is easy, wonderful and most importantly save me so much time and hassle from remembering to do my dry clean, driving to the cleaner, remembering to pick them up, and dealing the parking issue. It's really convenient. You just sign up online. You select what time you want your clothes picked up and dropped off. I like that there are times after work hours so I'm already home rather than having to go to a dry cleaners on the weekend when I'm free. I've used OffToYou twice now and I have to say the service is great. I don't have to worry about getting to the cleaners before it closes to pick up my clothes nor worry that if I completely forget, my clothes will go to the thrift store.
