Ordered pizza and a 5th of one of them was burnt. I tried calling to report it yesterday and they wouldn't answer their phone. I felt like they knew who and why I was calling. We end up getting pizza from here more often than anywhere else, not because its absolutely the best, but it's the best for the cost. Anything better costs a significant amount more than Oh Boy. Overall, its typical south side thin crust pizza. The wings are really good and they come with some delicious garlic/ranch dressing that everyone likes even if theyre not eating wings. I used to order from all the time, and somewhere along the way they either got new management/owners, or stopped supervising employees altogether. About a month ago I was delivered a burnt pizza. I made the obligatory phone call and was told to keep the burnt one (gee thanks) and was given a free one. I ordered a deep dish for the first time today, and was disgusted. Half the cheese, and sauce had leaked off the pizza as the aluminum foil that was supposed to go around was cut too short. I would say the sausage fell off, but there was barely any on to begin with. I took to social media with the photos and was again til d to call the owner only to find out he wasnt there. The pizza market is over saturated in the area, so do yourself a favor and spend your money somewhere else. read more

This is one of my favorite pizza places to order from. If based on food, I'd probably give them four stars but I have to factor in service and other issues. We've ordered deep dish, cal-zones, thin crust, appetizers, and lots of other things. We always use the coupons we get in the mail but still end up spending almost $30 every time! Thin crust is always good. The deep dish was no good in my book but I have high expectations for deep dish. The poppers and mushrooms are good. We've also ordered the garlic breadsticks which are a weird flatbread like substance, but they are cheap and garlic-y. The problem comes with customer service. Sometimes when we call, we get friendly and nice help while ordering. Other times, we've had issues where the person on the other end is abrupt and short with us. We're regular customers so we expect some type of friendliness when we call to order! Finally, they do on occasion forget to bring the 1 or 2 liter pop on the deliveries. It's a big disappoint even for someone like me that doesn't drink pop often. I do like pop with pizza! We've been told that we'll get a free pop next time and then they forget again. Overall, good thin crust and I'd order again. But I do hope the customer service improves over time so I can give them more stars next time! read more

Hands Down Love it! My fiance get pizza from there everytime we get pizza unless we go out to eat! Everyone who works there is very nice and we love our regular delivery lady! She is super sweet and always gives our dog biscuits! He knows the sound of her car lol! Anyway, the pizza is perfect delivery weeknight pizza! I also tried their stuffed pizza once...I wasnt too crazy about it because the sauce was a little too sweet but I would probably order again to try it out! Today I ordered a pizza and I told them twice I want pie cut. It's the only kind I eat. This is the second time the pizza arrived in little squares so since I told him twice I decided to call and say something. Basically, I was told too bad the orders got confused (which is not my problem) they refused to fix it or offer and kind of customer service whatsoever. I was told "the pizza is still edible." PLEASE go somewhere else for your pizza! You will definitely get better service and a better chance of getting your order correct! We ordered a "party" size pizza, 1/2 sausage. When we came home from picking up the pizza, the entire pizza was sausage. We called to let them know and were told to come back in and they will give us a large cheese pizza. So once again made the 4 mile trip to pick up another pizza. When we got home and opened this one, it was a medium cheese instead of a large as we were promised. So I got a coupon in the mail and thought I'd use it tonight. I called oh boy and asked if the wings are breaded. The guy on the phone had no idea, asked another guy who had no idea and finally, I was told yes. I should have hung up there. I told the guy on the phone it's my first time ordering and what he'd recommend. He said pizza is great and he will make sure it's even better than normal. So I ordered pizza, wings, fries and a two liter as that is their special for $25. An hour and fifteen minutes later, I called wondering where my pizza is and why it's taking so long. I was told they are busy on Tuesdays because it's half off day, but "they like to keep it on the down low so they don't get overwhelmed." WHY WOULDNT THE GUY ON THE PHONE TELL ME ABOUT THE HALF OFF?!!! Finally, when my pizza showed up, there was no two liter. The bag the pizza was in looked like someone used it as a napkin as there was grease and tomato sauce all over it. The fries tasted like they were microwaved 30 minutes earlier as well as the wings. Everything was room temperature. As for the pizza, if you like soggy pizza as if it were from the previous day, you'll love this pizza. It too was room temperature and we counted 11 pieces of sausage on an 18 inch pizza that is supposed to be half sausage and half pepperoni. Somehow, I got half pepperoni, one quarter sausage and one quarter cheese. Sounds like someone needs to go back to sixth grade. I was lucky enough to walk in on a half price tuesday and glad I didn't spend as much as I could have on the pizza. I ordered cheese pizza with the garlic butter crust everyone talks about so much. I'm not a fan of cracker thin crust, so i ordered a double crust since that was what they recommended to do when I told them I prefered a thicker thin crust, not so much a pan pizza, but just thicker than they described. They said that they do it all the time, so no worries, right? I got the pizza home and the crust was alright, but the garlic butter flavor was just NOT there. I was disappointed since everyone raved about it and I loved garlic. It was ok, but I probably won't order from there again when there are other places that have good pizza that I like. read more
