The service and choices were great. I took my 2 teen sons. We all got different things and we all thought are dishes were ok which was a bummer because we each ordered 1 sandwich, split 1 fry and got 3 drinks and paid $83. Just overpriced to me. They had Pepsi fountain drinks. I got a Mediterranean cheesesteak which was good but the meat was too dry. 1 son got a brisket sandwich but only ate 1/3 because he said his meat was too chewy. My other son got a Mac n cheese burger. He said it was ok but too hard to eat. They had booths and there was a lot of people there. I would be willing to try again and maybe try a chicken sandwich. We were very impressed and rate it the third best cheesesteak of the eight we had during our trip, and only Jim's and Joe's could beat it. i've been here twice. would not recommend. the burgers were greasy and barely better than a big mac and cost double the price, the ambiance is also nonexistent. service was also awful, the cashiers are not very helpful and our food took almost an hour the first time and 45 min the second in a completely empty restaurant. better off going to another fast food place for cheaper. read more

Today was my first time eating at any of the Oh Brother locations. I had the vegan burger from the Broad Street location. It was absolutely amazing. One of the best I ever ate. I will definitely return to the restaurant to partake in this delicious food. The sweet potato fries were delicious too. Have ordered from this location several times via Uber Eats and am generally happy with what I get. I've ordered the regular cheesesteaks as well as their cheesesteak fries and chicken tenders. Overall, the cheesesteaks are solid but don't compete with some of the big name places in Philly. While a good size with a good amount of meat and cheese, the meat is just a little bit tougher and dryer than most places. Their cheesesteak fries are generally good and sometimes great with a decent helping of meat again. Just variance in terms of how much cheese and onion you get which really does affect how well the fries come together. I wouldn't recommend the tenders, but you probably weren't going to a cheesesteak place with those in mind. I will say that the sauce they give you with the tenders is great. Also nice is that they give you a reusable bag with every order. Overall, you get a pretty decent meal that does get me to come back, as someone living in Philly. If you're from out of town and want to experience a quintessential cheesesteak I'd look elsewhere. read more

Oh, brother... Another food chain that expanded and the food quality is substantially different than the original location. I get the same thing when I go to the Market street location - The Sriracha Long Hot. I decided to try the same cheesesteak at the new Temple location on Broad. It was horrible! No sriracha sauce, the roasted long hots were replaced with jarred sliced hot peppers and the meat was dry. Maybe they need better training on how to properly prepare the food. Or Oh Brother just doesn't care about the food quality given they're on a college campus and the students will eat anything. Either way, I absolutely will not spend my money patronizing this location again. read more
