I always go here! Absolutely delicious and fabulous staff. Everyone is so nice and will do anything to meet your needs; WITH A SMILE. I have never left with a bad experience. My best friend and I have officially made this our designated restaurant whenever we want a girls outing... or whenever I'm in the mood for some good ceviche. (Which is quite often) They have daily specials, which change ALL the time. They serve great sangria and never say no to a request. For instance, the fan above us had my friend shivering, so they turned that one off. Also, today we brought a new friend to try ceviche for the first time. He, for some crazy reason, wasn't fond of the fish. Not because it wasn't good, but because it just wasn't his cup of tea. They happily took his plate back and allowed him to choose anything else on the menu. Their menu is filled with many more Peruvian entrees besides ceviche. Wow I have been to a lot of Peruvian restaurants, but this is by far the best! The beef and potato croqueta is superb. Oh the Ceviche is delicious and fresh. My server Louis was attentive and very knowledgable about all the menu items. Gourmet Pisco Sours were to die for. The "Quatro-Leches" is Nirvana, a sponge cake soaked with whip cream, heavy cream, dolce deleche, and I don't know what the 4th leche is, but the best dessert on earth. The restaurant is nice and clean but the service was slow and the waitress was not attentive. Once we received the food, she did not check on us until we were all done with our food. I could understand if they were extremely busy but there were only two other tables occupied. Now to the food, we ordered two lunch specials the lomo saltado and the chicken chaufa. Although both plates were tasty the lomo saltado had more onions then steak. I do have to say that the few pieces of steak given were nice and tender. It was one of the best tasting lomo salatdos I have eaten but the portion of meat given was disappointing. Overall, it was an okay experience. Not sure if we would go back. read more

My favorite entree is the "Jalea" with delicately breaded all sorts of fish fried but never oily! Service is great, place is clean and quiet, very quaint and everything is personal. Awesome place!! We didn't recognize any food on the menu other than ceviche, so we asked. The server was very helpful in helping us pick our food. My sons got the seafood stew and the aji. Wow what a hidden gem! It was my first time dining here today. Beautiful weather so we grabbed the outside table. We started with a couple glasses of white wine and the mixed ceviche. Hands down the best ceviche we have ever tried and we have had a lot of ceviche lol. Next up was the lomo saltado. Beef marinated in tomatoes and onions served with rice and French fries (we opted for yuca fries instead and were not disappointed). We also had the Parmesan scallops. The scallops were a little smaller than expected but the cheese was amazing. We ended up taking another ceviche to go because we absolutely could not get enough. Service was fast and friendly without being pushy. Food came out super fast. And at the end of our meal the owner touched the table to say hello and check on things and it was just the icing on the cake. Very sweet lady who told us how it's a family business which I could taste and feel the love from immediately. Oh Ceviche has definitely gained some new happy guests today. read more

Went and had lunch on a Friday at the recently opened Oh Ceviche Peruvian restaurant. This was the Gran Chimu restaurant that now has a new owner. On first impression the restaurant is very clean with moderate to upscale furnishings. At this time there was no official lunch menu but there were 4 lunch specials, all chicken. We had 2 of the 4 and both were very good with good sized portions and the special price was reasonable at $7.99. Would like to see an expanded lunch menu and will go back for lunch and dinner. In summary, very good food, pleasant and inviting restaurant with a friendly staff that is eager to please and make this restaurant a success. read more

I checked this place out on a recent visit to Florida. I wasn't expecting to find excellent Peruvian in the area, but was pleasantly surprised. Definitely the best Jalea I've had in years. I ate myself past the point of comfort and couldn't even look at fried food the next day. The Corvina ceviche was excellent and the Chicha and Lucuma were excellent and hit the spot. Even the little sides like the pickled sweet potato and fried Yucca were tasty (that's saying a lot for Yucca, which can often be a little tough). I generally avoid Alfajores, but found even that mini-dessert to be just right in texture and flavor (note that the desserts aren't on the English language side of the menu, amusingly). Service was pleasant and fast and they were great in making the kids feel welcome. Overall a must-visit restaurant. read more

"OUTSTANDING"...We are vacationing in Florida and went to Yelp to help us select a good place to eat. It's not often that we find a place rated 5 Stars with over 135 reviews, so we were a little skeptical. First, the restaurant is very clean and spacious (the restrooms are the same) and we were pleasantly greeted and seated immediately. We announced that this was our first time at this restaurant and, in fact, our first time to eat Peruvian food. The owner came to our table and described the different Peruvian dishes and how they were all prepared in her kitchen with fresh ingredients. Results / recommendations: - Ceviche de Camarones (beyond excellent and a good reason to return frequently) - Chaufa de Mariscos (excellent - fresh seafood) - Lomo Saltado (excellent - beef was very tender and delicious) As you can see, we were very pleased with the food, the service and the facilities...you can't go wrong with this restaurant and we WILL visit again before we leave for home. read more

What a delight to find this family owned/run gem right in our neighborhood. We were looking for something totally easy on a Friday evening. Itala, the owner, greeted us and took our order. The red sangria was perfect, as was the ceviche, again perfect flavor...not too spicy, not too citrusy and plenty for 2 to share. My husband had grilled fish which he said had great flavor.
