There was some residual drippings from the meat and the melted cheese, of course, but it needed something extra. The allotted sour cream and salsa, each in their own small plastic container, wasn't enough--I needed a slathering. Also, I wish they would include a big roasted Serrano or Jalapeño pepper on the plate, and offered horchata (not a deal breaker, though). The owner is a great guy, and very appreciative of his customers. I'll certainly be returning to try more items on the menu.
