I was expecting him to tell me to go inside the waiting room while he finished his project. I finally got out of the car and told him that it would have been nice if he would have directed me to the lobby. He said he was busy. I told him that I understood that but suggested that he at least do a 20 second check with me to direct me to step into the lobby. He replied that he didn't think my suggestion was helpful. I decided to not get the oil change. I have been a customer at Stinky's for about 3 years and always had outstanding customer service. I won't be back after this.

The shop manager came out & apologized for the delay, but told us he didn't know anything about Uhaul all as the line continued to build. One customer left out of frustration. Perhaps the shop manager should take an afternoon to learn about a service his shop offers. Went around the corner to another Ubaul location & they had us taken care of in under 10 minutes. If you need to rent a truck, go elsewhere.
