I got full service here everything was fine. I went in for a top off the next time after which was also fine except for the fact that the guy failed to top off all fluids or let me know that it was low. Only thing he topped off was my oil and washer fluid. Mind you I always take all our cars to oil changers but for the last two times I took it to this location. I usually take it to Palo Alto's oil changers and they let me know everything that's going on under my hood. As they are required to upon servicing the car. Shortly after the top off I usually wait until my car let me know when I need oil. And since the man failed to top off all fluids I was driving my car with no knowledge of needing antifreeze so for it to be driving on empty it caused my radiator to crack. I smelled a funny smell so I contacted the place. The worker there let me know that it was definitely their fault and that they are to let me know of anything I need to get done under the hood and to call corporate to get it fixed. I thought the radiator being cracked was the only trouble I had and this phone call was on a Saturday so of course I had to miss work Saturday Sunday and Monday to call corporate Monday. I spoke with Tony and before he would even listen to what I had to say he straight out said they will not fix it. He also said that I had 197,000 miles on my car and it is from wear and tear and he sees that in their system. One I'm not Sure why it says that because as of today my car is only at 97,000 miles so there for the workers had put an extra 100,000 miles on my car that it doesn't have. I have a 2016 equinox and make sure to keep up with the maintenance. So I asked to speak to someone else he gave gave me the managers number who is Brian Jackson. He also said a flat out no that they will not fix it not caring to hear anything I said. He mentioned he had to do an investigation. So as he talked to my boyfriend I asked so what are we doing to start this investigation mind you he didn't want any part of fixing my car so after going back and forth he said to come in at 1 pm. He looked at it after basically mocking my boyfriend asking questions about where does all the fluids go and getting smart With him before even checking out the car. We finally got him to go under the car and look at the leak caused from the crack and he came up with a bit of a better attitude and said he will need to contact his boss. He said he can not give us the bosses phone number or email and told us that the boss said it was up to him and Tony if they want to fix the problem that his workers he claims are at not at fault although the workers already let me know they are at fault. So he said his decision is still a NO. And he claims he understands everything with what I said even after being a LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR SO MANY YEARS. This is disappointing to have to leave with Brian and Tony not trying to help and especially with the big inconvenience. They are really rude argued they whole time. So for now Brian said he will still investigate and I hope he does he said he has to pull up the tape from that day and it will take 2-3 days. I will be contacting him for an update. I'm in disbelief with how cruel and cold these two men can be even after Brian himself stated that without the antifreeze it can cause the radiator to crack. Mind you I don't service my own car an pay them to do that. And still got nowhere if it wasn't for us letting him know what he has to do as his job he wouldn't even have asked to look at my car. So I will be making sure to take this to court if need to be so this doesn't happen to loyal customers as myself. Sooooo disappointing especially at the head people of this business. read more

So I'm surprised I haven't reviewed this spot. My Go-To oil changing shop. Roll up, stay in my car, and read my social media feed or do some texting. I bring our Jeep here and now our new baby, Nissan. Best time to come is definitely right when it opens! I'm here now at 12:19 and have waited maybe 10-15 minutes. It's more wait than I'm used to BUT it's also because it's a time I don't normally come at either. A young worker comes up to me while the oil is getting changed by someone else letting me know he's about to clean my front windows and put air in my tires. Ah, HELL YA. My lights have been alerting me my tires have been low on air for the past 5 months probably (lol bad). It's a chore to get done but this way it makes it easy for me to not get my tired or un-motivated self out. This is a must for the new mama's life. Came here for an oil change out of convenience. I was in the area and my car was telling me I had 5% oil life. Fortunately they were finishing up with a car ahead of me and I was promptly instructed to pull forward. In total, start to finish, service took 23 minutes. Raul was super helpful in helping me rid the factory service reminder. I knocked off one star only because conversations between staff members seemed a little unprofessional. I come here more often than not for my oil changes, everyone has been super friendly and the process is fairly quick.

Pros: the technician was extremely courteous and polite. Cons: 50 minutes from the moment I arrived until I left with one car in front of me. I could not understand what took so long and why the process was so slow. Lastly, overpriced. I paid $106 for 8 quarts of synthetic. Shame on me for not checking in advance but it is actually cheaper at the Cadillac dealership with a tire rotation. Live and learn. read more

Do not bring your vehicle here. Save yourself the trouble. My first oil change went well and I thought it was a professional place. I was in and out quick. The second oil change they informed me that the head to my oil pan plug and sheered off somehow. They said it was due to hitting a pothole or some event similar to that. They vacuumed the oil out and I was on my way. Days later I noticed a slow oil leak on the ground where I park every night. I take my car into Ford and they determine that the oil pan needs to be replaced. I have them save the damaged part. When I get the part, after the repair, there is absolutely no damage to any other part of the oil pan. The mechanics informed me the only way that damage could happen is over tightening with a torque wrench. I took the part to oil changers because I wanted, at the very least, to get my money back for the oil changes I had paid for. The owner and manager told me that the damage did not happen there and that it was probably normal wear and tear that caused the bolt to sheer off flush with the oil pan. There is no possible way this damage was caused by a pothole or from normal wear and tear. It had to have been caused at oil changers but instead of owning up to that and trying to work with me, they left me on the hook for a new oil pan and the rental car needed while the car was being repaired. read more

Ever since the old manager left this place went to shit they strip my bolt and my oil pan is done. They said they can't even service my car no more saying who ever done this service before messed it up I been coming here all the time so the only people that touch my car is them. Waited 3hours to get out that place because they didn't know how to do nothing at all. Oil was spilled all over my motor soon as I got home I had to wipe it down because it got to my headers and started to smoke out the hood on the drive home. I came in here with my mom for a simple oil change for the first time (well my sister came in the day prior with no complaints!) and the two guys working were incredibly nice and knowledgeable! They did a full check on my moms car and gave recommendations to fix up on the car. Even though we didn't have time and said no thanks, they were super cool about it and didn't pressure us to do anything! The guys quickly and efficiently changed the oil while also checking tire pressure and even cleaned all the windows on the car which is such a cool touch! They also made little jokes here and there that made us comfortable with choosing this place over any other. We are definitely coming back here for oil change in the future along with basically anything else we need! I highly recommend!! read more

I've been visiting auto shops a lot lately... guess it's cause my car is so poopy! Seriously. I changed my oil like a month ago before my mom left the bay area, and now it's empty again! Because I'm a girl who knows nothing about cars, I resort to professionals. Located on the corner of West Winton & Hesperian, in the plaza, this place is probably one of best oil changers I've been to! (not that I've been to a lot, haha). The staff here is super friendly, and when you come in, you don't even have to leave your car! How awesome is that?! I say super awesome cause I had just picked up some Popeyes and was eating it inside the car, while getting my oil changed ;) Not only are they changing your oil as part of the full oil service, but they do a small check up on your car with your lights and other fluids. They will bring out a "sample" of how your fluids currently look like inside your vehicle and let you decide whether or not you would like it changed. They also brought out my air filter to show me what it looked like, as compared to what a clean one looked like and asked if I would like to change it. In the end, I just opted for a high mileage addictive because my car is old (2001 Toyota Camry) and it needs it. The high mileage addictive supposedly stops and prevents leaks, reduces oil consumption, and increases compression. Definitely what my car needed because lately it's been leaking oil.. Total from this visit, I spent about about $65 for oil change + high mileage addictive. Not bad for the great service I received! Will definitely be coming back, thanks again Oil Changers! read more

From start to finish, John's customer service was amazing! He was upfront, honest and very direct about everything. He was very friendly and polite. I loved that I didn't have to worry about taking my kids out and keeping them entertained because we were able to stay inside our truck. And the price is so much better then what jiffy lube was charging us for an oil change and they didn't do the checks John did on our vehicle. They're a bit overpriced, but overall a good experience. The guy that helped me wasn't terribly pushy; my wife is afraid of mechanics (being pushy), so I took her car in. I'm not a big car guy, but I know the basics (I can change my own oil, brake pads, etc, just don't have anywhere to do it). The guy who helped me was honest and helpful, wish I remembered his name. Told him it was an old car and we planned to replace it soon, just want it for a few more months, then he immediately stopped seriously suggesting services I knew we wouldn't ever have use for. Positive experience, just paid 20% more than I think was reasonable. That said, I'd be perfectly sending my wife there, getting good service, and not being pushed to get something she didn't need. read more
