I had a terrible experience here and wouldn't trust them with your car--especially if you drive something performance-oriented. Before anything, I specifically asked if they could properly work on my C63 AMG. They said yes with confidence, so I trusted them to handle a simple oil change. That turned out to be a huge mistake. After the service, everything went downhill. There was oil all over my engine bay, and to make things worse, the engine was overfilled with oil. That's not a small mistake--that can seriously damage a car like mine. I went back to address the issue, and while they admitted the problem and offered to redo the oil change for free, it didn't really matter because they told me they'd follow up... and never did. No call, no update, nothing. Just completely dropped the ball. At this point, it's not just about the mistake--it's about the lack of accountability and professionalism. If you mess up someone's car, the least you can do is follow through and make it right. I wouldn't come back, and I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who actually cares about their vehicle. read more

I pulled up with a small cargo trailer intended on unhitching it in a parking space there, but the guy says I can't allow you to do that, put it across the street (at the mall parking lot). Needless to say I went somewhere else (Valvoline next to Safeway). Everything happens for a reason, Valvoline treated me very good and cheaper too. read more

I've been coming here for some time and generally trusted their service. Recently, I brought my car in for a routine oil change. The technician recommended adding an engine oil additive, and I agreed. The next day, I checked the dipstick and saw that the oil level was significantly overfilled--well above the safe range. Concerned about the potential engine damage, I called the shop and let them know I'd be taking the car to Toyota instead of driving back with too much oil in the engine. They refused to offer a refund, despite the clear mistake. To add insult to injury, the technician at Toyota found that the shop had reused the oil drain plug gasket, which is supposed to be replaced with every oil change. Worse yet, they left the oil filter housing loose, causing leaks all underneath my engine. This level of carelessness is unacceptable, and I'm extremely disappointed in both the quality of the work and their unwillingness to make it right. read more

Update 10/02/22: I went there to change my oil before a camping trip and the Manager Natalie (Who was very patient and understanding of the situation) was there all by herself doing all the oil changes! I was of course patient as well but this is super unfortunate for her and the business. Huge shout to Natalie and being not just awesome but also communicating effectively to the customers and operating efficiently considering the situation. I left about 11:30 and right as the oil change was being wrapped up another staff member showed up. I will still support the business but I hope the business will support the management staff. ------------------------------------------------------------- I was in a rush to get to a track day over 100 miles away and I noticed my oil light come on in my truck the day of the event. Of course this would happen right before I needed to leave lol... So I made a quick run to Oil Changers right as they opened and I got in an out pretty quickly! I was jawing with one of the managers and he was bustin' my balls for wearing a raiders facemask (rightfully so I guess) while they were waiting for the oil to drain. They guys working there were easy to work with, not overly pressuring into other sales I did get my air filter changed though because it looked like mine took a bath in a pigpen. Long story short is that I would definitely come back again and this is coming from a guy that likes to do all my own work on my cars. read more

Would have given a minus star review if I could. Have gone to this location for over 10 yrs and always happy previously and staff in the past have been professional, courteous and nice. That was NOT the case this time. Before he started I said I did not want any extras; just a regular oil change. Maybe doesn't understand English or didn't care. Tried to scare me into getting untold number of things. If I had gotten everything he tried to scare me into, a simple oil change would have cost me well over $500! And it was almost impossible to understand anything he said and I had to ask him repeatedly what did he say? He was very rude. I asked him to wash the front windshield and back window (which in the past they always did that without having to ask); he said he would but only cleaned the back window; did not wash the front windshield. I would go here for all my oil changes and even my transmission fluid until the last time I went. They decided not to tell me they stripped the bolts underneath my car and put zip ties to keep it on. I didn't notice until the next day and I'm sure they thought they'd get away with but I called immediately. This place lacks basic customer service. I pulled up today for an oil change and got in the line of cars. I was never acknowledged at all. In fact one of the workers came out and advised a car in one of the other bays to pull up in front of me (no problem because they were there before I arrived), however you'd think they would take that time to acknowledge me at that time and let me know if I should stay where I was at or move to another bay- they never even looked my way, not a "hello" or "be right with you". Hector was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was out of the stall quickly. They weren't horsing around or talking too much. Apparently they close at 2:30 on Sunday and didn't care enough about customers to update their corporate website. Reply noted they updated Yelp - I checked multiple sites on Sunday, yelp plus what appears to be their main oil changers website. If they only updated yelp (and it appears so), they're still not appreciating their customers time. read more

Been a customer for years and expected that when my oil filter was loose and oil leaked out that I would be reimbursed for the service and out of pocket expenses to fix it. I sent documentation and have tried for over a month to resolve it. Corporate was no better to deal with when I expressed frustration at them losing my documented receipts. We were helped right away and not only did the crew change our oil, wash our windshields, check our tire pressure, and check all of our lights, but they also tried to help us reset the car to turn off the oil light. I stopped by yesterday to get an oil change - I haven't had time or the $$ to go to the dealership lately so thought I'd give these guys a try. I timed it perfectly and didn't have to wait. They were awesome! They explained everything, didn't try to upsell me on stuff I didn't need, and were super friendly. The estimate they gave me was less than what it ended up being, so they gave me $10 off rather than the $5 Yelp coupon to make up for it. (My car took more quarts of oil than they anticipated.) To top it all off, I love that they have several ladies working there! I was done in about 20 min or so and my car is running much smoother. I would definitely recommend them. Never again. Tightened the oil drain bolt so tight, it was ruined getting it off next oil change. Filter was left loose, causing leaks.

They fucken suck dont bring your car here. I brought my car there they over tightened my drain plug causing me tow my car. My car hasn't been running to them waiting on a whole new oil pan plug been two weeks now. The shop had done nothing to help they denied they stripped my drain plug, Hector the manager so lazy never bother to check his employees work. read more

One guy on duty. Waited in line 30 minutes and line didn't move. People behind us left, we left. Valvoline had us in and out in 20 minutes. Last two oil changes were here and it was fine. Had my worries about this place but had to give it a try as I was on a road trip and couldn't do it myself. 5000mi later when I got under there to change it there was oil everywhere - they didn't tighten the plug. Huge mess under my car and it was probably running without enough oil for the last 3k miles. Super unhappy but that's what you get at these places. read more
