They don't advertise their service charges. I called and asked how much for an oil change but when I went to the shop, they had a lot of additional charges for the filter and engine flush. WOW - I was in & out within 10 minutes. They're faster than In-N-Out burgers ;-) I needed an oil change, and time is money, so my trusty Yelp app directed me here. There was a team of 5-6 guys all working together - great teamwork, that's what I'm talking about! They aired up my tires, did all the proper checks, and luckily my husband got me new windshield wipers, so I didn't need to replace them. This location is right off Hwy 1, quick and easy to get to. Don't forget to use the Yelp check-in offer. Most of all, I didn't hear random gunshots like in the East Bay at the Richmond location LOL! I drove my car, while my mom was driving hers too we got the same service (change oil) hers was a 2018 crv car. Mine was hrv 2019 car. They told me my total would be 127$ same as my moms. Systematic destructive dishonestly! AVOID! I have been going there for years as nearby and they put on a good show of honesty & effectiveness but their system has a massive, constant problem of almost always OVERFILLING my oil and transmission fluids among others! Never under-filled. They will always show you the oil and fluid levels on the sticks are correct, but if you bother to check later they are overfilled so they saw it was, re-dipped the stick short to the depth that shows full and knowingly deceive all there customers with this ploy. They just go by some guide that says this vehicle takes 6 quarts and tell you and put it ALL in in their rush instead of holding back on the last quart or so to wait a MINUTE and see the level as anyone would do who have done their own before continuing. They think that's ok and not their problem as it is written in their guide and we make do by lying. The final time I went there I specifically told the mech that you guys are always overfilling my oil & transmission and make SURE you don't this time. I had to use my fluid extractor to remove 1.5 QUARTS of oil & 1 quart of ATF from my vital work truck afterwards!! ROBOTS! They claim they don't have a fluid extraction device when you bring it back for being overfilled. I have had 3 kinds since 1975 & vital in these days of corruption. They could have this pneumatic/manual powered one handy like mine for overfills, one or one for ATF/OIL each but NO ...dumb : "FOUR UNCLES 6.5L Fluid Extractor - Pneumatic/Manual Vacumm Oil Extractor with Pump Tank Remover & 5 Tubes for Engine Oil" https://a.co/d/bkr61jG The 3 Chrysler vans I've had REQUIRE full synthetic ATF4 or Chrysler brand, I assumed they put the right stuff in as these trannies blow easily with Dextron II. I caught them using Dextron II & finishing with a tiny bottle additive that is supposed to "make it work". They say they don't carry the factory required ATF!! No wonder I had to replace so many trannies. After that I always brought my own case of Chrysler ATF. They stripped out my Tacoma ATF drain plug pan hole by over torquing. I often got leaks to fix after services too..filter, oil plug ATF plug. read more

Disclosure that this is my first oil change service and only I've ever been to and prob the last, excluding dealership. I got a full synthetic oil change for my car and the technicians were very friendly. Everytime I visit this oil change the technicians always explain in detail what they are doing for me, how much I will be charged and explain a long the way what is happening. The technicians are always attentive and the shop is always good vibes. I trust this shop a lot. And side note they always have discounts so look out on those either on yelp or their website. This review is only about the car wash since I drive an electric vehicle. The entrance for the car wash is right off Skyline Blvd. The cheapest option was for $8. A great deal considering most other drive thru carwashes are more pricey. I went with the $10 wash. While my car wasn't completely dry at the end, at least this carwash blows hot air back and forth instead of you just driving slowly through the blower. The drive back home dried off my car for the most part. I'll definitely be back since the price is right. read more

Wow what a great experience. I got here at 7:50 on a Wednesday morning and I was the fourth car in line. Each oil changed takes around 20 minutes so it was around 9:00 by the time it was my turn. Armando was my technician and he was great. He has the routine to a science or should I say he's a well oiled machine (lol corny!). Very informative about what they are doing, your current oil level and fluid levels and also held they will top all of the fluids off for you. Also included is an air filter check and making sure your tires are filled to the right air level. I drive a Chevy Cruze and my full synthetic oil change was something like $63 after tax, but if you check in through Yelp you get $10 off, so That knocked it down to around $50 and change (cuz of tax getting taken off). You can add a tip which I certainly did. If you have a larger vehicle or need high mileage oil it may be a little more expensive I'm not really sure how it works. But it was well worth it, I will be back bright and early Saturday morning with my wife's car to get hers done. read more

TL;DR - in and out very quickly, without an appointment. We went at 8am, it was easy to get in and out. You sit in your car while they do the oil change. Now, the plus is that it's very effortless but because I have a digital screen you need to reset the maintenance required screen. This place to extremely long to do my oil change; once they finally started they broke my dip stick. It was completely bent and they tried blaming me for it breaking. They stated it was brittle when in reality it had an obvious bend from them forcing it in recklessly. Brad was great! Very efficient, solid oil change. Brad was thorough and checked all the lights, tire pressure, etc. He was also navigating traffic and making cars cooperate in an orderly fashion. No chaos. I can see why this place is super popular. They do a nice job. They're always pretty busy, though. Be prepared to wait. It's approximately 20-30 minutes per car depending on extras. Francisco was super nice and helpful. He even showed me how to change the engine air filter. I brought my own oil and paid for the labor of the oil change.
