Best place to get your oil changed. Reliable and honest! They don't try to up sale you on things you need. All guys working were so nice. Service is fast however be aware they tend to get busy so just have some patience if there's a line. The guys work hard to make sure you're in and out and all work is done efficiently. Not sure why I went to the stealership so many times to get an oil change when I could've gone to Oil Changers in Pacifica. I drove right in to a spot today and Lei and his awesome team helped me out. I was so pleasantly surprised that getting any work done to my car could be so easy and straightforward. Been coming here for oil changes for a couple years now and I've never had a bad experience here. Every employee that's helped me here has been awesome. The service is outstanding and they'll never try to sell you unnecessary extras you don't need (other oil change chains are notorious for this). Sometimes there's a bit of a wait but even when it's completely packed I've never waited longer than 45 minutes to an hour. Usually I'm in and out of there in 25-30 minutes when it's fast. They'll offer to check other things like cabin air filters but they won't pressure you. There's a drive through car wash here too. The line for it usually isn't too bad. I'd recommend this place over any other oil change place. read more

Stopped by Sat morning aroumd 10:40a. 3 cars in front of me, 1 in the bay. A few mins later first car was done. Seems they are pretty quick and avg pretty close to 15 mins per car. Had a great experience here. The workers here are so helpful and friendly!! I came in for an oil change and to get my tire pressure check. The oil change came with tire pressure check, air filter check, and a lot more services!! I wish their car wash was working when I went but it didn't work when I went. This is a review of the car wash, not the oil change service. I had my oil changed here a few times when I didn't drive an electric vehicle, and they were fine except for all the stupid upsells they attempt for stuff like transmission fluid. Three stars. If you just want to use the car wash, though, this place sucks. The oil change guys will insist that you drive around and make several u-turns to get to the correct entrance, even when there's no one in line for an oil change, so they really shouldn't care. I even offered to move their stupid pylons back after I moved them. Also, the shitty car wash machine totally avoids watching the center of your frontend or backend. These really should be two completely separate businesses. Zero stars for the car wash. read more

I've come here many times as it was convenient for me. Last year, I went for an oil change and they asked if I wanted a differential fluid change as well. Turned out they didn't have the fluid my car requires since it's only available through the dealer, but said that if I wanted to bring my own fluid, they would change it for $50 per axle ($100 total since I have AWD). A couple weeks later, I show up, differential fluid in hand, and have them change it. Fast and easy and I pay the $100 for two axles. Much cheaper than the dealer. But you get what you pay for. Over the course of a few weeks, I periodically smell something burning while driving. I bring it back to Oil Changers and ask them to take a look, as I suspect it's the differential fluid leaking. They confirm that's what it is, and that the washer had not been replaced properly causing fluid to splatter out onto my exhaust. They offer to fix it, but of course they don't have the differential fluid so they tell me I should get some more from the dealer and bring it to them. The next day, i go to the dealer and get another quart of differential fluid and some new washers and bring it to Oil Changers. They replace the fluid, make sure everything is nice and secure, and apologize for the trouble. I ask them for reimbursement for the new differential fluid and the initial labor for not doing the work I paid for properly. Of course they cannot authorize this and I have to call the regional manager. So I call the regional manager, Kevin, and he tells me that they will make this right, and that it takes some time for the department to issue me a refund. I tell him that if it's easier, I can just go in for a free synthetic change since my other car is due and the price is about the same. He says sure, no problem and tells me I can go into the shop and they will have the information. I bring my other car in for an oil change, and guess what? They don't know anything about it. I contact Kevin again, he says that I should get something in the mail. And did I get anything in the mail? Nope. I contact Kevin again and he just stopped responding. Basically ghosted me. I contacted the BBB, but they couldn't even get a hold of him. While I was waiting for a response, my car needed an oil change so I just went to Jiffy Lube. They informed me that several bolts and clips that hold the bottom engine cover on were missing. These are the fasteners that hold the panel in place that cover the oil pan, which is removed during an oil change. There are supposed to be four fasteners holding this in place, but there is only one. Apparently the guys at Oil Changers don't even replace this piece properly. Off to the dealer I go for replacement bolts and clips, and I'm out another $35. All thanks to Oil Changers. This whole experience basically amounts to fraud. Part of me wants to take them to small claims court just to seek justice, but it's really not worth my time. I still think about it from time to time though and maybe I will before the statute of limitations ends. read more

The luxury of not having to get out of your car is worth the premium! Anthony and his crew did a great job servicing my car. The Jeep dealership and Midas were all booked up but there wasn't a line when I came here. Mentioned the Yelp $5 off and my payment was $82 for my car with synthetic oil. The only thing they don't do is tire rotation, which other places do. The speediness and convenience of this place makes it a step above the others but again, you are paying a premium for this. read more

After waiting an hour in line finally got to the Bay they told me the price was $114 to change the oil in my Dodge Charger I said okay that's fine as they're doing the oil change the young man told me to go ahead and start my car so they can check for lease after running my car for about 30 seconds oil pressure light came on and the tech told me turn your car off it turns out the tech did not fill the crankcase with oil and instructed me to start my car my car has 7,000 miles on it I spoke with the manager and he said he didn't understand what the big deal was the big deal was my brand new car was ran without oil in it and it could cost an internal damage to my engine he gave me $20 off my bill and noted on his notes that the tech forgot to fill the crankcase with oil and told me if I have any problems to bring it back and they will take care of it they should concentrate more on what they're doing and turn off the music that they got blasting so they can hear one another communicate to each other I've gone to this place before and never had a problem I would strongly recommend that you don't take your vehicle there a new engine today cost almost as much as the car very disappointed with the managers thoughts obviously he has no mechanical skills our knows what the heck he's talking about hopefully there was no damage done to my car if there is any damage you can rest assure that I will hold oil changers 100% responsible for any damages to my vehicle please beware that these guys are really not professionals date of service April 4th 2024 Stephen read more

Currently we are under a shelter in place, and there are no schools, daycares, etc that are open, so I have all three of my kids with me and still things to do. I called ahead and asked about the wait, Anthony was very nice and told me that there was one person in the bay and that they could take me right away. So I drove over with my 3 monsters in the car and they took my car right away. From start to finish my oil change took 8 minutes. I did not have to get out of my car and all 3 kids stayed buckled in. I was in South San Francisco, I was out town and I need it an oil change, I decided to go to this place, because of all the great reviews, after my bad experience with them, I decided to check on the negative reviews, and I find other people having the same issue as me, from now on I always going to check on the negative reviews even if they have a lot of great reviews. I went with my brand new Kia soul 2024. They do the oil change on December 8th, 23 days later I find out in the morning a wet spot on the floor. It was motor oil, I went to check underneath my car and it was leaking oil all over the Engine underneath, since is a new car I started to panic, I called Oil Changer 2880 Skyline Dr, Pacifica, CA 94044 where I took mi Kia Soul 2024 a Lady answered the phone she told me hold on I'm transferring you with service, but they never answer my call, I went to my Kia Dealership, they do the inspection and Kia find out that the Oil Changer people put a faulty or aftermarket oil filter, that's why it was leaking oil all over underneath my Kia, luckily my Kia dealership didn't charge me for the inspection which was going to be $225 they reduced that and they only charge me to redo the oil change and put a new good oil filter which was $106.08 total, the pissed off thing here is that I had to pay again to do the oil change 23 days later, not only that, Oil Changer people could damage my engine putting a faulty or aftermarket oil filter, I hope not, but if my engine is damage I will take legal action because I'm feeling the engine a little weird, also I need to mention that I try to contact them again several times to settle this, a person named Adrian told me that the manager was going to contact me, but he get back at me after the fifth day and after my fourth or fifth frustrated calls that I made to them, and I wish he never did get back to me because he was a freaking joke, he didn't even apologize and he offered me a 20 dollars discount, 20 dollars discount? Really? it is a freaking joke because I had to pay again $106.08 to get the problem fixed and like I say, I hope the engine is not damage because I will take legal actions if it's damage, since the manager didn't refund my money I am disputing it with my bank. read more

First time customer and it's safe to say they left me impressed. (First time customers also receive a complimentary car wash! - How cool is that?) Had a pleasant experience from the moment I called them to the moment I left their car wash after the oil change. I've been a regular at SpeeDee's and I don't think I will be going back. At SpeeDee's, they have you sit in a waiting room while they service your car. I'd be highly uncomfortable waiting in that small room with other customers amidst this pandemic. In contrast, I found it to be more personal at Oil Changers when they serviced my car with me sitting in it. Dion mentioned I needed a transmission fluid change, which I wasn't aware I ever knew I needed - I honestly don't know much about cars. He also brought to my attention a few minor issues with my car to jot down for the next time I take my car to a mechanic. I am grateful for the service Dion and the rest of the team provided me today. I wouldn't have received the same treatment at SpeeDee's.
