Only the low pressure pump needed to be replaced, service fees got dropped less than 1/2. We went ahead and requested for other preventative services to be performed as well. Price came out to be only 2/3 of what original quote was. Overall experience, we were very satisfied with the thorough service and fair pricing. Glad to have found an honest repair shop in Daly City.

I was asking for the receipt for the battery so I can have ACDelco or GM do a warranty replacement myself. I was going to do all of this myself. Upon arrival, Najib was on the phone addressing another issue, but acknowledged me. After he got off the phone, he checked me in, checked my car, and within 5 minutes, my car keys were with the shop and I and received instructions to come back in 30 minutes to pick my car up. Super friendly, efficient, & straightforward! I decided to walk around the Safeway in the plaza next door. Less than 30 minutes later, I received a text that my car was ready for pick up! I also received a call shortly after the text and they informed me that they also checked my car's brake pads. Turns out my break pad & rotors were worn down and needed to be changed. They had the parts and asked if I wanted to get those changed. They gave me a new estimate (cost & time) & everything sounded reasonable. I came back about 2 hours later to pick up my car with new brake pads & rotors. The whole process was very straightforward & seamless. Paid a premium full price for it too even though I had multiple coupons that "weren't valid". Found out months later by a family member that my oil levels are low, they only filled half, the oil they used was super black, not full synthetic. They did not offer to change my coolant or steering fluid even after I asked. Also they tighten your valve so hard you would never be able to change your own oil at home. You'd be forced to go back to a shop to get your oil change. Never ever coming back here again and highly DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone else to come here either.

I went to this ARCO and used pump #11. While pumping gas, I noticed a leak around the rubber area…read moreof the nozzle. There was a noticeable gasoline smell, and I immediately informed the employee that the nozzle was leaking and needed to be fixed. Not only is this a safety hazard, but I was also losing a steady stream of gas that I had paid for. The employee told me the gas was supposedly left behind by the previous customer who used the pump. I took his word for it and left. About a month later, I used the same pump again, and the exact same leak happened. I informed the same employee, but he gave me the same excuse and did not take responsibility or appear to address the problem. A leaking gas nozzle is a serious safety concern and should be inspected and repaired. I recommend avoiding this gas station, or at the very least, avoiding pump #11 until the issue is properly fixed.
