The guys here have two important qualities that I look for in a mechanic. 1. They're competent. 2. They're honest. They've never tried to upsale me unneeded services, in fact they have told me that I don't require services I have requested, and every time they catch something going wrong, they'll show me the problem. They've diagnosed several mystery issues I've had with my vehicles and got them running right. They have fair pricing on their parts and labor with a solid garuntee on their work. And I feel better paying local workers in my community than stuffing more miney into an international corporation for frankly poorer service.

I was updated with pictures throughout the progress and to check paint colors. I was in no rush to have it painted, as it was in the off-season, but once he started it, the process was fairly quick. It had some damage on the nose and bottom that Steven smoothed out. The ski came out amazing! It looked like a new ski. I even got compliments on how good the paint job was from a jetski mechanic I took it to who said it looked as good as factory paint. He made an old ski look new again. The price was very reasonable given the work that was put into it. I would highly recommend this place and will continue to use them for painting services.

Last Christmas, my family gifted me cash for me to purchase a dash cam with installation labor for…read moremy car. If you haven't tried using Yelp to acquire quotes from businesses such as dash cam and installation retailers, it's pretty convenient and many service type businesses will reach out to you. After sending an inquiry about purchasing and installation of a dash cam, one of the first businesses that reached out to me was DV Audio and Customs. Besides DV Audio, several other businesses contacted me and I immediately decided on DV Audio because of the professionalism and thoroughness of Dennis and Paola. They answered several questions I posed to them and although I probably could have shopped around for a better deal, I decided to have DV Audio take care of my dash cam need solely based on the professionalism and customer service, but besides those much clamored for qualities, I got even more once the job was completed. DV Audio is located in Escondido specifically within a small business park where other service type businesses are located. I don't remember if there were other tenants, but as soon as you turn into Wineridge, you'll turn right into the first driveway and you'll see the DV Audio signage. The exact address for DV Audio is 2080 Wineridge Suite D. The shop can be found by taking 15 North or 15 South exiting off of Valley Parkway and heading west. There are two parts of Escondido where car dealers are located, which is the east side and west side of Escondido. DV Audio is located close to the west side of car dealers. I received great customer service from Paola from start to finish for my dash cam project. Prior to setting up an appointment with DV Audio to have them install a dash cam, I stopped by their shop to ask them questions. The primary thing I wanted to ask them was whether they price match because at the time, Amazon Prime Days were going on. My intent was to buy a dash cam on Amazon and then have DV Audio install it. When I asked about price matching, Paola informed me that they do price match on a specific Red Tiger dash cam, but not on the higher end Red Tiger dash cam. She also informed me that it would be better if I purchased the dash cam from her because then it would be under warranty, which was great information to have. Another reason to have work done by DV Audio is that their business is military veteran friendly and they do military discounts for Army Veterans like me. If you pay cash for the work they do, there is a cash discount and who doesn't like savings. Besides all of these positives, they are also efficient and respect people's time. I dropped off my car at my appointment time of 9:30am and I was notified that they were done at 10:44am. When their technician was installing my dash cam, they found rust build up on the inside side wall of my dash, which I would have never found if not for their technician letting me know. This information was invaluable because I'm going to have the car dealer check it out. Lastly, Paolo provided more quality customer service after the work was completed by spending time with me going over the features of the dash cam. If you're ever in the market for a dash cam and installation of that dash cam, before you purchase, I highly recommend you contact or visit DV Audio and Customs to purchase the dash cam and have them do the installation. Customer service, expediency, and thoroughness from start to finish is why they should be the only shop you visit for dash cam service. I also noticed vintage cars in their shop, so if you own vintage cars, you might want to check what type of service they do for vintage cars.

The dealership quoted me a little over $1,000 for the fix. I decided to file a claim with GEICO, and they recommended one of their approved mechanics, Caliber Collision, which was the closest to me. I'm so glad they did. Caliber's quote was less than half the dealership's price (and under deductible) and included OEM parts. The service was incredibly efficient. They inspected the car immediately, the parts arrived the very next morning, and the repair was completed promptly. Randy in the office provided some of the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. He was fantastic from the start, explaining everything in detail, answering all my questions, and ensuring the entire process was seamless. Highly recommended!

I spoke with Randy Davis a Service Advisor. I then went on to ask him about my scratched up paint (there is a lot of scratches) on the sides of my car. He tried to rub a couple of them out to no avail. He suggested I take my car to someone that details cars and they could probably get the scratches out which would be cheaper than having the whole car repainted. Randy was very considerate, patient and answered all my questions. I highly recommend their business and will use them in the future if I need some body work done.

I recently moved to Ramona and my husband usually takes care of "these things". However, with my husband being gone on business, the show must go on. I Googled Oil Changers and am so thankful I did! I work quite a distance from home, I am the mother of five VERY busy children, and I do not know the needs of my car. Fortunately, they do! The very friendly service I received while not trying to upsell me is worth its weight in gold. This is my new "go to" spot. They are knowledgeable, they did not talk down to me, and they didn't treat me as though I am dollar signs walking in their doors (or driving in...). This is the best place to get an affordable quick oil change. I appreciate the extra care given to detail. They check all the lights, tire pressure, air filters, windshield wiper fluid, and clean your windows. I opted out of the windshield cleaning because rain is expected in the forecast . Each time I've had my car serviced there I have received nothing short of excellent care. The team at oil changers are all professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I took my car in to Oil Changers and had an exceptional experience! Ron was my service technician and he was very friendly even to my two annoying barking little dogs :) I mentioned that my check engine light was on and he said he could hook it up to his machine to find out the problem for me at no charge since I was a customer. I know that if I had taken it to a repair shop it usually costs around $100 for that service. I was in and out in a timely manner and am a very satisfied customer. We have used Oil Changers for a few years now. Have always had great customer service and communication. They always check the cars over well and any recommendations are never pushed, and verified by owners manual. My only little issue is that we use the synthetic oil and even though I know what the price is, I get random coupons depending on the service member. Yesterday I took my wife's car in and paid full price. Today, different guys, and I was offered a coupon. Not complaining at all, just saying it is great but appreciate consistency. I am a regular user of the Ramona Oil Changers (Kmart parking lot). The people and the service are great. I went in the other evening for oil change and they told me I could wait for 2000 more miles. When I asked them to check my transmission they topped it off and let me know when it would need servicing as well as the oil change. They topped off fluids, checked tires and no charge. Very quick and very professional. The staff are friendly and offer to pump my tires, clean my windows, and check anything else that needs to be topped off in my truck while the oil is changed.
