I was driving the other day and my oil change reminder light came on. I got home and in my mailbox was a coupon from Oil Changers, so I figured I'd try them out. Most of the service was fine and the employees were really nice and low pressure. At one point, an employee asked if I'd like my tire pressure checked. Of course I said yes. She checked the door jam and based on Chevy's specs they recommended 65psi. I knew that was the max and not what you should run at. I had just put larger tires on my truck, so I pointed out to her that we should go at the recommended rate for those tires. A few minutes later another employee asked me if I wanted my tires checked. I mentioned another employee was checking them. He returned and said he was going to do it. He told me the recommended pressure for my tires and I agreed to that setting. After leaving, my truck drove like I had metal tires. I felt every rock on the road and going into my driveway damn near knocked the fillings out of my teeth. I checked the tire pressure on the sidewalk of my tire. The MAX was 80psi. That seemed high so I checked online and found that it's recommended to run at 37 to 40psi. I checked what Oils Changers had them at and it was 97psi. This was extremely dangerous. They have an automatic pressure machine at Oil Chargers, but it must not work, or someone manually set them too high. I won't be going back. read more

I've been going here since it was X PRESS LUBE. I really like this place. Courteous employees, thorough inspection and seem to be honest. Lately I've had Brian and Carlos doing my oil changes. Both are very respectful and do a great job. The wait isn't usually very long and they always have the air filters I need for my truck. I like this place and do recommend. read more

This first location didn't have the oil filter for my car and suggested I go to their sister store location and I ended up here. Bryan was great and friendly and explained certain aspects of my car's engine that no one has told me before. I found this super helpful and important! The service was great. The signs said Express Lube. Unfortunately, my Express Lube card is no longer honored, now that it's Oil Changers. I would have needed two more changes, and would have gotten a free one. Kind of ticks me off. Other than that, they were nice and did a good job as far as I know. I got an oil change at Oil Changers which was previously Express Lube last week. I came back the next day and let them know that oil was leaking. Jessie came out and crawled under my car in the parking lot because they were too busy to try to get me over to a bay. He asked for my address and said he would come over and put some oil stain remover on my driveway to see if it helps.
