This is a really good sushi joint in Brea. The fish is pretty fresh. The sushi roll size is perfect. (The garlic Albacore is a favorite). I like the fish to rice portion for the sushi. We've been here about 3 times and I can say this place will probably be our go to now. Not only do they have a good variety of sushi, it's fresh and delicious. I also recommend trying out the sake! The waiters and sushi chefs have been kind every time we visit. The only thing you have to be prepared for is the wait, like everywhere else they are most likely short staffed at the moment. So you're wait might be awhile, I suggest ordering some sake or miso soup and relax. Or call in your order ahead of time. I personally don't mind waiting a bit for good sushi :) read more

This place is a Korean-owned sushi restaurant with decent food, but too long of a time to get your food. There is only one server, one sushi chef, and one lady in the kitchen who try to be responsible for many tables but of course, you can see that they are on the older side and have a hard time working efficiently. quality is not bad and the price is pretty reasonable too, but I don't think they can grow unless they invest in more workers because it takes: 15 mintiera to get water, 40 minutes to get food from the point of order. I hope they can get more workers and the quality of service will probably jump at least 2 fold. Much luck needed to this place! read more

So we took it upon ourselves to self seat at the bar. Waiting over 10 mins we we passed by multiple times and had others served before us. Never again. Horrible service. Rude people. Stopped in for date night with wife on Saturday night. Place was over half full, We had a seat at the sushi bar directly in front of sushi chef. Service was extremely slow in fact we had to flag someone down to ask for drinks after waiting 5 to 10 minutes. There was literally one sushi chef for the whole restaurant. He didn't even acknowledge us sitting right in front of him until we got his attention to order. I mean nothing no little cucumber appetizer though hello nothing. It literally took 40 minutes to get a sushi roll in front of us. During the wait we asked for some edamame to snack on while waiting for our rolls. They were kind enough to provide that. Over all they just relabeled the name from Shark sushi to Okidoki sushi (see picture of menu). It's the same mediocre sushi served by the same inattentive slow serving staff. My guess is their Yelp reputation under the name Shark sushi was not very good and that must be the reason for rebranding. Unless you have a lot of time to waste and want to eat a very average sushi stay away. read more

Best sushi around ive been to many places and this is the only one I continue to go. Justin is the best I highly reccomend going to the bar. The sushi combination is always my go to its cheaper then going to an AYCE place and the sushi is way better quality wise and you still get full it has 10 sushi pieces and a california roll. They have a great variety of beer sake and other alcohols to choose from happy hour is very useful at this place. read more
