We've seen Old Glory on our way to and from Nashville and finally decided to stop for a tour on a return trip. We ended up being the only two people on the tour and our tour guide, Matt, did not disappoint t. We've been on a number of distillery tours over the years and you always learn something new. Matt our tour guide was so enthusiastic and made it a very enjoyable tour and tasting. We ended up purchasing a few bottles after and are looking forward to sharing our "Old Glory" finds with others. The restaurant was very inviting and the music and service we received from Meg, our server, were outstanding. We ordered the prime rib spring rolls (the aioli was SO tasty), the Shepards pie (delicious!) and the pulled pork tacos. After tasting the shepard's pie, we decided to share it and pack the tacos to go. We had coffee and dessert ( the chocolate bread pudding)----very sweet and chocolate-y (missed the stuffed part?!?) . The lunch we shared made the 6-hour ride ahead of us seem not so bad. We had a great lunch and cannot wait to return ---and, maybe enjoy a drink outdoors someday. read more

My husband and I dined with Old Glory Distilling last night and it was a great casual date night. We went for the live music on Fridays & Saturdays but were quoted 45 minutes to sit in their patio so we decided to wait at the bar. The ambiance of the restaurant was very nice, true to its distillery theme. At the bar you could see all of their spirits on display. I ordered a Peach me Please cocktail and the husband ordered the Strawberry Alley Kolsch. We enjoyed both drinks very much however, if you like your cocktails a little stronger I'd definitely recommend getting a double shot or going for a different drink. We got a text that our table was ready about 20 minutes in but decided to stay at the bar as we had just received our Mexican Street Corn Dip. The Corn Dip was like an Americanized version of elotes served in a skillet with tortilla chips. It was super delicious, I just wish they had put more cheese and less oil in the skillet. We then ordered the BBQ Chicken Quesadilla, my husband REALLY liked this one, I thought it was okay. The pico de gallo was served more as a salsa and tasted watered down a bit. Meanwhile, the quesadillas could have used more of the bbq sauce on top or on the side. The fries were well seasoned and tasty. TLDR: Overall, the service was good with bar staff consistently checking in on us, the drinks were amazing and the food was good. I would recommend this place to others. read more

We did the distillery tour and tasting last year and it was amazing! Our guide was super knowledgeable and the tastings were phenomenal. We brought way too many bottles back home with us! This year, we went back on a night they had a dueling pianos event and got a bite to eat and a few drinks outside in the silo area. So much fun and the drinks were phenomenal. We tried Old Glory this evening and were very disappointed with the experience, especially considering it was Father's Day. The service was lacking. Our waitress spent a significant amount of time chatting with another group and only checked on our table once after bringing our drinks, seemingly because of the unusually long wait for our food. When our meals finally arrived, my father's food was cold. We looked for our server to let her know that his Father's Day meal was cold, but we never had the opportunity. We waited and looked for her several times, but she never returned to our table. My 90 year old dad didn't want us to wait longer or keep us from eating. He just ate it cold. Out of the six meals served at our table, only one was good, while the others were mediocre at best. The coleslaw tasted flavorless cabbage. My shepherds pie had more fat in it than actual brisket. Between the long wait, cold food, lack of attention from our server, and overall food quality, the experience was far below what we expected. I really wanted to love this place! My wife and I stopped in on a Sunday mid-morning for an early lunch. The vibes were energetic with a nice size crowd. The dining area is a huge open space with high ceilings, tons of bourbon and whiskey nostalgia decor. We were greeted and seated quickly. They seemed to be a well oiled machine with fluctuating large crowds at the hostess station. There are large firehouse style garage doors that open to a grotto area that totes live music and event space. A huge silo cleverly converted to an outdoor bar area was pretty cool. We ordered Duck Fat fries as an appetizer. Unfortunately, they were a soggy limp variation of fries. Our server was delayed circling back and we tried to eat the fries because we were starved. We ate about 1/4 and when the food came, we pointed out that the fries were a mess. We were nice. My wife said " the kitchen really needs to know". We didn't want a replacement, but for a high-end price it was not a good start. I had the shrimp tacos. There were two tacos with beans and rice on the side. It was really good. I wished there was a third taco! My wife got a side salad (huge) with blue cheese dressing made in in house, very good! She got the mushroom and Swiss burger. The burger was a steakhouse style, thick, juicy, with a fresh bun. The problem with the burger was the mushrooms. The mushrooms werent sliced. They were full sized mushrooms. It made the burger mechanics clunky. It was prone to fall apart even sliced in half. We were disappointed that no one followed up with our complaint. We were also not compensated for the appetizer. We went to the gift shop. The gift shop offers a lot of options for tasting, tours, shirts, and other bourbon accessories. The staff was very friendly and I asked for a sample of their bourbon, whiskey, and maple cream. All were really good, smooth, and reasonably priced. I bought all three. My wife sampled their gin and was impressed enough to purchase a shirt. The issue was that the staff charged me for a long sleeve shirt instead of a tee. We didn't realize the mistake until I was in my vehicle and driving away. We had to go back in and have it adjusted. So, despite the positive great things about this place the overall experience was a little clumsy. I recommend stopping in to check it out. As a bourbon guy and having been to bourbon tours all over the country, Old Glory has created a really unique experience that will impress any bourbon fan. The food is mostly very good. The mixed drinks are moderately expensive but they seem to have put a lot of effort into the presentation and palate profile. They have smartly incorporated their own spin on classics like an old fashioned. The staffing was very good and everyone is very friendly. As a bourbon fan it's always cool to have people as excited as you are about spirits. Make sure to check your receipt for mistakes! read more

We started here on our whiskey/bourbon tour with friends. It was such a great way to kick off the day. We had a nice tour with knowledgeable staff and we got to see a lot and learn about the entire process. After we also participated in tastings, which was just as delicious. It was a wonderful experience. We even came back later in the evening for dinner. The food menu had plenty of options and everything was delicious. I'm so glad we came here. I even had some bottles shipped back to us in NV. Both the tasting room and the restaurant were large, open, high ceilings and very cozy. I'd love to go back here when we visit again. read more

So I'm going to review the restaurant and distillery separately. Restaurant: 3/5 for being open for only a month it's pretty decent. All of our appetizers (egg rolls, burnt ends, and duck fat fries) were amazing. We couldn't get enough of it. However almost everyone's entrees were pretty bland. The side for the tacos isn't the greatest, I wished I substituted it with something else. The gin pickled onions haven't been pickled for long enough they're still super hard and crunchy. Also you can tell they're still training and it made it a little awkward. The building itself was cool though. Distillery: 5/5 it was an awesome experience. Our tour guide Chance was fantastic and I was super happy he was our guide. He knew so much about the process while still being funny about it. We have come for both brunch and dinner and have been satisfied every time. The chicken dinner is absolutely phenomenal while breakfast has you wanting to come back every weekend. We've tried numerous dinner things; burgers, one pound rib, brisket, and shrimp tacos. The chicken is still my favorite with the mashed potatoes and broccoli casserole. The au gratin potatoes are also tasty too. The brisket was moist, but I didn't care for the sauce it was in. Just my taste buds at the time. The rib was so tasty and fall of the bone. The burger is a nice greasy burger that you want with a drink. And of course, the drinks are a great addition since it is at the distillery. You can't go wrong with old glory for brunch or dinner! Service is always spot on and they don't lead you wrong. They also have a fun booth where it is in a barrel; pretty neat for large parties. read more

What a neat place! I was traveling from St Louis to Nashville and saw this off the highway. Decided to stop on the way home for dinner and it was a fantastic decision. The silo outside is such a neat look, the entrance is huge and opens up to the distillery part. Really neat gift shop on one side and a beautiful dining area on the other. A ton of great food and drink options made for a great dinner experience as well as the friendly staff! The outside entertainment area was even more cool. The back of the silo is a bar, there's a couple fire pits, chairs, yard games, outdoor dining and a stage where it looked like they'd host live music events. Highly recommend! read more

A Wednesday night, no reservations. The 30-minute wait for seating wasn't a big deal, but unfortunately, the rest of the experience was disappointing. We waited 30 minutes for our appetizer and then **two hours** for our main courses. Apparently, there was an issue with one dish, which caused the delay. By the time the food arrived, everything was cold. Overall, the timing and service really needs improvement. My wife enjoyed her shepherd's pie although she said it had a bit too much salt for her preferences. I had the larger cut prime rib. I doubt it weighed 12 oz. though. It was very poorly cut with the bottom tapered almost down to nothing and it was more medium than medium rare with a large grey area and some pink. I let it go as we were under a time constraint. I went to Old Glory for brunch while visiting my daughter in Clarksville. Last time I visited, the restaurant was still not open so I was excited to hear the restaurant had opened. The restaurant offers reservations, which I highly recommend. We didn't have any reservations so we did have to wait a bit. We decided to go to the gift shop/bar area while we waited. We did some window shopping and ordered a drink which made the wait time go faster. Once we were seated our server greeted us and informed us that the kitchen was a little backed up and asked if we wanted to put in the kids order right away. We appreciated the heads up and ordered for the kids first. Although we were told there would be a bit of a wait for the food, I felt like our food came out quickly. The drinks and food were delicious. They also have tasting tours and I wish we would have been able to do a tour, but we were limited on time. If you're in Clarksville I highly recommend this place. There is also outdoor seating which has areas to play outdoor games. Next time I'm in Clarksville I will definitely be back. read more

Again visiting my children it's one place that I actually recommend when they ask me where I wanna die. The food here is really good and the drinks are fabulous even when it's super hot outside when they open up all the doors, you get a nice breeze. Service is always spectacular. I've never had one server who didn't come back and check on us refill our waters or not.
