Love this store. Couple of experiences here One day I had to make a return the doors were already closed. One of the associates came and said sorry we just closed I asked I only have to make a return she said go ahead come in. Any other place would have said come back tomorrow. Did not appreciate the attitude or condescending tone from a manager (Amber?) yesterday informing us how exchanges work and coaching her employees in front of us when she could have just handled the "difficult" exchange herself. Why we had to go to two different employees for a return and a purchase is still beyond me. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day. An Old Navy's an Old Navy, right? This Old Navy is nice and clean and arranged well, just like most every Old Navy I've been in. It's in a shopping center with a lot of other clothing stores (Ross, TJ Maxx, Levi's, etc.), which is convenient. read more

This Old Navy store is always having a sale. Best part about it is that it's usually not as busy as the other stores. People are very friendly and helpful. They have a clean store and you can find clothes really easily. I went here to buy some pants and I got them for $19 each. Like i said, they have really good sales so when you hear about it, go and run to this store. read more

I usually love this Old Navy, but couldn't help but review with 1 star. I walked in tonight at 6:45, knowing the store closes at 7. I had a few things I quickly wanted to try on, and when I went to the fitting room, the sales associate said "the fitting rooms are closed." Huh? I understand they need to lock the front doors but the fitting rooms also? Disappointed, I said "wow" and walked away and the same teenager sales associate mutters "well we ARE closed..." Seriously?! Horrible customer service, far below the top-notch friendly attitudes I'm used to at this location. Not sure I'll be back. read more

Why am I being hassled to return something if I have the tag and the receipt?! The manager could not have been more condescending and rude. She practically yells out "oh wow this is from a really long time ago!" It was from a month ago so get a grip lady. Im sorry Im busy and couldnt get around to making the return earlier. Like others have stated before, this Old Navy always seems to have the longest line of the Old Navy's in the area. Every time I come here, there is a long line, especially during busy shopping times. I was here a few days ago and the line was 25 minutes long. Granted the store was busy, but 2 of the employees were walking around the store straightening clothes after walking away from the check stand. I get that there are other things to do in the day to day of the store, but if the lines are that long with unhappy customers, just stay up front and help check out the GIANT line of customers. We know the store is busy and messy, but we understand if it looks that way at a busy time and you are trying to help people make their purchase faster. I saw 3 different customers give up and walk out instead of waiting. read more

This Old Navy has to be the most unorganized store I have ever been to. Every time I walk into the store I have a huge anxiety attack because you have clothes all over the floor, falling off hangers, not in the right place etc. But I manage to get what I need and head to the line. But wow the mess doesn't stop the products that are in line are always on the floor and the shelves are extremely dirty and dusty. I'm not sure how they expect you to want to buy hair ties that are covered in dust and on the floor lol read more

Consistently poor customer service. Displays are in disarray and selection limited. I would drive further south to the old navy at the spectrum or just order online snd avoid the hassle. I really like this Old Navy location and come here often but I came here and I saw a vest that I wanted to purchase. It said by the rack full of vests that it was 20%off. Waited in line ( super long line by the way), super excited about getting a vest in the summer at a decent price and with a discount. I get to the register and it stated it was only 10% off...wtf....no it's not. So the girl at the register said that is the percentage that is coming up, I decided not to get the vest. Still puzzled and knowing I am not crazy, I go back to walk around the store and see for myself that next to the rack full of vest stated 20% off and absolutely nothing about a 10%. I speak to an Old Navy employee about my issue, he scans the vest and they do come up at 10% and the jackets next to the vest are the ones that are 20%. Ok that is not my problem that things are not where they are intended to be and not labeled as they should be. The employee could have at least offered me 20% off considering that there was no 10% label by the vest as there should have been. No vest for me. read more

First time at this particular store. ....I really liked it. I liked the set up of the store, it seemed bigger than other stores i've been to. Went in to look for uniforms for my daughter. This is a huge Old Navy. I visited the location in the Mission Viejo mall last weekend but the Tustin store seems about double the size. I came in here on a Saturday afternoon and the store was extremely busy with customers. I think they were probably having some kind of sale because everything seem to be marked down. I haven't shopped at an Old Navy in years until recently and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. They have many great basic pieces for great prices. I also really liked their active wear section here at the store. I spent quite a bit of time browsing everything in that. Like I said this is a good place to get basic tank tops T-shirts and dresses. They also have a huge baby and kids section in the back of the store. My only complaint is that I wish the maternity section was a little more organized. It was in the back near the kids and I felt like it was a little bit unorganized and messy. However I got a super cute maternity dress a tank top and also an active wear tank top for under $40 so I'm not complaining too much.....great prices. There was a pretty long line when I checked out but they had 4 cashiers open and they were all consistently taking customers so it didn't take too long. read more

Being the genius that I am, I waited until the last minute to buy warmer clothes for my trip to Minnesota. One thing you should know about the state if you've never been there: it's like Siberia when compared to California weather. I needed a jacket and maybe a sweater. I was very pleased to discover that they have jeans for curvy girls! I am not plus sized but I definitely have a booty and thicc thighs. My waist and calves are like a size 4-6 and my booty and thighs are like a size 10 so finding pants that actually fit my I'll proportioned body has always been a struggle for me. Their curvy cut jeans - although still a bit big in the waist and calves - are the most comfortably fitting jeans I've had in a long time. I also found a winter coat, gloves and hat, sweater, and a shirt. The first day in Minnesota it snowed so I am super pleased that I had a heavy, water-proof coat for the winter! It was a bit messy, especially near the fitting rooms. I would also like to see more variety in colors and sizes of the curvy fit jeans and lengths of the sweaters (they were cute but kind of short in the torso) Thanks, Old Navy, for keeping me warm in Minnesota! read more

We went looking for women's Christmas pajamas last night. They had a nice selection of flannel bottoms but their tops seemed in short supply. They also had two options of the traditional style pajamas sets. One was plaid and the other was red with little white hearts. But their sizes were limited so we left. The customer service here is always very bland but as long as people aren't rude or talk in a condescending way. I've worked retail before so I know how it can be and how customers can be. I've always told my family/friends that if they are not purchasing something to hold on to it and give it to the cashier instead of just leaving it somewhere randomly. Today I went in with my mom and last minute my mom decided on not taking 3 things, one of those was a small canned coke which was 1.59. The cashier was named Stephanie or something similar (but almost positive it was Stephanie). After my mom said she was not taking the soda the cashier said "you don't want it?".. my mom said no, then the cashier said "well then, put it back in the fridge". That was a huge no no. You don't say that to customers after the transaction was over my mom asked who her manager was, the girl pointed next to her but the manager was with a customer so my mom just dropped the issue but I'm not so here I am. I would call the store and speak to the manager but if the cashier felt that comfortable talking to customers like that I rather share my experience here. Btw, she seemed upset the minute she realized we were leaving 3 items. And her tone and body language were rude, she didn't even try to hide her attitude. Customers are people just like people that are at their jobs so treat people how you would want to be treated. We're currently at In-N-Out and they messed up our order TWICE but they are being nice so in exchange my mom is being kind and understanding. (And we haven't gotten anything free or anything so it's all genuine). Learn a little something. read more

I love the quality and style of clothes of Old Navy those are the 2 stars i am giving you, but coming to the store is such a headache just to think about the waiting always in the cashier register to pay, they have 6 registers out of them 2 only open and always the line of people. Think about the time you have available before stepping here and get to wait forever to pay. read more

I encountered two employees there today that we pretty rude. I was surprised. One wouldn't even look at me when I was asking her questions. She looked tortured being there. The other was at check out. I had a return so she asked if I had a receipt. I told her I did and set it down with item on top so the receipt wouldn't blow away. I had a question so I proceeded to ask her and she cut me off and asked if I had my receipt again real rudely because maybe she didn't here me say yes the first time or didn't see the receipt. But that's no reason to be rude or cut me off. Bleh. Not into this store. The store next to south coast seems to be better in terms of customer service. read more

Wanted to do an exchange. An older lady about 5 feet tall (I can't remember her name but her badge stated she had been working at old navy for 13 years, I am assuming a manager of some type) serviced us. She stated she could not do the exchange for us when we were told by other store employees we could do the exchange. I had to get back in line and have another employees help me. I find the staff in the store quite helpful when you can find someone. The fitting room staff tends to really help if you ask them how things should be worn or tips on what works and doesn't. The times I have visited this store the staff has been helpful to me, including the cashiers. read more

This location has vastly different inventory than the ON in Laguna Niguel. I shopped at the LN last week and stopped into this one to pick up more of the items I purchased last week. But none of the items are at this store. I'm very disappointed. Shouldn't all the stores carry the same stuff? Someone has messed up. read more

I really hate this old navy now its just really sad that i use to shop here for years for my kids every so often and now i see that they have new ppl there and new managers one manager i think she said she was the store manager now and her name Cindy she was pretty rude and i heard a few comments she said to her fellow employees that was unnecessary and i usually have a conversation with the employees as i'm being checked out but i feel as though their more like robots now and i was constantly nagged about opening up a credit card here and i felt like i was being rush. I really don't like being constantly nagged and rushed this old navy has gone down the drain dont think ill be back again. read more
