Hello! I've gone specifically for the sciatic pain on my right leg and it's really helped me to the point that I am pain free. What works for me is to go back twice (within approx 2 weeks) to continue to ease the pain. I drink a lot of water and get plenty of rest. Even avoiding driving has helped me since it's on my right leg ( the leg I pressed on the break and gas pedal). I continue to go just for "maintenance" as well because I noticed whenever I'm stressed, it triggers my pain and I start to feel it again. I can't express how grateful I am to have found this place. I know I just lucked out by walking in without an appointment and getting in for a one-hour massage right away. Not only lucky timing, but lucky to have found such good, thorough, therapeutic service. The staff are extremely limited in their English, which is lucky strike number 3, no idle chit chat, just an occasional "ok?" to which all I could answer was mmmmm hmmm while I relaxed in almost complete quiet. Even the traditional "spa music" was almost negligible and no cloying aroma scents, which I found both of their absences a relief. Yesterday my husband and I went here for an hour of massage. Today we are still in pain. I had asked for Swedish massage for both of us. What we got was painful torture. Even though we kept telling them to be more gentle, it just seemed to get worse. Both used sharp elbows to dig into our backs and shoulders. We both have traveled all over the country, and had numerous massages to ease the stress and kinks from long flights. So we know good from bad sessions. Part of the problem might have been the masseuses limited English. Most conversation had to be repeated multiple times. One hardly spoke at all, and the other seemed to simply not listen. I walked in using a cane due to my arthritic hip. That should have been a tip off that I needed gentler treatment. We both ended up shouting please stop. This hurts. Unfortunately neither stopped, and we both went home and immediately had to take pain meds. The prices are very reasonable, but even so it's not worth the very painful and non relaxing session. And on top of everything else, they charged my husband for a deep tissue massage - the very thing he didn't want! We won't be back. Seniors especially beware. read more

Last minute decision to get a massage today because my back and shoulders have been killing me. Candy called me right back after missing my call and I was able to make an appointment for the next hour. Easy to find location if you are a local. Candy lets you know it's upstairs which was helpful. I didn't get my therapist's name but she was amazing. I opted for the deep tissue massage and let me tell you it was deep. I am so sore right now; but that's what I wanted. I wasn't going there to be relaxed per se. The prices are great for what you get. It was a full hour. Not 50 minutes, and it felt longer than that. She used hot stones on my back and was constantly making sure I wasn't in pain. Then they rubbed me down with a hot towel after. The only strange thing was the therapists talked through the door to each other. I think they were making sure the music was good, because right after she asked if i liked the music.
