A new Prep'd location (NW OKC) opened close to me, so I decided to give it a try. Prior to my arrival, I had numerous items selected from the website. When I got to the store I was greeted by no one. When a young lady, Ashley (tall-ish, long dark hair and dark glasses) came out I asked if she could help me with the selected items I had chosen from the website and I was new to theit location. She was extremely short and basically barked out from behind the register which refrigerator the items were in. She made me very embarrassed and humiliated and was no help whatsoever. Why Prep'd would employ someone with such a lack of inter personal communication skills and customer service is beyond me. Having been in a professional corporate sales and service career for a Global company, I can assure you there is most definitely a training opportunity there. I will NOT be returning to that particular location again. However, I HAVE had a good experience with the Yukon location. I would recommend that location but definitely NOT NW OKC! Do better NW OKC.

I was trying to find out what the strange flavor was in them and I had to ask Olivia. She told me it was Sugar , what ? I knew I was tasting sweet and thought it was Honey which would also be kind of weird in Green Beans. I saw little pieces of Onions and she told me they use Bacon and Sugar and I think Butter. When I make Green Beans I use Garlic Salt and Butter and sometimes Bacon , but not Sugar. Complimentary Croissant was just okay , but I would've preferred a Yeast Roll with Cinnamon Butter. Sweet Tea was just right also. I'm originally from South Carolina and sometimes back home it's really sweet , but as I've gotten older I like it a little toned down , but not under sweet.
