I was so impressed by their delicious 100% plant base menu. It was so fresh and bursting with flavor. The owner Lori and her staff were so friendly and helpful with picking out teas we'd like. The owners were so kind to give me a last-minute tasting, even as they were about to close and I walked away with a case. This time we had this creamy mushroom cap pasta dish. Heaven is an under statement. Along with our wonderful server Ellen we could not have been more happier with our eating experience. A stop in Paso is not complete without coming here to enjoy the most amazing Italian food. Oh and they have a store within the restaurant where you can buy the pasta and sauces. So we are going to enjoy our dishes again in a few weeks.
