From the start, he was so polite, always saying "yes sir" and "yes ma'am," and he stayed patient, attentive, and kind the entire time. I'd give it a 0 if possible. Sat us down and didn't ask us for drinks, 20 minutes went by and no waiter. Literally had to walk and flag one down, and it took them another 20 minutes for them to even come acknowledge we were there, and the worst part was the person that came up didn't even take our order. We had to wait an additional few minutes to take our order. when we were finally being served, she didn't take our food order but had us order our drinks first, which took 6 minutes to come after another employee noticed we were just sitting there. Not even a minute to remake a drink but 6 minutes to bring us our drinks. I just don't comprehend how the employees can serve a table that is literally next to us, but can not spot a table of 5 right there next to your other table. It shouldn't even take 20 minutes to send a waiter after a customer comes and complain about wait time after being seated. THE WORST PART was the fact that a party of 8 got sat minutes before us AND was served their drinks and food BY THE TIME we even had our drink orders taken.
