The Gresham Olive Garden has really gone downhill fast. I cannot believe how bad the service has gotten. It started at the desk. As I was being seated I asked for the braille menu, they said they would bring it right over, they never did. Then we sat for over five minutes before anyone came to the table he took our drink and food order at that time and after about four minutes he ran by with the drinks. After about another four or six minutes he ran by and tossed a basket of COLD breadsticks on the table and said that he would be back with our dinners soon and he disappeared. We waited and waited and finally, he brought out our salad (old and wilted mostly) then he finally got some speed about his service and he showed up with our dinners about three minutes after delivering the salad and as he reached for my salad he asked: "are you still working on that?" I pointed out that he had just delivered it and that I had not yet taken even my first bite. I told him to take the dinner back and deliver it when it is appropriate. When it did come back out it was old and only warm. It was bad enough that the waiter did such a bad job but how did the dinner sit under a lamp without the chef asking questions? Did management not see a plate parked? It will be a long time before I go back for anything more than soup. read more

Overall the food was good for the most. Part the waiter was really friendly and quick to show up but the fondue was a utter disaster it was at room temperature and not creamy and warm like it should be and it was kind of hard and they wanted 10 dollars for it!! Like seriously I could get better fondue elsewhere for a better price To. I recommend not buying the fondue ever as for if I would come back again probably not because the spaghetti was at room temperature to. read more

We used to love this location for Olive Garden... NOW I really don't. Food was dry and did not look appetizing at all. Service was CRAP. The waitress was so rude for no reason and there were barely any people the time I was there and she was so slow. Also, we were sitting right next to the kitchen and I was with my young nieces and the waitresses would go in there and cuss very loudly (not our waitress) where it was heard loud and clear. I've been going to this location for 6+, it's been good, but they've gotten very bad quality service and food over time. The remodel and reno looked great though. read more

Wonderful staff, phenomenal food, the endless pasta bowl is amazing. Another favorite is the buy-one take-one deal for dinners. The pasta and breadsticks as well as a signature OG salad makes for a perfect Italian lunch. The staff will do anything to go out of their way for a customer which is hard to come by. Usually a nice and comfortable environment but you do occasionally have to deal with a squealing child but that is not at the fault of the restaurant. The salad and breadsticks alone are worth the trip!! read more

Worst birthday dinner ever. We ordered 2 shrimp dishes, they were out of that shrimp. Ordered trout, they were out of trout. Then tried to charge us $10 for "free" salad, which was crappy and we didn't eat. read more

Last few times we went there it's been pretty good, but tonight when we went there it was awesome. Ask for Stanley to be your server. If he's working it should be one of the better dining experiences you've had. He was extremely genuine and polite. Not like fake polite either but a real gentlemen. Always so expensive for stuff I make at home. I can now make all my favorite dishes including breadsticks at home for less then what they charge. Over priced seemingly ritsty place to eat. The staff is always friendly enough but their food just leaves so much to be desired. read more

This was one of the worst dining experiences of my life and it wasn't the food that made me sick it was the herd of morbidly obese patrons that we witnessed coming and going throughout the evening. Worst dining experience of our lives! We ordered soup salad and bread sticks, a coke and a to-go order of Alfredo sauce...cuz when you ask them for Alfredo sauce they bring you a dish with 2 tablespoons of sauce in it....cost $35.00! Chicken & gnocchi soup...creamy broth with a single gnocchi in it...3 bread sticks for 2 of us. They kinda avoided having it all on the table at the same time in case we inhaled it all so we could get another serving right away. When finished with our two bowls of soup and bowl of salad, we waited for our bill...it didn't come, so I payed on the little game thing they have on the table. As I'm finishing up, a woman approached our table and says "just so you know this won't happen again!" With the look of disgust on her face as if we were just attempting to dine and dash. So I ask her what she's talking about and she points at the bowl of Alfredo sauce sitting on the table that I payed seven bucks for. She says that we shouldn't have ordered the to go bowl of Alfredo and have it here. First of all I asked the waitress for a decent sized dish of Alfredo she said they only have the small dish, so I asked for a to go sized order, no one at any time said that it was not allowed....not like I made a big deal about it or anything. All in all that manager was pretty rude and embarrassing! We will not return! read more

I have been to this location several times, mostly because visiting friends/family want to try it, against my advice. The food is okay, as you would expect, I always enjoy the soup. The last couple times I have went, we sat at the table for a large amount of time waiting to order, as well as when our food was completed. In all, we expected a quick, good meal out, and it took over two hours total. Serving vanished for a long time, maybe to take a break or something. read more

Literally trash. Unlimited soup, salad, and breadsticks? More like, limited. Horrible service. Made me very upset.

First of all, the food is delicious! I'm giving a terrible rating for their customer service. We didn't receive the service we usually get at other Olive Garden's. Then, when we got home about an hour later, I realized I had left my cell phone on the table. I remember that was the last place I used it. So I called the Olive Garden and explained what happened and where I was sitting and they said nothing was there. I explained I was there about and hour ago and that whoever cleaned the table must of seen the phone. The only thing management told me was "if someone turns it in I will call." I calld a couple hours later and they said no one has turned in anything and they asked me to stop calling, that they have my number to call me if someone turned it in! I was pissed and hung up! My friends and family go to this location quite often but yesterday's experience made me want to never return. The waitress was awful. She knew nothing about the menu, gave us burnt (inedible) breadsticks and would not get us new ones, never refilled water after multiple kind requests and complained about how busy it was. When it came time to pay our bill, we tried splitting the check on their table-top tablets but the system would not work. The waitress continued to complain about how much she hated the system and went to get a manager to fix our checks. 20 minutes later she returned and the checks were still wrong. She split the items on three checks (there were two of us) and accidentally added an extra dessert to each. I was paying with cash and the other with a card so the waitress took both back and said she'd fix the checks again in the back. She came back out with the credit card receipt and another 30 minutes later she returned with my change. She charged my friends card and gave me change but we have no idea what we paid for or if she charged us properly since she had messed up the check. We got no receipt or anything and are confident we still got charged for the additional desserts she mistakenly added to the bill. A simple lunch with a friend turned into 2 hours of frustration. I will never return to this location or recommend it to friends and family after this experience. read more
