My driver, Jazmine, was so sweet, she brought it all right on time and everything was still piping hot, even with the weather. We had the cheese ravioli with meat sauce and extra shrimp (so good!), the shrimp alfredo, and the chicken & shrimp carbonara, everything was delicious and really hit the spot. Standard Olive Garden, good service. I've been to this Olive Garden a few times and it has been consistently a solid experience. They tend to overcook pasta (like most Olive Garden locations) and you need to ask the server to priorize putting gnoccis in the chicken gnocci soup, otherwise it is typically only a few. I've been surprised as of late at the rising prices. I know that prices have ben rising at most places, but it has gotten to the point where it costs as much as a non-chain/more authentic Italian experience. I will say that I've never had a bad experience with service at this location. The staff seems well managed and tends to be quick with service (which is clutch when breadsticks are on the line). Overall, this spot is good for a simple dinner, perhaps with the family. It's predictable and who doesn't eat pasta/basic Italian-style food? In my experience, it is a solid option when folks won't agree on where to go eat, but is never the first choice for anyone in the group. read more

It's always a friendly atmosphere with lots of family and people celebrating an occasion. Just a great place overall. Olivia who was the waitress was SUPERB! Super friendly, very attentive, kept checking on the table, overall, amazing experience with her. Thank you Olivia for a great experience. As you can see from the photos, I tried the fried mozzarella, the chicken parmigiana, and the black tie chocolate mouse cake. I opted for the salad. However, I did not take a pic of it or the breadsticks. I ended up taking half my meal home, because the portions were very big for dinner. Everything tasted delicious. The breadsticks and soup were delicious, but I got the shrimp scampi lunch and was not a fan at all. The flavors just weren't there. I ate some of it but mostly stuck with the Zuppa Toscana. The atmosphere wasn't the best on a weekday lunch just because several of the servers were talking loud enough for us to hear their conversations through our entire lunch. We had 2 waitresses who were attentive and made sure they did everything they could to take care of us. They were extremely organized and made sure they had everyone's tickets sorted out. The restaurant was as expected with classic Olive Garden decor but was clean. For food I got the never ending pasta and of course breadsticks and salad. The salad seemed fresh and was delicious. Had a reservation for 11 (family) at 5:30. Our party was there before 5:30. Every 15 mins, we kept getting lied to that our table was being cleaned. Finally got to sit down close to 6:30. What didn't raise the stars was the food. The food is just not like how it used to be and the prices have gone way up. The choices are slim and the food you get is so bland. I picked the chicken and shrimp carbonara, because I knew how bland the fettuccine can be. I had it at another location a couple of weeks back and it was one of the worst pasta dishes I had ever had. The chicken in the carbonara had a very weird texture. It was way too soft almost mushy. Not that I like my chicken tough, but too soft was kind of weird for me. The peppers and shrimp were lovely and the pasta was cooked...but you could really tell it was microwaved. Some of the dish was hot while other parts were lukewarm. The food is just not "fooding." I ordered Giant Stuffed Shells fill with 4 cheeses topped with marinara and Alfredo sauces and toasted bread crumbs. I've never ordered this entree before and it was to die for! I ate half and brought home the rest for lunch tomorrow. It was a very generous portion. I also had a Very Berry Sangria. It was delicious. My server was excellent and took great of me. When you're single, most people want to seat you at the bar. I'm never going to sit at the bar. The main reason being I'm not comfortable sitting on a barstool. When you dine in the salad is fresh, albeit it's already pre-shredded and brought to them in a bag. But when you order takeout, like I did this evening, they give you the brown lettuce. I love lettuce and if it's a little brown, I will still eat it. I will give them the freshness of the olives, the peppers and the tomatoes. So if you want, authentic, authentic Italian, go to a mom and pop restaurant near you. If you want, run-of-the-mill, Italian food, that's better than frozen entrées that you buy at the market, Olive Garden is your place. Tour of Italy is good but lasagne is pre made. read more

Came here midday on a Saturday (2:30pm) and was advised there was a 25 min wait for seating. We were seated rather quickly in the bar area. There was an annoying alarm going off all through our meal (turns out it was a customer's car alarm ‍). Heads up OG has changed their chicken marsala--grilled tenders, spinach, mushrooms, fettuccine and a new Marsala sauce. Waitress advised of new recipe prior to ordering. I'll forewarn you--the sauce has a strong wine yeac flavor--I personally think cook did not allow alcohol in marsala to burn off, but I did advise waitress of issue. After working all day, all I wanted was a salad and since I love the salads at Olive Garden it was a no brainer. Typically I order for car side pickup but today I just wanted to dine in. I'm so glad I did so! I ended up with Brandie B as my waitress and she was a treat! She had no idea but she changed my day around. I was completely aggravated when I arrived due to pointless meetings etc from work but her demeanor and personality made my experience dining in and evening GGGRRREEEAAATTT (in my Tony the Tiger voice)! So friendly, engaging with my kids and challenged my seven-year-old to find all the words in the word puzzle on the Kids menu. We had a walk in party of 10. They were ready to seat us within a good 10 minutes, but most of our party wouldn't get there for another 20 minutes. Our server came over and spoke to me while I waited to introduce herself. When everyone arrived we were seated and our server began taking drink orders. Drinks orders came out in a timely manner. And we began to order entrees. She was great! She continued to provide us with refills on drinks and bread while we waited. She even brought my son his own little salad without dressing. The food was good! We ate and as we were getting full, we asked for to go boxes. She brought those out and began bussing the tables. I truly appreciate that as it can just get so clustered with empty dishes and to go boxes on the table. We were celebrating a graduation and she brought the graduate a free dessert, and I had a birthday coupon so she brought out my dessert with a little candle. I call to confirm and the lady I spoke to ensured me it was enough salad for two people and the size was that of two side salads you get with your entree. I was honestly impressed by this Olive Garden by far it is the best one I've been to. Not only was the food fresh and delicious but our waiter Demetrius (I probably misspelled his name) was phenomenal. We started off with a shrimp fritto misto and I loved it. The wife ordered Asiago Tortelloni Alfredo with Grilled Chicken and I got the chicken parmigiana. The asiago tortellini Alfredo with grilled chicken was absolutely amazing I not only had one bite to try it but had to steal a couple more bites off my wife's plate. My chicken parmigiana had the perfect crunch and tenderness on the inside. We got a bottle of the Italia Roscato and we both loved it! It's a sweet red I truly believe anyone would love. Last but not least I would just like to say our waiter was phenomenal. I can honestly say that he was the best server I've ever had. He was on top of everything I didn't have to ask for anything he would ask would you like this or that and I didn't even get the chance. Visited the High Point location on a Saturday evening (just a little before dinner time). We had a group of 6 and the wait time was reasonable, maybe 20 minutes. Our waitress was incredible. She immediately greeted us and correctly took our drink orders (we can get a little complicated). My nephew is a small kid, so we also put in his foot order while m she was taking our drink orders. Everything was coming out hot and quickly. Our appetizer and my nephews kids meal came out with the salad and breadsticks. As soon as we were done, our entrees were on the way. The main dishes were ok, but not the usual fresh tasting fare...the two family salads were pretty much all "white"(not much green, so no flavor), very little tomatoes, olives, or any of the salad adds. It's been 4 years since I have stepped foot into an Olive Garden. Their food is general good, at least that has been my experience. I love pasta but it doesn't like me. My hubby was hungry for Spaghetti and meatballs and I was going to have soup and salad. We knew what we wanted before we walked in. We aware seated right away which was nice as they were busy for a 3:15 time on a Sunday afternoon. Once seated, we briefed the menu just to make sure we were clear on what we wanted. We talked and I tried looking to the servers as they all walked but did not get any eye contact. Looked at my watch and was surprised no one had stopped by to say, I will be with you soon, or can I get you some drinks? After 14 minutes we decided we didn't want to stay. If it was going to take them this long just to acknowledge us it didn't look good for the rest of the meal. We waited a couple more minutes and got up. At the hostess desk we asked for the manager. He was apologetic and offered to find us a server right away. He did what is expected and we appreciated that. We did not stay. I called in and placed order - it was incorrect. My Daughter wanted minestrone soup and received salad. Not their fault, but she left her chocolate mousse out for a minute and dog got it. lol Her alfredo has hardly any sauce-just parmesan cheese. My alfredo was my 2nd order and it has plenty of sauce to add to it tomorrow. I tipped delivery driver well, but we are not completely satisfied.
