My experience at olive garden started out with a relatively short wait to be seated at just 5 minutes. The waiting room/area was spacious and had a good amount of seating. once i was seated, I was immediately able to order. I had ordered fettuccini alfredo with shrimp with bread sticks and the never ending alfredo sauce. I receiving my order, and it had been decored with basil leaves, the shrimp evenly distributed, and the noodles cut how i asked them to be. My waiter gave good service. Unfortunately, the shrimp was undercooked, and the sauce was thin and had little flavor as i was told it had lots of it. Overall, my experience was enjoyable. read more

The one thing outside of the breadsticks (which are just from a box and heated up but delicious ) is the soups! The gnocchi soup is so good and my husband enjoys the Tuscan soup! Always a good, consistent experience. Food is always tasty, we had the bottomless soup and salad. It's a great value for lunch and you can switch up the soup so you can try more than one. No wait at 6 pm on a Saturday should have been my clue... the service was fantastic but the food was mediocre. The bread sticks were stale.I ordered the unlimited pasta bowl with fettuccine Alfredo sauce and mushroom sauce. My daughter got the fettuccini Alfredo. Hers was Luke warm and had barely any sauce. Mine was swimming in sauce and so hot the sauce had separated. My bowl had crumbs of some kind in it. I asked the waitress what they might be and she got the manager to look at it. He said "some of their dishes had bread crumbs and they must have fallen off the chefs dirty gloves or the oven". Since when do they put Alfredo in the oven? He did not care I had an issue and implied the kitchen staff is not clean. The women's bathroom had no soap and trash every where. The hostess rolled her eyes when informed. Really had a difficult time there, I don't recommend using the Google waitlist. We weren't checked in after arriving after checking in. Bypassed 3 times, our wait was supposed to be 25 mins which turned into an hour. Unfortunately we planned to celebrate a birthday and by the time we got to eat it had been 2 hours in. Cheese Manicotti was awful, delay in part of our dinner and the manager did remove part of our meal cost for the inconveniences. They were busy, bathroom s were out of paper, floors were dirty and the lobby was packed by 6:30z We had arrived around 5:45 and didn't leave until 8. I don't believe we will return after that experience unfortunately. They are building another, but trying to enjoy the dining experience there is always difficult it seems. read more

On a Sunday evening, I placed a catering order and was pleasantly surprised to see that two large (family style) pastas and two large salads could be ready for pickup in an hour. I arrived a few minutes early and was greeted at curbside pickup right away by a very pleasant employee. When it became apparent that the food would take an additional five minutes beyond listed preparation time, the manager personally came outside, brought be some ice water, and apologized for the delay. I have never written a negative review, especially for one of my favorite restaurants, but this was one of the most disappointing service experiences I've ever had. We had a group of seven and called ahead at 3:30 to ask if a reservation was needed. We were told it wouldn't be necessary and that the wait would likely be about 15 minutes around our arrival time of 5:30. Three of us arrived at 5:25 to put our name on the list, and the rest of the party was there by 5:30. Despite being told our wait would be about 15 minutes, we waited 30 minutes and only after we checked in again were we seated. Once seated, we ordered drinks, which took about 15 minutes to arrive. We didn't mind the wait, given the size of our party and the specialty drinks. When our server took our order, five of us requested the unlimited soup, salad, and breadsticks, while the other two ordered pasta dishes. Unfortunately, this is where the service really started to fall short. Our salad didn't arrive until 30 minutes after we ordered, and the breadsticks took an additional 15 minutes. During our entire meal, our party of seven received only eight breadsticks total, despite politely asking twice for more. About an hour after ordering, we finally received our first bowls of soup and the two pasta dishes--still no additional breadsticks. Meanwhile, we noticed two tables seated after us had been served and finished their meals before we received ours, and two other tables nearby consistently received refills on soup and breadsticks from the same server. By the two-hour mark, we'd received just two bowls of salad, eight breadsticks, and one bowl of soup per person. As we were ready to leave, we requested additional breadsticks and soup to go. The server returned with only a single bag containing three breadsticks. When I asked if we could receive a bit more, the server appeared visibly annoyed, but eventually brought more as we were paying the bill. To end the experience, our server leaned across us to clear dishes as we were gathering our things, despite having other tables that were unoccupied and in need of clearing. As we stood up to leave, the server stopped clearing our table and walked away, leaving it partially cleared. I have visited this restaurant four times in the past two months and have always experienced exceptional service. It was a Wednesday night at 5:30, and the restaurant wasn't particularly busy. While tables around us seemed to receive the usual, caring service, our table was handled in a manner that felt dismissive and disrespectful. This odor in question was not that of feces or urine but more like that of spoiled tuna. The bits of bubbish lying about on the floor, top of the urinal and around the sinks leads one to wonder who does the janitorial work. I chose to sit at the bar where they have a fine selection of wobbly stools. The waitstaff at their station were talented at making a lot of noise at their station at the end of the bar area. Perusing the menu it seems that Olive Garden has gone more to deep fried fare rather than the comfort food variety they were once more well known for particularly in the appetizer listing. Upon looking at the wine listing they seem to enjoy preserving the bits of food leftover and are sticking to the menu itself. My meal (Ravioli Carbonara) had a toasted cheese topping. This crunchy texture made getting started on the dish a bit tricky. This toasted topping also led the dish to fit into the fried bar food motif that Olive Garden seems to be following A couple of the raviolis in my dish seem to have missed getting filled at the factory where they were made. I ran out of my beverage before I was done eating and was never offered another. The overall experience was dismal at best. Perhaps the corporate management needs to do a pop in inspection from time to time in order to ensure quality of service. read more

Olive Garden on Glenstone doesn't like it when you bring in babies in a car seat apparently. I was treated him trash and like a was a burden just now. I asked for a both so I could just put my baby beside me in his carrier. They say me at a table and gave me a sling. They then complained that they couldn't seat anyone by me because my baby was in the way. My son just turned six months and he can't sit in a high chair yet. They made me feel like I want as good as everyone else that was there because I have an infant. They were incredibly rude. Sharing so another mom hopefully doesn't experience this also. read more

Went here last night for dinner with my bf and bestie. Our server was very sweet and great. We didn't have to wait too long to be seated. I order zuppa tuscsna for soup and chicken alfredo for my entree. Bf got a Mia Cuisina, so he customized his own pasta. He got rotinini with cream of mushroom and meatballs. My bestie got the pick 3 appetizers, its their new special on the menu. My soup tasted very good i got 2 extra refills and so does my bf LOL. My chicken Alfredo was on point! the sauce are soooooo yummy. I take a bite out of my bf plates and it was also delicious. We skipped dessert, my tummy is too full from the soup and breadsticks. When we arrived, the hostess with a booming voice asked if I entered my email, which was a funny email, but then she proceeded to loudly announce it instead of asking a name. The staff here know what hospitality is. It feels as if we are just a great big family at a Baptist convention. I have had two servers, Adrianne and Andrea and they always make me feel like I'm at home. The manager definitely knows what she's doing. The food has always been fantastic. They are always on time with the food and it tastes as though I am eating at the table of the Lord. I love this place and would recommend this place before any other. read more

From the minute we walked in , we weren't greeted with a smile or a welcome , we were taken to a table when I requested a booth and it's not because there wasn't any available . Server brought our drinks and appetizers when we asked if we were getting a salad she told us that she forgot and that she would bring it out . When she brought my soup I don't know if it was just the bottom of the bowl or the pot or if it was somebody that was in the back trying to salvage yesterday's soup but my soup which was the Zupas Tuscany which I order at as it's my favorite so I order it all the time was like water instead of creamy and there was no kale in mine at all which is one of the main reasons why I like it . When I said something about it she, my waitress, was like well I don't know what to tell you and she said I'll let me go back into the kitchen and see if there's something else that we can do .
