We haven't been to a restaurant in person in quite a long time and were a bit apprehensive. I'm happy to report that Olive Garden made us feel completely at ease. They were all wearing masks and cleaning/sanitizing. Our waiter, Dom, was honest to goodness, probably the best server we have ever had. From our first moment to the last, he was attentive, kind, and helpful. I had the Tour of Italy; My husband had Cheese Ravioli; My kids both selected the Choose Your Own Pasta. Everything was delicious and filling. We are leaving with lots of leftovers! Thank you, OG, for a great night! And Dom deserves some kind of award. He's incredible!

First, I was impressed with the handwashing signs in the bathroom. Double washing is a great idea ... and we are in flu season. We (3 adults & 3 kids) were seated in a large comfortable booth. The breadsticks with a vat of alfredo were a hit. One serving of the fried cheese served all of us. The picky eaters were able to tailor their meals. I would have preferred spring greens to head lettuce in the salad. The children enjoyed their pizzas. Two of the adult meals were the sirlion. The meals were cooked to preferences. I had the shrimp scampi. The noodles reminded me of ramen. The dining room was empty when we arrived. A family of 3 were seated in the 6 person booth behind us. The infant had ear-piercing screams from the front door, through the meal, and out the door. It doesn't reflect on the restaurant but definitely decreased our enjoyment of the meal. BEWARE: There is a "gameboy" on the table with a credit card slot. The children decided to pass it around. I received a video game charge ($2). At no time did the "gameboy" ask for my credit card to start use. The waitress explained once a game is opened charge automatically appears. I thought that was sneaky. This restaurant was a convenient meal option but not a future "let's go to ..." option.

We ordered takeout during the shut down of non-essential businesses so I feel like I should preface the review with that. We ordered takeout for 4:50, submitted it an hour ahead of time and pulled up and had to wait 45 minutes for the food to come out. There were LOTS of other cars waiting as well. I don't want to be overly critical of that because I'm assuming they are just keeping a skeleton crew there and were perhaps taken by surprise with orders. I just wish they could have called to let us know how far behind they were. We just live a short drive away and would have just waited comfortably at home. The food was decent. Typical consistent Olive Garden taste. Nothing was outside of our expectations, taste wise or quality wise. The food was hot, so the food was brought to our car as it was done. It didn't sit during the long wait. We've been trying to support local restaurants during the shutdown so we will continue to do so for as long as we're able to, but may hold off on getting food here in the near future, just because the wait was so long. The girl who brought out the food was extremely apologetic about it, and that does go a long way with us.

Chicken salad sandwich. Barely any chicken salad!

Unbelievable. Over $10 for a half of a chicken salad sandwich and cup of soup. Look at the sandwich! Maybe a tablespoon of chicken salad! I won't be back!

Never again. My salad was the only thing that was delicious. I ordered the taste of Italy as u can see in the pic it's a taste enough food for a toddler for $18. The bread sticks were hard and salty. The smell when u walk in smells like a old mop or a dirty bar towel. I will never be back

I think the best deal is the $9.99 build your pasta and all you can eat salad. I really like the salad because it's healthy and it's all I can eat most of the time I take the pasta home. The atmosphere and decor is really nice and most of the time service is fast and efficient.

I know that Olive Garden gets a hard time for not being authentic Italian but that's ok with me. I love their soups and Pittsburgh is the only region that still has the wedding soup and that's my favorite. The "Creat Your Own Pasta" is my standard go to. I like the flexibility and most importantly the price. I also really like the new pesto sauce they offer. It's much lighter than the other sauce I get. All in all, Olive Garden is still a winner in my book for decent, quick food.

Happened to come here for a family gathering after a funeral /church service…read more. limited menu.. fettuccini Alfredo with or without chicken option 1... manicotti option 2.. meatball " casserole " option 3 . I ordered meatball casserole. Extremely disappointed. You received this large dish where I had 3 meatballs total but they cut them in half to make it look like I received 6.. 85% of my casserole was bell peppers. Red peppers, onions and marinara sauce. Looked more like a hot sausage casserole. I ate 2 meatballs total with minimal melted cheese on top of baked casserole. Took 1 home and threw away the 85% of the rest . The sauce and peppers. My son ordered the Alfredo. It tasted fresh and the sauce coated the al dente noodles nicely . So it did taste ok. Chicken pieces were about a size of a nickel throughout the pasta dish , chicken unseasoned and bland. Wedding soup was good. I'd order that again and just eat soup n bread there if I ever went again. My husband was not impressed by the stuffed manicotti. The cheese inside was not seasoned. Nothing impressive. We all received cannoli dessert. I didn't touch mine. Was not interested. The waitress /waiter were great. No complaints there. Ladies room was clean . If it wasn't for my family gathering I wouldn't have come here. The ambience is dark like an old school Italian basement. Food not impressive. Just stating MY experience.

As soon as we walked through the door, the owner was cooking in the kitchen and made a point to come out and chat. TRUE ITALIANS here !! I started with a glass of Merlot which was served in an actual glass- just like in the old country . I don't know what there house wine is but it was smooth and absolutely perfect with my meal. We enjoyed the eggplant parm, chicken Romano and the kids pizza. The sauce is absolutely delicious and if you're a true foodie or Italian, you can tell it's not the "out of the can sauce". The dining room was casual with a beautiful vintage hint of Italy in every detail surrounding you. I'm so happy i tried this place and I promise you we will be back soon. Don't wait , make the trip to try this restaurant .

Jillian's has done nothing but kick my dick in The food. The fried Brie. I don't think I need to say much. Just look at it. WHAT I WILL SAY is that little salad with it. The source of the veggies is unreal but that house dressing I would drink by the gallon I have not gone out for a steak in over 5 years. I eat it every day. Not something I crave. Their Cowboy Ribeye will have me never going out for steak again because that's the only one I'll ever want. PERFECT melt in your mouth cook seasoned to perfection The burger. This is what I was waiting to try for the longest time. It is simple and it is a fucking knockout. The homemade bread had a brilliant inside softness to crust ratio. The locally sourced meat was cooked perfect and you can taste the quality once it hits your tongue. THE SAUCE. I fucking hate dill. People use it so poorly and let it overpower things more often than not. This sauce was spectacular. The dill in it has never been used better for me and even got a side to dip those UNREAL duck fat fries THE STAR FOR US. THE DUCK FAT POTATOES. The amount you get is not only insane but I have never had a potato prepared so well before. The perfect crunch on ever bite over a pool of the duck fat. Unbelievable Jillian and Phill you have made the experience even more amazing. Jillian is out in the floor serving food and checking in on everyone with such great energy. She says what she wants and doesn't give a fuck. Phil is in the back whipping up some of the best quality meals you'll ever have with some of the best sourced ingredients around. Thank you two for bringing such a great spot and experiences to the Pittsburgh area. Eating here has made me feel like I'm inside your home. Also the waiting area is a beautiful touch

Hostess made us sit in bar for 20 minutes even though our table was available. The next party of 6 was also forced to sit in bar area even table was ready. When we decided to order, we requested dressing on the side with our salad. Waitress informed us that chef refused unless an allergy but not willing to if it's a preference. And if allergy, no dressing will be given! Then we ordered our burgers. We requested no cheese on our burgers. Waitress had to ask since chef doesn't allow substitutions. Really I wasn't substituting anything just omitting the cheese...I realized I had to lie and say it was an allergy so cheese wouldn't be put on the damn burger! When we inquired if we could have burgers cooked medium, waitress said all burgers are cooked medium with no choice for rare or well done. Well look at picture .. our burgers were raw. I told waitress I would pay but please take my plate because I don't eat raw meat. The owner came to the table and told us to leave and never come back! . I replied .. we won't!! My friends and I were thrilled and giddy that an Eat n Park is located right behind this horrible restaurant. We proceeded to celebrate my bday there. I was thrilled to get a cooked burger and a delicious dessert. Who needs a Jillian's restaurant where guests are disrespected, chef/owner is rude and obnoxious and above all to be made to feel like they are doing us a favor ... Just never have been so disrespected in a restaurant.
