My husband and I looked forward to eating at Olive Garden after a full day of walking in the sun. When we arrived, we sat down to order to find out that the restaurant we chose did not offer salad as an option with our meal,only soup. We would have appreciated being notified in advance when we looked on the website or at the reception when entering. Had we known we would have chosen another local Olive Garden or elsewhere. Ordered pasta with sausage/peppers. Lacked flavor. Sauce seemed to be some type of watered down and tasteless marinara sauce. Peppers were raw and without flavor. Can't imagine what they were thinking. The extra $6 entree - 5 cheese pasta, was not worth the effort. Salad looked like the remains of what might have been a good salad. Breadsticks were good as always, but the entrees lacked any flavor or seasoning. My husband got the shrimp and chicken carbonara and, not only did it look bad, it was completely unseasoned. The dish was just white, no sear or anything on the shrimp or chicken to the point they looked boiled and not a fleck of seasoning in sight. It was so bad he couldn't finish it, so I gave him the rest of my meal. I got the chicken parmigiana. The chicken was good, but the pasta had the same issue. Just completely bland. I used to love having a meal at this location, BUT lately the food just isn't as good as it used to be. The Lasagna was soggy and gummy the spaghetti was reheated, chicken parmesan over-cooked on the outside (hard crust) and gummy on the inside. My guest took a few bites of her chicken Alfredo and said, "it's not good" We only ate the salad and the Andes candies. We came, we paid, but we didn't eat well. Family took our father for his 78th birthday. Service was impeccable, our waitress was beyond amazing, wish I got her name. Food was awesome, breadsticks always hit the spot, we got 2 giant salads for five people, entrees were all delicious and hot, came out at the perfect time after our salad. Best part? Unlimited salad and breadsticks, 5 adult entrees, soft drinks, and 2 take home dishes, $130. You can't beat that for a weekday family dinner. Free birthday dessert too! I know, I know, it's a "kinda Italian" chain, but sometimes that's perfect for an affordable family time. Will be back for mom's birthday later this year. read more

The food is wonderful IF you can ever get in the door. The "sign up for waitlist" is a joke! It says wait Time is only 15 min but when you get inside they tell you 30 min, when there are so many people it's clearly an hour. So many people standing in the doorway it's a severe fire hazard and it's often like this. They are able with nobody sad t and the staff stand around the hostess making people feel like they aren't working. This is a horrible way to run. Good restaurant. read more

I came here for dinner with friends after going to funz trampoline park. The place was very crowded on a Friday night but we were seated fast. The service was very good and the food was good. The bathroom was clean and even had a step ladder for kids to wash their hands. I would definitely come back to this location. read more

My husband and I are here for lunch today. The food was delicious. Malanie was our waitress and she was attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu and specials. We started off with drinks and appetizers. I had a raspberry lemonade and my husband had water with lemon. We also had the spinach dip and salad. I love their salad and bread sticks. Next we ordered our entree. I ordered spaghetti with meatballs and my husband ordered seafood pasta. Both were very delicious and plentiful. I didn't eat all of my food. I have 3/4th of it left for later. My husband ate all of his meal. Our son didn't come, so we got him spaghetti with meat balls as well. There are so many specials at Olive Garden. They have the lunch special, the $5 take home pasta and other deals. If I had to do it all over again, I would get spaghetti with more shredded cheese. Sometimes you really don't know how to fairly rate a chain restaurant. On one hand, they usually have a consistent menu of things that you like, including my favorite breadsticks and Alfredo sauce with the bottomless" salad that comes with one of my favorite dressings and ripe Roma (?) tomatoes and olives. On the other hand, you are usually looking at a menu that probably hasn't changed very much in the last 15 years. Well, they did add gluten- free pasta... This particular Olive Garden is always busy because it is one of the few restaurants where you can sit down with your family for a nice meal on this strip that doesn't serve pizza or fast food. Yes, I consider Hooters and Panera "fast food". On this trip, the cheese sauces were especially oily, and not as creamy as in the past-as if they had been sitting most of the day separating in a pot somewhere. I always get the portobello mushroom ravioli with it's smoky cheese sauce And my daughter always gets the fettuccine Alfredo.Again, I come here from time to time because I know the food is usually consistently tasty. I prefer to sit in a quieter family-owned restaurant than to be in a crowded place like this. So, four stars for lack of menu originality and dangerous corners to the tables which took my poor daughter's leg out , And five stars for this particular restaurant having great back up. Honestly I hate to give bad reviews. But the service here was below average though the woman did apologize about all of the mishaps. They gave my friend the completely wrong dish. They gave her chicken Alfredo instead of chicken and shrimp carbonara. The appetizers were pretty bleh.. we got a sampler with calamari and the seafood stuffed mushrooms (barely a trace of seafood)...and to top it all off, we found a tiny hair on top of a piece of calamari like an eyelash sized. We didn't say anything and we just removed the food and the hair from the plate. Once we got the correct entrée for her, and I had gotten the braised beef lasagna tower, they were excellent.. The salad and breadsticks and wine were good as always. I don't know maybe it was just an off day. But it seemed like there was a lot going wrong.. I would try them again. read more

Went to this location last night and had the seafood Alfredo and my partner had the chicken Marsala. Halfway through our meal my partner started to get sharp stomach pains and went to their bathroom and began throwing up. I thought he might've just been sick, until we got home and I started throwing up badly as well. We went right when they opened up at 11:00 am for lunch. We were cheerfully greeted by an enthusiastic hostess who opened the doors and welcomed us in. Our waiter Brian N. was very delightful and wonderful and knowledgable as my father is vegetarian, he advised us on lots of choices for his meal. The bread sticks were warm and delicious and the salad was cold and fresh and delicious. The beer was cold and good, the limonata beverage was crisp and refreshing. The food came hot and steamy from the kitchen soon after. We did additional helpings of the never ending salad and breadsticks... Brian our waiter was debonair and charming as he attended to our water needs. Brian was a lovely gentleman, as a frequent Olive Garden visitor he scored hi and contributed to the plesant luncheon visit. My friend and I went to dinner at this Olive Garden location at around 9 pm. We were sat quickly only for an old man to be sat next to us a few minutes later. Apparently he sits at the same spot every time he goes. The tables were very close and he began talking to us. Asking us personal questions like how old we are and where we work. He was also making fun of a customer and one of the waitresses. It took a little while for anyone to notice we were uncomfortable. Two very nice waitresses came over and began to take our orders separately. He then insisted that he should pay for our meals and we should move the tables together so that we can all eat together. In this moment one of the waitresses passed us a note that said "he comes here all the time don't". so we politely declined his offer. He began to get hostile at us and the waitresses as they reiterated that we were not interested and he continued to try and get the tables moved together. Soon the manager came over asking what the problem was and the waitresses calmly explained the situation. She again reiterated we were not interested and he became angry and told her to stop speaking for us. Asking us "you don't wanna keep an old man happy". We were then moved away from him. The waitress that passed us the note came and sat next to us explaining that he's done this on multiple occasions but for whatever reason they won't ban him and stop this from happening to other young girls. Which makes me wonder why after all these times young women are still being sat at the table next to it, and why they let us sit with him, clearly knowing what would happen. I am grateful for those waitresses because who knows how far it would have went if they didn't help us get out of the situation. If you are a young woman avoid this Olive Garden and if you do go, be cautious that there is a chance this could happen to you. They are clearly not pushing for customer safety. read more

I haven't been to Olive Garden in years. My 6 year old kept seeing the commercials and asking if we could go. I was so pleasantly surprised. I came expecting mediocre food in a chain-restaurant-level-of-cleanliness. Our waitress was Jean. She didn't stop smiling while offering excellent service during a time when the restaurant was totally packed. I was thrilled with the pick your own kids meal option. My son had buttery spaghetti with shrimp. No it wasn't fresh from the cape but it was nicely prepared. The broccoli was actually green and fresh looking and tasting. The milk was cold. I ordered the Zuppa Toscana which was totally delicious. It came out hot. It's the little things that make or break a dining experience. My whole meal came to under $15 and we will definitely be coming back. Jean's service was exceptional. read more
