    Chicken Alfredo with broccoli

A first time visitor to the Olive Garden I was quite surprised by the ambience and by the quick service and the food was excellent. My chicken Alfredo with broccoli was excellent. Our waitress was very attentive as well. I look forward to my next visit to the Olive Garden.

Family took our father for his 78th birthday. Service was impeccable, our waitress was beyond amazing, wish I got her name. Food was awesome, breadsticks always hit the spot, we got 2 giant salads for five people, entrees were all delicious and hot, came out at the perfect time after our salad. Best part? Unlimited salad and breadsticks, 5 adult entrees, soft drinks, and 2 take home dishes, $130. You can't beat that for a weekday family dinner. Free birthday dessert too! I know, I know, it's a "kinda Italian" chain, but sometimes that's perfect for an affordable family time. Will be back for mom's birthday later this year.

Over all it was good, but the food was meh. The service was amazing. Yeah, I recommend this place if you just are really hunger.

My husband and I are here for lunch today. The food was delicious. Malanie was our waitress and she was attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu and specials. We started off with drinks and appetizers. I had a raspberry lemonade and my husband had water with lemon. We also had the spinach dip and salad. I love their salad and bread sticks. Next we ordered our entree. I ordered spaghetti with meatballs and my husband ordered seafood pasta. Both were very delicious and plentiful. I didn't eat all of my food. I have 3/4th of it left for later. My husband ate all of his meal. Our son didn't come, so we got him spaghetti with meat balls as well. There are so many specials at Olive Garden. They have the lunch special, the $5 take home pasta and other deals. If I had to do it all over again, I would get spaghetti with more shredded cheese. I had forgot to request extra sauce and cheese.

The food was good. The server was nice. I got my cheese and what I ordered but at the end she did not give me my candies. I am very upset. ME WANT CANDY WAAAAA

Sometimes you really don't know how to fairly rate a chain restaurant. On one hand, they usually have a consistent menu of things that you like, including my favorite breadsticks and Alfredo sauce with the bottomless" salad that comes with one of my favorite dressings and ripe Roma (?) tomatoes and olives. On the other hand, you are usually looking at a menu that probably hasn't changed very much in the last 15 years. Well, they did add gluten- free pasta... This particular Olive Garden is always busy because it is one of the few restaurants where you can sit down with your family for a nice meal on this strip that doesn't serve pizza or fast food. Yes, I consider Hooters and Panera "fast food". On this trip, the cheese sauces were especially oily, and not as creamy as in the past-as if they had been sitting most of the day separating in a pot somewhere. I always get the portobello mushroom ravioli with it's smoky cheese sauce And my daughter always gets the fettuccine Alfredo.Again, I come here from time to time because I know the food is usually consistently tasty. I prefer to sit in a quieter family-owned restaurant than to be in a crowded place like this. So, four stars for lack of menu originality and dangerous corners to the tables which took my poor daughter's leg out , And five stars for this particular restaurant having great back up. There was support managers taking drink orders while the servers were busy. It was a well oiled machine for sure.

Some restaurants serve food. Others tell a story…read more At bNapoli Italian, Chef Momo Camara does both. I've been a fan of Chef Momo since his days at Harbor View Hotel on Martha's Vineyard, where his talent was already impossible to ignore. Yes, he's the chef who cooked for President Obama twice, but what impresses me most isn't the celebrity connection. It's his commitment to seasonality, sustainability, and the people behind the food. Chef Momo doesn't just buy ingredients--he builds relationships. He visits local farms, works directly with producers, and supports local businesses throughout Western Massachusetts. That philosophy is the heart and soul of bNapoli. This time, my favorite dish was the Hamachi Crudo. Thin slices of yellowtail, cured with salt, sugar, and citrus zest, floated in an orange acqua pazza so vibrant it tasted like sunshine meeting the sea. Clean, delicate, and beautifully balanced. The squid tonnarelli was equally memorable. Tender squid folded into house-made pasta with a lemon tomato sugo simmered for three hours, enriched with lobster stock, Calabrian chilies, crab, and shrimp. Rich, comforting, and deeply satisfying. My daughter's favorite showcased Chef Momo's creativity at its finest. Using a pâte à choux-based dough, he achieved a texture that seemed to defy gravity--ethereally light, impossibly pillowy, and delicate enough to disappear on the tongue. Paired with sweet roasted corn, asparagus, lemon crema, and crispy basil, the dish tasted like summer distilled into a single plate. As an Asian female chef, I couldn't help but reflect on how underrepresented chefs of color remain in fine dining. Some of the most talented chefs I've met throughout my career deserve greater recognition, and Chef Momo is certainly one of them. His food speaks for itself--thoughtful, elegant, technically precise, and deeply rooted in community. If representation matters to you, if supporting local farms matters to you, if celebrating extraordinary culinary talent matters to you, don't just talk about it. Show up. Make a reservation. Support Chef Momo. Western Massachusetts is lucky to have him.

We shared a second one since we didn't uber - unfortunately! The focaccia was so fluffy, a little salty, and perfect in a little olive oil. Yes, we accepted seconds. The caprese was good. The peaches were hit or miss but the tomatoes and burrata were very fresh. The grilled octopus was the biggest surprise to us as it was perfectly cooked. A nice char on the outside and so tender inside. You don't find that everywhere! And lastly the combo of flavors in the brussels with the perfect charred crunch made my husband not even miss the protein! The chocolate mousse cake we got to go was the perfect ending. Don't listen to your husband who says he'll only have one bite and just order two.

Jaime, my server, was exceptional and super friendly as she kept checking in on me throughout my meal. I ordered calamari and a small pizza. She questioned my decision as maybe I needed something larger. Who are you kidding? The small pizza was a 14 inch pie with 8 slices for lil' ol' me!! Now I understood her question as in order a slice or two!! Regardless, the pizza was extraordinary and definitely had that stretched dough and hand toss feel and taste to it; fluffy yet strong enough to handle my carnivore toppings. The calamari... ay marron! First time I had it that didn't taste like it came from a pack of frozen bits. It tasted fresh and lightly coated and fried golden brown with a serving of home made marinara sauce. Red Rose is an Italian kitchen serving up the standard fares most folks are accustomed to, but I came here for the pie and left with a box to feed me for the next two days. Great place for locals and a pleasant experience for those visiting Springfield.

I did feel that the presentation could have been a little cleaner and a little more rice but the dish still held our tastebuds satisfied. We are both gluten free which can be difficult . We ordered their price fix menu which included salad, main dish and desert. We decided that was a good choice. The salad came with a lot of unsavory dead end pieces in it which immediately affects the taste and look of the salad. I would give that a very poor presentation with just a small amount of taste. The deserts that came with it were all gluten deserts. That required us to order an extra dish, the bananas foster which should be good. The presentation was not good at all. The bananas were not caramelized which is part of this signature dish and the bananas were mushy and tasteless. It came topped with ice cream. All in all a disappointing addition we had to pay for. The service was very good and I did tell the waiter of our disappointment with the bananas foster and he said " I am sorry" , I guess I should have asked for the manager but the waiter did suggest to take home the two deserts that we were owed. My husband would probably enjoy them. The cheese cake was very disappointing. It was dull, heavy and tasteless, I took a taste of the cheese parts. The apple strudel passable. They can do better. I know they have a large volume clientele but taste and presentation are key to returning customers at least it is to this customer and her friend. It will be awhile until we venture there again. Maybe they will take this review seriously and make some changes. I would suggest adding a gluten free desert offering to the price fix desert menu like flourless chocolate cake or chocolate mousse something if you want to attract a larger more versatile clientele. The redfish novelle is a very nice dish that I do recommend.

Despite arriving on a Saturday (during a holiday weekend) at lunch, only one other table was taken. We ordered a slice of pepperoni pizza; Buffalo wings and fries; and chicken nuggets and fries for our kid. Food came up within about 10-15 minutes. The wings/fries were first and were fantastic though unlike wings I have ever had. They appeared breaded and coated in a seasoning spice mixture that was pleasant though not hot (and certainly not reminiscent of Buffalo, NY, where wings come from). The mountain of freezer fries were perfectly crispy and lots of ketchup in serving-size cups were provided. The chicken nuggets were clearly from a bag and strongly reminded me of the white/dark meat nuggets from McDonalds from when I was a kid. Again lots of fries too. The pizza arrived a few minutes later and was huge. And different. A slice was practically a whole pizza and there was lots of pepperoni on it. The sauce was thick and a bit sweet. The crust varied from thin to thick but in all places were very crunchy... like a cracker. I loved it, but my wife not so much. The price for everything including several $2 bottles of water was $38. That isn't out of line for the amount of food you get, but the breakdown was weird. The pizza was $7 and that was a tremendous bargain. The children's nuggets and fries was $4 and I wonder how they can afford that. The 15 wings/fries was $23, and that seemed like an awful lot. But... taken together it was fair. In the future I might just pig out on pizza and leave the wings/fries alone. My wife liked the wings more though, so... The staff were super friendly, including Tony Liquori in his trademark skipper hat. The restaurant was "clean" but dive-bar like, with bric-a-brac all over the place. Fun and filling are the two best adjectives I can think of, and I can't wait to return!
