I've been going here to this Ace lately and they have some good stuff but man-oh-man, check the website. The website isn't even close to being correct. I write down the aisle the website says the item is on and it's not even in the ballpark. Check yourself. This is ridiculous. Also their checkout area has a door where if you walk in that door, the cashiers flip out - despite the fact there's no way to know that's an exit - there's no signs or anything. Its a door that looks like the way into the store. Not a well run store. Some good stuff - yup - but get better management/employees.

This time the woman at the cash register was badmouthing (loudly) about the last customer because she had asked about her bad cough. No less than five employees joking nearby while we stand in line. HD has the lowest performance service of any store I shop. A d requiring employees to ask me how I'm doing doesn't help with poor job accountability, low knowledge, and unavailable staff. Product selection is inconsistent and often limited. Products are frequently not in the correct location on the shelf or out of stock. Items are often damaged or opened with parts missing. HD is run by corporate VPs vying for promotion who don't give a damn about customers. This is what happens when big box destroys local service. Ace and True Value are much better stores.
