    Philly cheesesteak
    Yvette H.

Small sub deli that had a mix of greek food (gyro, tabouli, baklava) with a variety of cold and hot subs, in addition to salads and burgers. I came here with 2 coworkers and this place seems pretty popular for lunch. The lunch special was Philly cheesesteak which I ordered, especially since the guy at the counter recommended it. My other 2 friends ordered the polish sausage subs. My Philly sub was sub-par unfortunately. I could hardly taste the cheese, to the point where I had to visually check if there was any in there. The meat was thinly sliced and looked scrumptious, but was a bit dry. The side of fries is good though and I appreciated the veggies they generously topped my sub with. The sausage subs looked good though and both friends finished it so if I go back, I'd give those a try.

We had a great experience with City Hall Steak & Cocktails. We were warmly greeted as we entered…read morethe restaurant. We were immediately made aware of the specials, made our drink orders, and had our questions answered. They had a special where you could get an appetizer, a salad and an entree for $55. The selections they offered were exactly what we were wanting to get--it worked out great. The presentation, the quality of the food, and the overall service was excellent. Certainly, one of our best dining experiences of all time!!! (forgot to take pictures!!!)

Solid birthday dinner experience here. I was annoyed they made it clear dress was business casual…read moreand sent us an email to remind us about the dress code, yet when we arrived dressed appropriately, a guy at the bar was in a hat. The bar is the first thing you see when you walk in, and it's right next to the dining area, so you can't have casual or dressy at one without the other. The birthday part was fun because they served ice cream with a sparkler lit in it, which is way more fun than a regular free dessert or someone singing to our table. Nice touch! Truffle fries appetizer is the best. I order this wherever possible around Tulsa, and this was one of the better ones! Filet mignon was done well. If you like garlic, add the double garlic toum, which is basically puréed garlic to add on the steak. Mac and cheese was just ok. Whipped potato gratin was different and tasty. I wish they had crispy brussel sprouts for a side like other steakhouses. Iceberg wedge salad was good, but they only had one cheese substitute if you don't like blue cheese. I asked for ranch instead and it was good. We tried to change our reservation on a Wednesday night to push it back by 30 minutes due to work urgencies, and they showed no availability online, yet we didn't see more than two other parties there the entire time. They need to work out their online system better as this isn't an issue with other restaurants. Definitely worth a try, and I would go back.

For my starter I ordered "Our Nice Little Salad" this beauty was crisp, fresh, and had tomatoes that popped in your mouth and bursted with flavor. The in-house croutons had that perfect buttery crunch, spiced pecans added a unique boldness and the homemade ranch was thick and creamy. I will say I had to ask three times for ranch. I just kept waiting. For our main courses we had the bone-in pork chop. Thick, juicy, and properly rested paired with red mashed potatoes.... Which were very good. The seasonal corn - was gone so quick! It was just so delicious. Ate that right up!! The shrimp scampi leaned heavily into garlic and butter in the best possible way. Shrimp were big, tender and juicy. Unfortunately my rotisserie chicken.... was very dry. I kept choking because of that. I was unable to eat it, that was disappointing. As far as atmosphere... very warm lighting, intimate feels, candle lit, steady energy, attentive staff. The dining room hums with laughter and happy customers... but without overtaking the conversation at our table. The volume was comfortable considering it was a full house.

I had a pretty simple dinner of a sirloin with garlic butter and a baked potato w/ sour cream and a salad. I could not even imagine remembering everybody else's food. I opted for the Chipotle bacon ranch salad dressing and I was surprised that it did pack quite a kick for a salad dressing. The steak was cooked to perfection. I was not a fan of the garlic butter, I was expecting more of a compound butter not melted butter with garlic in it. So that was a little bit of a letdown. And the baked potato was a baked potato nothing spectacular. The presentation was so so. But honestly what did expect...lol I would say the restaurant was loud but once again there were 16 of us at our table that contributed to all that noise. I was overly impressed with our server Hailey. Being a previous server it was pretty amazing how she kept everybody's orders correct (considering we have some picky eaters) and all of our drinks filled with minimal help from the other staff.

They ordered rare and there was no pink. Two steaks were sent back. One of the redone steaks was then raw. Not rare, straight raw in the middle. Sent it back again. They did discount the dinner that had to be sent back. Two people from our group sent back mixed drinks because there seemed to be no alcohol in them. Service was great, but everyone that was cooking or making drinks seemed to have no idea what they were doing.

Upon arriving at my table, I was offered still and sparkling water to drink and my server was very attentive to my needs and kept both of my water glasses full. I ordered the chicken piccata. The chicken picatta came with a generous helping of three pieces of chicken served with a buttery pan sauce and capers alongside whipped potatoes. The chicken was excellently cooked and was tender and moist with ever-so-slightly crisped edges. The sauce was tangy and the capers added a bite that worked perfectly with it on a way that really made the chicken piccata shine as a dish. The whipped potatoes did not have a lot of flavor on their own, but meshed well with the pan sauce. At the conclusion of the meal, the check came with an Andes mint. I love those, and while it is a small gesture, it made me smile and improved my evening just that little bit more. This was a great experience with great food! 4.5/5

I have not had any better in Oklahoma or New Mexico. Here it is, authentic red chili sauce, made with dried chilis; the green sauce, made thick and chunky with fresh tasting peppers. These are the real deal. The name of the restaurant doesn't properly portray Andy's food offerings. "Bar and Grill" limited my expectation to bar food: burgers, fries, wings and fried appetizers. A scan of the menu reveals the capabilities of the cook and the wide variety offered. Brunch to dinner, omelets to pancakes, salads to steaks, and from the bar, beer and mixed drinks. And then there are the New Mexican platters. I spotted the red sauce in the pictures! A Steak Burrito for me with both red and green (Christmas Style) and the pork tamales for my wife also Christmas style. Both with beans, rice, a little salad, and pico de gallo for decoration. Exceptionally delicious meals. The sauces did not disappoint. The tamales were well seasoned perfection. And the nice part you get to have it your way. A bite with red sauce, then a bite with green sauce. No disappointment in any savory spicy bite. Need heat? Ask for salsa picante. It is fierce. The owners are Pedro and Bianca. Bianca, a very pleasant and personable young lady who provided attentive friendly service. She was a pleasure to meet. The restaurant is clean and comfortable. It is decorated inside to give a New Mexico ranch house feel. A large outside dining area is available. Andy's Bar and Grill, wonderful food and service. More than just a bar and grill. My top choice for New Mexican style food.
