The Olson team did a great and thorough job repairing, cleaning, and sealing our travertine tile, marble entrance, and a granite countertop. The pocket holes in the travertine tile were all filled and beautifully match the original color of the stone. They cleaned the grout extremely (surprisingly) well, removing a lightly soiled dark color and replacing it with the original much brighter bone color. Finally, they repaired a piece of granite countertop that had become cracked along the edge; this saved us from having to replace the whole slab. They worked one solid day cleaning the floor and fixing the damage, one morning sealing the floor, and then returned one more morning to repair some grout that they did not think met their standard. I was real happy with their attention to detail and they provided a good competitive price. read more

He is very responsive to my follow up scheduling and questions. Work was done by Guillermo and Reyes. They brought up miracle to our travertine floor. As soon as they came in, they recognized our floor was waxed before. The wax has rendered the stone dull and trapping dirts. I had a 'haze' on about 500 square feet of flagstone after a remodel that would not come off even after two separate attempts as power washing. I decided to call Olson Marble and had them come out to assess the problem. Jeff was very friendly and actually demonstrated, on a small sample area, what they would do to fix the issue. After two more attempts at power washing, scrubbing and applying a "cleaner" (not sure if is was acidic in any way), and then sealing....my patio flagstone was good as new! Great job by Olson Marble and great customer service as they did not finish the job until I was satisfied. Truly, a rare customer service perspective these days which made me glad I chose them! Scott Olson just refinished my Limestone tile in my home. His men did a wonderful job. They polished the stone with exactly the amount of shine that I wanted. Then they sealed it. The men used a machine with a big diamond honing pad and vacuum that produced no dust at all. They taped my wood baseboards and did not leave a scratch. I was disappointed. I don't think I had the "A" team at my house. They did a nice job on my stone floors, but in the marble shower you can see the outlines of shampoo bottles on the cut out shelves. The granite kitchen counters don't look a lot different than they did before. Next time, I will look elsewhere or if I use Olson, I will specifically ask that Guillermo do the work. read more
