That same week, I also got a recall on my car, (symptoms are the same as why I went back to complain to him after he did an oil change) and if I took it back to the dealer they will fix it for free. Honesty, is the best policy! Either that, or they're just pretending they know about why the light on my car was giving me a 'warning' signal. But trying to trust them, and paying for maintenance my car didn't need - yet - is not being truthful to the customer. How can I trust them and go back after that?

In the bathroom there was toilet paper on the ground covered with feces. The shower curtain was completely covered in mildew. Many of the gauges didn't work. When we requested it to be thoroughly cleaned, they gave it a shot. We went back in and the mold from the fridge was gone but the feces covered toilet paper was still hanging out on the floor. We had already been there an hour waiting on them to get the unit ready so we had to head out. We took the rv in it's disgusting state for the weekend. When we returned it a couple days later, in way better shape than we got it, the same two people who checked us out (seemed like the owners) said they were charging us $100 dollars for excessive cleaning. Uhh......we literally mopped the floors on our hands and knees. And there's was definitely not feces covering the bathroom. Needless to say that didn't go over well with us. A major argument ensued and we left there so completely dissatisfied it's unfortunate Yelp doesn't offer a zero star as an option. Do yourself a favor and never rent an RV from this unprofessional and filthy distributor.

Like *I* was wasting their time. Why was *I* the one tasked with finding my own parts anyway -- they're supposed to be the "experts", or did they just brush me off with bs scut work hoping I'll just go away because I'm a girl with some actual mechanical knowledge. This shop is trash. A little background info on my car: brand new 2018 Lexus RX359 F sports. So a…read morefew months ago, I brought my car in to get fixed after Geico sent someone to appraise it. I had gotten into an accident and needed some body work. My cousin dropped it off for me and left her number with them to call when it was done. Two weeks went by and not a word so we thought my car was being fixed. Two weeks later when my cousin called then about her car, they say they were trying to reach her because they can't fix my car since they don't work with Geico. So this whole time, my car was just sitting there at their shop. I had my uncle go pick it up for me and when I went to pick it up from my uncle's, all these warning lights came on on the dashboard and there were parts that were out of the car (see pictures). My surround camera and sensors were all unplugged. The owner said they didn't touch my car because they don't work with Geico, but my car was completely ripped apart under the hood. So I call the owner and asked him why they took my car apart the next day. He said he doesn't know because he was on vacation but to bring it in and they will plug it back in for me. Next day, I bring the car in and waited for almost 2 hours for them to "fix" my car when he said it'd be really quick when we got there. I asked him why they took my car apart and he said "they took the wrong car back" and I was livid. I asked why they didn't put it back together if they mistakenly took it back and tore it apart. He just kept saying sorry and we waited 2 hours. 2 hours later, my front surround camera was still not working. He tried to "fix" it again but nothing. He said it might need to be recalibrated at Lexus and that he would pay for it. I was pissed but he couldn't do anything for me so I said ok I'll take it in when I have time. Fast forward to Lexus, they say the front camera doesn't calibrate..... and they eventually found out that a circuit was shorted. Call the owner of the shop and he offered to fix my car to work with Geico then. I refused and said I just want whatever they broke to be fixed. He said the issue was from my car accident and that I needed to claim it through Geico. I told him NO because before I brought the car to his shop, Geico already sent ann appraiser and wrote me a check already. Everything under the hood was workIng properly when I brought it in. After a long time of going back and forth with him refusing to pay to fix the front camera, I told him his shop is a con shop and that I would go tell all of portland newspapers and media about him. He then finally said he would pay for it..... Don't go here!!!!!!!
