Let me start by saying I love the people here who services me However the people who run it or manages the nail shop has poor customer service skills. I've been going here for over 3 years. Recently, I got a fill in done on my nails. The very next day I noticed that the nail was lifting, so I called them and stated that I will come back in and get it fixed. The usual person who does my nails was booked so someone else just did an easy fix by adding a couple of drops of glue. Of course this wasn't gonna hold, but I didn't expect it to lift again as soon. So fast-forward to today, that same nail was lifting so I went back in to get it fixed again. It's been like a week in between. So today when I went in, I explained to the staff what was going on to the and gave them all of the detail. He then sat me with a new technician. So following the service they attempted to charge me $10 for the repair. I reminded them very calmly about the previous conversation that took place before the service. The guy who does the checkout process explained that he was confused and I didn't provide him all of the details. When I know I did in fact. The checkout lady who always has an attitude tells me that I had to pay because I went to someone else. I explained then that you all sat me with someone else. I talked to them in a very calm manner and did not raise my voice at all, and I was only met with disrespect. The guy told me I need to calm down, when I in-fact was already calm. They lowered the price from $10 to five dollars. It wasn't at all about the money it's about the principal. They provided a service that was done incorrectly, and I had to come back a total of three times for the same issue that was done incorrectly. I will never spend another dime in this establishment due to the lack of customer service, disregard, and disrespect. read more

I never leave reviews but I'm disappointed in my experience because I was up-charged. It was my first time coming here and they did a great job on my toes, I was looking forward to it being my new go-to nail spot. But they upcharged me $20 after the service was done. I called ahead of time to ask how much a gel pedicure was and was told it was $45 for a gel pedicure. When I sat down they said it was $48 and I even doubled checked again to make sure gel was included and she said yes. Only after the service, at checkout, i was told it was $20 higher than what was originally quoted to me. I asked why and only then did they say gel was extra. That's not what I agreed to. read more

Took a chance with Ombré Naijs and glad I did. Lee is great at following directions and giving you the best service possible. I initially came in during the Xmas holiday busy time and waited about 40 mins to be serviced. Every chair and pedicure seat was filled and they have at least 40 total. On that visit my nails were nice but I didn't love them. It' was the end of the night and again the weekend of Xmas. I decided to go back weeks later but prior to I did my research on who was good with designs and I decided to make an appt with Lee. Best thing I ever did. Lee is personable, efficient and gets the job done. He takes his work serious and is almost a perfectionist. I sent my sister that way recently and she was very pleased with Lees work and service!! Things to keep in mind: Lee only works certain days. They do have a service fee for card payments, they offer a loyalty program and you can get 5% off your first visit so be sure to checkin when you arrive. My only issue is sometimes it's difficult to get someone on the phone to schedule or cancel an appointment but if you don't care who does your nails you can book online. read more

I went here based on another review. Made an appointment in advanced based on the long wait times. Somehow I still managed to wait an hour. The person I booked an appointment with couldn't actually stay or didn't want to stay because my appointment was at 5:45p and they close at 7p. I got bounced around about 3x before finding someone who could do my nails. Due to the inconvenience the manager said he'd comp my bill in some way, but when my services were done he was nowhere to be found. Definitely will be able to accommodate busy days with plenty of pedicure chairs and the most amount of nail stations I've ever seen. Was greeted promptly and digitally checked in. All the staff were wearing masks and big hand sanitizers. It was very busy and it took almost an hour to have anyone come do my pedicure even though I had an appointment. I asked for a simple French tip gel pedicure, I had a reference photo. Typically a French tip uses a natural pink as the base but the nail tech kept getting the shade wrong and asking me what type of pink it is. How would I know?! DO NOT COME HERE! I Came and got a full set and pedicure from here Friday 12/30. Pedicure was great massage was great. I got my full set done by the man at seat 24. While getting my service I had to tell him multiple times to fix multiple things over and over again. All I wanted was a fresh set of SNS on my natural nail and if I knew nobody there could do it would have went somewhere else. I had a horrible experience at Ombre Nail Bar this past Friday. I went in for a gel mani, came out paying $19 for someone to agressivily remove my cuticles. At that point they all started to speak in their language, and a different female had me move to another chair. This second female removed my cuticles, I felt beyond uncomfortable at this point which led me to tell her that I didnt wish to continue and I would pay for the service received. (Mind you I filed my own nails so the service I receved was a cuticle removal.) Clearly, I was over charged, but at this point I just wanted to leave. I paid, and the man at the register threw my recipt on the counter even though my hand was held out for him to give it to me.
