We found Ancash Roadside Assistance on Yelp and called because they had such great reviews. He answered immediately, sent me a location-sharing request, and arrived in about 20 minutes. After spending nearly two hours stranded on the side of the road, that level of responsiveness was a huge relief. Once he arrived, he got right to work and had the tire changed in less than 15 minutes. The entire process was quick, efficient, and stress-free, and we were safely back on the road much faster than expected. My only suggestion for improvement would be to introduce yourself before getting started. It was dark, and we were two women stranded on the side of the highway. When he arrived, he pulled up behind us and immediately started changing the tire without introducing himself. I genuinely appreciated the urgency and willingness to jump right in and get the job done, but in that situation, a quick introduction would have gone a long way in helping us feel more comfortable and know that the person approaching our vehicle was the roadside assistance we had called. Overall, though, the service was excellent. He showed up when we needed help, worked quickly, and got us moving again in no time. If you're stranded with a flat tire and need someone reliable, I would definitely recommend Ancash Roadside Assistance.

If you have read this far this is why. 1. I had an 11:30am appointment and arrived at 11 to complete the paperwork. I was told it would be a 2 hour wait from the front desk attendant who was pleasant. 2. At 1pm I inquired how much longer it would be since my car was still sitting out front. The front desk attendant said another hour. At that I was offered a discount. 3. At 1:30 when my car still had not been taken back the desk attendant said I can not get your car done before 2pm. At which time she gave me my keys. 4. I was only there 2 hours however there we 2 guys before me that were there much longer. I would not use their service as the wait times are long and their communication as to delays are poor.

The whole experience was vague and painful. Here is what happened: - Order arrived three weeks late. No one was following up from PWH except the guy who I placed the order with. - FedEx delivered the wheels package to PWH location, and no one picked it up. We had to notify them to receive the package, and they did two days later. - PWH sent the wheels mounted without lug nuts!!! We had to order lug nuts from Vossen. My car literally was sitting on jack for a couple of days in the process. - Once the installation completed, I found out that the TPMs were not installed !! They completely forgot to include TPMs even though I paid for them. Now, I am trying to figure out how to get a refund from PWH. This is by far, one of the worst experience I had with anyone in the auto industry around the area. Not recommended at all !!

They helped me bring my car over from where we had broken down, assessed any damage, and made a point to find the parts necessary to fix it. They also offered to help in anyway with my kids in the waiting room. They personally went and found the tire I needed, even though they didn't have it in stock and sent a staff member to retrieve it as soon as possible. I highly recommend their dedicated work and exceptional customer service! I would highly recommend Ken's service center to anyone. From the first phone call, I could tell the experience was going to be different. They were able to get my car in quickly, performed a thorough diagnostic, and accurately identified the issue as a faulty sensor. The repair was completed the same day, and my car has been running great ever since. What really stood out to me was their communication and transparency. They took the time to explain exactly what was wrong, showed me the old sensor they removed, and answered all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt pressured into unnecessary repairs or talked down to. A month later, when I called about a separate issue, they immediately pulled up my vehicle history and knew exactly who I was and what work had been done. That level of organization and customer service is rare. Finding a mechanic you trust can be difficult, but Columbia Family Auto Care has earned my trust. If you're looking for honest diagnostics, fair pricing, and a team that genuinely takes the time to help their customers, I highly recommend them.

I knew coming in here that the shop didn't have the best reviews, however, we all know that most people will gladly take the time to complain over giving useful feedback so I decided to give them a shot. Fred and Tia in the front of the shop were very friendly and courteous. Of course I know it is their job to try to upsell other services, but given the reviews, I just wanted my tires mounted and balanced and was uncertain about having additional services completed. My main feedback concerns surround the fact that ownership doesn't do more to improve this location (basic repairs), the safety of their employees and customers, and ultimately employee morale. I have attached pictures for reference. I had to be sure my seat wasn't under a potential falling ceiling panel but thankfully they did have somewhere for me to sit and wait. The employees try to make the best of what they have to work with so I have no issues with them. Additionally, they treated me with kindness and respect. Overall, driving my vehicle home, there did not seem to be any mechanical issues, so I am satisfied with the specific tire service provided.

We had no idea the damage that was done, my son drives away thinking everything was okay. He arrives home and shortly after decides to go to the store. I see a huge puddle underneath his car. I know it can't be safe to drive. Of course at the time we noticed, Mr Tire was already closed. I had to call a tow truck and get it towed to the dealership. The service department at Toyota advised us that the dipstick was dry and there was no oil left. We had to pay for a degreaser for the under carriage and an oil change. The tech didn't place the O ring on correctly causing all the oil to leak out. You would think we went through enough, called Robert the store manager and explained what happen, sent him numerous emails with pictures. He said he would get on it and get our refund back for the oil change. Can you believe it, we are sitting with no refund and several attempts talking to multiple managers and still don't have our money back from a poor service that was done in April 2026. It is June 26, 2026. Absolutely unacceptable!!!! Please be aware of this place, they don't know what they're doing and their customer service sucks!!!!!! I will be reporting them to the BBB.
