Sara was close behind w coffee. I asked about gluten free option, she was excited to tell me all they had for gf customers. My sausage mushroom cheese omelet was out in less that ten minutes, great diner omelet w gf bread from a local bakery in OCC, coffee kept coming from other waitresses other that Sara. Tried this when we visited and the eggs were cold, hash browns not crisp even though I requested extra crispy. The bacon was half cooked even though I requested extra crispy. I had the crepes and they looked moldy. They weren't cooked fresh to order. Go somewhere else!! read more

First off, ask for Eric. That dude was so prompt, professional, personable, and polite he should be giving classes on how to kill it as a waiter. The food was very tasty! Neither of us left anything on the plate besides memories. The cinnamon roll was very buttery and not very cinnamony. It was still fluffy and tasty but I think the cinnamon should be more prominent. The bacon was the only disappointment of the meal. Thin and short which is a shame because it was good bacon. We sat outside on the patio which was nice in the early morning so I can't speak to the decor inside. Highly recommended. Overall this place is flavorless. I got a half iced tea/ lemonade that I could swear was just water with a drop of iced tea. The food overall was lacking a lot. The hash browns were the saddest/worst I've had to date. So undercooked it shouldn't be served, and why they were cooked in butter is even more concerning. Pancakes were not the way I intended, I prefer my bananas to be cooked IN the pancake not thrown on top. And the omelette was just an omelette. Overall would not recommend. I ordered a veggie burrito and while eating I noticed a piece of sausage and set it aside but didn't say anything because that sort of thing happens all the time, no biggie. When our server checked on us she apparently noticed the sausage piece and alerted her manager who immediately came over and apologized and offered to remake my order. Well it is definitely a very popular spot with plenty of people friendly staff, but watching the staff touch your food with bare hands long nails longer than an inch no gloves is un acceptable. Spoke with another member of the staff that did apologize but said they touch your food bare hands no gloves depending on what's going on and how busy which again is not acceptable. We are dealing with a pandemic and when you head out to eat you at least expect to they are taking better precautions even if no pandemic. read more

They may be busy but they are fast and good! Their French toast is delicious and their side of eggs is actually reasonably priced! The crepes are a bit fluffy for my liking but have good flavor. The coffee is always being poured and doesn't taste bad. If it is nice out you can sit outside and enjoy the nice Colorado mornings. read more

That one was a dismal Eggs Benedict that was overwhelmed by a "cheesy" Hollandaise Sauce. It might of been a 5-star place except for the Eggs Benedict. The restaurant looks pretty nondescript from the outside, but surprisingly large inside. The atmosphere is very "comfortable modern diner," however, what makes Omelets Etc special is stellar service. I have been craving, craving, craving this place since we left. Why aren't you anywhere near my house omelet people ? :( It was hands down the best omelet either of us had ever had. It was perfectly cooked and seasoned and the green chilis were awesome. I can't remember the last time I ate everything on the plate and so did my friend. Omelets Etc. is on south 8th St. in a rather defunct strip mall, but don't let that keep you from dropping in for breakfast (or lunch). I had the Meat Lovers Omelete. It was excellent. AND... For $7.99 it came with hashbrowns and two pancakes. Omeletes Etc. is definitely somewhere I would go again due to the good breakfast, great price and quick service. read more

What it lacks in ambiance it makes up for in food quality and friendly service. We got a quick breakfast (kids food came out first!) that was great.
